The windshield was cracked and the gas gauge was sticking and I ended up putting a 1/2 a tank of gas more than when I picked up the truck so I lost out of an extra $40 with no refund or discount on the 20 miles I went over. Probably won’t use again after this experience.

Keep your equipment maintained and cleaned out. The cable for the door spring was broke on the trailer I received to rent. I told the gentlemen that took care of me about it, he said, yeah, we need to fix that. The same gentlemen did not help me hook the trailer up to my truck. The hitch was pretty heavy he should have helped me. I brought the trailer back the same day, Sat. at 8pm and the rental agreement was until the next day by 9am because I pick it up at 9am They tried to charge me for two days, but I was smart enough to take a picture of the trailer with the date on it. U-Haul customer support had to refund me my money. I will never ever return to this U-Haul on Parsons Ave Columbus Ohio.

I reserved a truck and auto trailer. Somebody called to tell me the auto trailer would be on the other side of town. And if i wanted to haul my car i had the inconvenience of going somewhere else to get it. Thats BS! Yall had my reservation a month. Why should i have to do the running. Thats yalls job

The man who assisted me was kind and helpful, the store was clean, my van was well taken care of and drove smoothly and the check in process was easy. Overall, I had an 10/10 experience!

Cargo van had several dashlights blinking. Molding around driver window was loud with wind. Glove box latch was broken and van was really dirty on outside.

Check in and check out was easiest I have had. truck needed maintenance done, steering was not great and had to keep it straight and had no power going uphill. still not able to get an appliance dolly even when it was confirmed that I would get one (makes 3rd time that this has happened).

Overall the truck was good it ran a bit rough the only issue was the drivers side windshield wiper did not work luckily it did not rain that much.

We operate a food pantry monthly and this location is always accommodating to our needs. The young man is always prompt in being open and very welcoming. Even the gentleman in the evening upon our return is very kind and helpful. This location is close to home and we love and appreciate the convenience. We have never been disappointed.

I made my reservation online yesterday morning and included an appliance dolly. After picking up my rental it didn't have the dolly in the truck. I had to delay my move because of the lack of a dolly. I called the same location the next morning at 7 am. I was told they do not have any in the area and I wasn't charged for it not showing up on my reservation at checkout. I was then forwarded to the Alum Creek location but I called before I went she said she did not know another location inventory so he LIED. Alum Creek said they didn't have any appliance dollys either. I was forced to purchase one from Lowes for $100 bucks.

I can tell the truck needed some maintenance and upkeep because it accelerated slowly and ran pretty rough. The staff at this location was pretty helpful and friendly but the trucks needs to be updated.

Most of the employees don't care about business. They allow people to sleep in their units and don't really do anything about it. Employees park right at the access point for the door which makes it difficult. I was able to find a much larger place for a fraction of the price. I will miss the convenience of this place though.

Could have used some help hitching up the trailer..chains was frozen in the ice and I am 54 years old trailer was kinda heavy for me to pick up to the hitch..could have used help with that..but still love dependable uhaul trailers ..my choice every time I need a trailer or car hauler

I rented a 10' truck. The truck was in rough shape. The back door got stuck because a wheel came off the track. I switched trucks. While driving down the freeway I noticed air & rain coming in. I rolled down the window a bit & it started to fall off the truck. I pulled over and got the window back on track enough to hold it. When I returned the truck they said, "yeah, that keeps happening " !!!

My rental experience with U-Haul was good until I had a financial situation where I missed a payment and I had taken my account into a status that when I went into the office wasn't explained to me in a manner that gave me a clear understanding so I ended up paying a lot of extra money to U-Haul unnecessarily

I’ve gone there numerous times and the staff there Mel, Pearce , Chuck, John and including the manager Luis. I know there is one more but I forgot the name of that man so I apologize for that. I’m Deaf and everyone there made efforts to communicate with me clearly and assisted me with things I need/answering my questions etc. Always friendly with me. Go and support Parson Ave location.

The issue wasn’t with the location but the air/ heating in the truck did not work. It was first unable to turn from hot. It got extremely hot in the cab. Then the knob suddenly let loose and we were left with a cab that got absolutely freezing but when we try to adjust temp did not change.

The staff was helpful and the facility was clean, but the location was difficult. Due to the size of the parking lot, it was not very convenient to maneuver a 20' truck around to back up to the lone load/unload area. Plus, employees had taken many of the available parking spots, including both of the ones near to load/unload (and including one that was marked handicapped, but the employee's car did not have a placard or license plate), so I had to walk across the lot in the pouring rain to move boxes that were not going into storage from the truck to my car.

very friendly staff, Parson's location has a great team. if one didn't know the answer to a question, then the rest of the team was ready to help. moving can be stressful to some but when you come across a team like Parson's it eases things a bit. thank you!

I've had my storage unit with U-Haul Parsons location for over four years. This location had a habit of closing the front entrance of the storage early (i.e. 5 to 10 minutes early). And not everyone gets off work in time to make it to your location by 6:45pm on a weekday. The last experience I had at your location was with Luis Olivo, who locked the front entrance of the storage early, and demanded that I go around and use the side entrance of the storage, even though I arrived five minutes before 7:00pm. Well, the side entrance door has never opened with my card. And Luis' unwillingness to accommodate me by opening the front entrance was the last straw for me. For four years, I paid full price for a storage that I had restricted access to. And your assistant manager didn't even take care to offer good customer service. 👎🏽

Having visited the facility several times and renting moving trucks a few times, I can say I always appreciated the promptness and friendliness of the staff. I don’t know their names, but in particular and older gentleman (owner perhaps), and a younger lady. Good vibes from them both.

I have no problem with the company on the 7th of June 2020. I had paid the storage this month on the 1st of June so I was only there for 7 days so I would like to know will I reverse some of my money back on my card since I wasn't there for the whole month so someone call me back and let me know if I get some of my money back on my credit card.
