during the winter the key card box on the exterior of the building was covered in ice from the dripping of melting snow on the roof, which made access almost impossible. I'm sure you could find a way to keep the box from being coated in ice if you bothered to try. Overall I was satisfied, however, the annual price increase was the deciding factor in cancelling my contract. If you want your storage to remain available for short term clients, you should acknowledge that, instead of penalizing established customers for their loyalty until they leave. It was very problematic for me that you were advertising lockers similar to mine for the same price I began with, while charging me more for the same service. I found it unethical, and a form of bait and switch, and it made me not trust your company. I suppose I should expect nothing less than rampant corporate greed from a large company like yours, but what can I say, I try to live in hope. Too bad companies like yours constantly make such hope impossible. Do better!

I had no problems with access, security, etc. Oh, there were a few times the actual slide handle on my unit was sticky... a bit hard to open, but eventually manageable. I did not access the unit during the evening, and did not often reach out to the office, so cannot comment on the experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. Thank you for the secure storage!
