We've previously rented at other facilities where there were separate entrance and exit points. Not a big negative just a suggestion to maybe add a sign that the gate is an exit and moves slowly.

CHERYL RThe people working at this particular store were/are outstanding. The climate control was outstanding. If there was ever a problem, they followed up on it in a positive and timely manner. The only suggestion I have is that the bathroom where my storage unit was located needs to be cleaned more often, and its garbage needs to be removed more often. Other than that, their team consists of good, hardworking, and conscientious people!

JOHN LNot sure of the names of the ladies working there Saturday to pick up the truck but they both where extremely nice. One of them was also working Sunday when I dropped it off and she very nice to me. Im a combat veteran and have severe anxiety around strangers and they made me feel at home so so something nice for them.

When I signed up for the storage unit at the office and not online, every time I tried to make a payment it would not let me online due to it saying that my storage unit was not mine. This resulted in late fees because I could only pay it at the office.

Edward ZThe trailer was an older unit that did not have a trailer jack. When we went to connect the trailer to truck it was too heavy for two persons to lift it on the hitch. The hitch was also no cooperating and would not slide on the ball. After several minutes of struggling, three men were finally able to connect it. I had to purchase a trailer jack from Lowe's in order to take the trailer of the truck and unload it. It is inconceivable to not have a trailer jack and expect one person to connect and disconnect the unit.
CARLOS LAlign the installer’s schedule with the web site. This was the second time I had to be rescheduled because the installer wasn’t going to be in.
Laurie SI made an appointment on line for In of a trailer hitch installation for Monday September 9 at 800 AM. When I arrived I was told by the employee on site that the installer didn't come in until noon and that they would have contacted me beforehand. I received no such call. I did receive a standard boilerplate text confirming my appointment and to make sure I cleaned out the back of my vehicle. There is a serious disconnect between the UHaul on line and the local service center. I don't plan to use the UHaul online service again.

Shelby MOnline app was specific to the pick-up time until I clicked the link and it mentioned "make sure to be there one hour before pick-up" ...very confusing. And online app was confusing - I walked inside instead. Also was charged for the dolly even though not used (charged $7) and when I mentioned that to the rep I only got $5 credit. Didn't notice the $25 credit if cleaned and swept - I would have taken the time. It was already clean and only needed a sweep.

However, when I got to the facility they were plowing which made figuring out where to go confusing since I didn't want to get in their way. Can't fault them for that though, it snowed and had to be cleared. I received a text message with my storage number and access code but when I finally found the storage unit, there wasn't anywhere to enter the access code. Only a plastic tag where the lock would be. After reviewing the move in instructions again I decided to break the tag and open the unit. Inside was the lock so all is well! But it was confusing why I had an access code. The map of the facilities could also use some love. It's hard to read. My last issue was after downloading the uhaul app and signing in, it didn't show my storage unit detailes. The website implied it would but after searching through the app multiple times I couldn't find it.

The gate to the facility was consistently broken during all months of the year, and individuals were living in storage units inside the temperature controlled building. The staff there referenced that the camera system was broken when we informed them of the people living in the units. The team was very accommodating with the parking, but the off-site parking lot had units that were open and unlocked which posed a safety risk for us when utilizing that parking lot for our vehicles.

Then moved in another unit on a warm day when everything was melting. Also having a dumpster on site could be beneficial. (Just a thought) overall I am happy with uhaul services.
