Everything about The Uhaul Parsons Columbus OH was very shady. The employees that were there were clearly stoned they wreaked of marijuana. Everything was done very unprofessionally. The employee that we felt with claimed he was the owner and said if we didn't like how they operated go somewhere else. For some reason he took pictures of our drivers licenses with his personal cellphone. When I asked why he did that he said it was â€œstandard procedureâ€. When we went to pay the credit card machine â€œdidn't workâ€ and I was told he had to enter my card manually. I will be keeping an eye on both my debit and credit card for suspicious activity. Oh, I was also told that I couldn't leave my vehicle in the parking lot and that I could park on the street on in a gravel lot behind the building where there aren't cameras. Something needs to be done about this location IMMEDIATELY!JOSEPH E.

It is not clear where the drop box is if you return a truck after hours. I dropped the truck off around midnight. I was able to use the website to checkin however could not find the drop box for the key return. I left the truck and took key with me which caused me to return the key im the morning. I rent trucks 1 or 2 times a week, and the General Manager was really accommodating when I walked in to return the truck and there were 2-3 people ahead of me at the counter. He looked at me and just said "We'll email you your invoice." which is all I needed since he knew I dropped the truck off. That kind of server is really appreciated.STEVE S.

The staff here is excellent! I am a Wireless Engineer by profession. The server for your mobile app is extremely slow. I suggest that you increase your bandwidth and upgrade your equipment for faster speed. The lag/latency in uploading a file or waiting on a return from your server is close to speeds for mobility back in 2002. I would expect more from a larger company such as Uhaul; that could see t he value in as minimal face to face contact as possible. ...and for your Tech savvy responders, yes I have uploaded numberous and larger files from my mobile to different clouds, so "no ths is not a device or mobile provider problem". This is a slow Uhaul platform problem.Melvyn H.

Screen you sub contractors better. I used FHL moving. At first everything was going okay. After the move I found a pistol and a watch missing. They were no help in answering what happened. I filed a police report. So far none of these items have shown up.JOHN C.
