I was warned about pest issues but didn’t think it was that serious, but I wouldn’t recommend anybody to this storage. I had everything that was in storage damaged by a big rat , my cord to the tv, washer , dryer and holes to the washer was chewed up. Also had cleaning liquids for my car the rat must been hungry or thirsty but bit in all of it. No I didn’t have insurance but lesson learned, the young guy that’s there wasn’t professional or helpful and very immature

Unfortunately rodents got into the storage & chewed through much of the clothing; my mother stated just garbage rags now. That was hurtful cause at my age and no income I don’t buy many new clothes. However greatly appreciated the empathy displayed by Audrey Greene. Adriana really help me and went above & beyond to show me kindness. Thank you; Many Blessings Adriana!

I’ve been to the facility 3 times. All during office hours. Twice, no one was in the office. I had to call the U-Haul 800 number once to get a response. Apparently, the employee didn’t come to work and they had to send someone else. Last time I called the number on the door, and no one answered. I banged on the door and a young lady and man came out of the office on the side. She helped me and asked that I call the number if I needed anything else. I told her I had and no one answered. She replied that she hadn’t turned on her phone yet. There are a LOT of rats that did a lot of damage to my units content. The units have no lighting inside, and the hallways are poorly lit. The rats are nasty and a real problem.

When we arrived during posted office hours, the office was locked. My husband walked the property looking for an employee but didn't find anyone. He opened a door marked "private" and found the employee that appears to be living there still asleep. She rushed and opened the gate for us. Thankfully the truck return location (not the same location as the storage) gave us the extra hour we lost waiting to get access to the storage room. The gate access system to get into the facility was not very convenient - someone had to get out of the vehicle to swipe a card rather than pull up to the code station.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and meticulously maintained this place is and by the generous kindness of the manager. I’ve had about six different storage units in my life — all of them in indoor, drive-in buildings, so I was a little nervous about this outdoor one. I chose the climate controlled building, and my experience here has been a joy. No hassles. Easy peasy. I highly recommend this location.

When we arrived at 10:30 am, the office was closed. My husband walked the property to look for someone and eventually opened a door marked "private." Pretty sure he woke her up. She was very polite and the storage room was ready. The delay getting in set us back about 30 minutes, but thankfully the return center gave us grace since we were an hour late returning the truck.

I would really like to thank them for just being so helpful it was a really tough time for me my mom died and all my stuff needed to be moved quick last minute with little funds until I received my check. The staff was great…leadership not so much. Had a horrible time checking in…unit size reserved not available. Access removed twice. Multiple failure to pay letters/emails sent even though I had documention that nothing was owed. Could never get in touch w/manager. He’d never work for me.

Didn't care for the space between the the rows of units on either side of the drive areas and the uneven road other than that it was a great deal. The free lock was a plus and needed at the time of unloading after traveling.

They locked me out when I had 24 hrs access claiming I was living on property which I wasn't but during the extreme heat of 110' degrees days I would stay at my unit longer in daytime!! And used extension cord to plug up fans and sat there sometimes but was not living there!! So I just left!!

I wanted to give Kaia (I hope that's the right spelling) a shoutout. I had rented a unit online at the Haltom City location. When I arrived, I realized it would not work for what I needed to store. The team member at that site reached out to this location and worked on getting everything transferred over while I headed to the new location. Time was of the essence as I had a large toolbox, loaded up on a tow truck, and had to pay for time in transit. Once I arrived, she was so friendly and informative. She had everything ready so all we had to do was pull in and unload. Her friendliness and patience were greatly appreciated during a stressful time!

Felt guilty on how I left. My ride to take the last load was a no show. I did not learn of this for 2 days. My experiences with U-Haul was always excellent. I was there for many years without a problem. Kathy was very helpful when my gate card quit working. In fact, it worked out better! Instead of replacing the card, I got a code to punch. Much more convenient. I do miss North Richland Hills.

Diana Helms has been so amazing! I had my stuff in storage for 3 years and she worked on with me every step of the way to make sure my stuff was secure. I was finally able to come by and close out my units and she has just been so helpful. The customer service is impeccable!

I found several decapitated raccoon heads in my belongings, as well as what appeared to be a pentagram or some sort of pagan symbol drawn in that same raccoon blood. Very disturbing. I would use the UHaul in the future however.

This facility will be my first stop if I ever need extended storage again. The staff was very friendly and delightful to talk with. Given the location of this facility to all the new construction happening around the rail line in North Richland Hills; this place very easily could have had a rodent and pest problem, but it doesn't. I left my stuff in their care for over a year without ever checking on it; everything was safe, secure, and unharmed.

The service was the best I've experienced thus far using a self storage facility. Chelsea was awesome from start to finish. I would highly recommend her service and this location because of the level of professionalism and sense of urgency Chelsea has display, can't get any better at those other self storages. I rented a unit for over 6 years at this location. Not once did I ever find any rodents or out of the roaches in my stuff. Everything was always well kept, even after not visiting my belongings for over 6 months. People I know at other locations, have found their belongings ripped bt rodents and even found excrement. I recommend this specific location to everyone!
