This location was absolutely hands down the best experience I’ve ever had, and not just the u-haul corporation, the facility was a new acquisition slightly dated but the people made the difference paint is only physical but the customer service and how you treat makes the experience! If you went by looks you might skip this location but once you talk general manager or staff you’d prefer to stay

Kavir W | Online Move InI was warned about pest issues but didn’t think it was that serious, but I wouldn’t recommend anybody to this storage. I had everything that was in storage damaged by a big rat , my cord to the tv, washer , dryer and holes to the washer was chewed up. Also had cleaning liquids for my car the rat must been hungry or thirsty but bit in all of it. No I didn’t have insurance but lesson learned, the young guy that’s there wasn’t professional or helpful and very immature
