Don't charge to much for gas. I only used 15 miles and you charge 8 liters. Do your math, one liter for 2 miles?I even put 4 liters on it when I returned. Please i need refund..

The ceiling in the truck was leaking and all of my boxes were soaked with water damage. I was not happy with that. The gentleman at the front desk was definitely the nicest person I've ever met that worked at 1 of your locations.

All went well. The young lady at the counter was friendly, knowledgeable, quick and accurate. I was in and out in no time for both the rental and the return. When I returned the rental a young lady was outside, came over right away and processed the return. It was the 1st time I've rented a U-Haul and my experience was amazing.

The passenger door was hard to shut, and the lock on the roll-up door needs to be lubricated (WD40). I fought with the lock for 20 minutes before I could get it to lock. Tires were in good condition, brakes were 100%, the unit was clean, and the vehicle ran well. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and even mentioned and arranged UHaul storage for us, but in the end we didn't require it, so I had to cancel asap. I've always had great service at this location (524 Upper Wellington).

Staff were fabulous, but that truck is falling apart and is a hazard. Roof leaks, multiple boxes were left soaking wet after moving in the rain, movers were unable to move them. It is in desperate need of an alignment, difficult to even drive in a straight line. We've used numerous uhaul trucks over the years and never had an experience like this one.

The truck was covered with small staples and nails in the back. We reserved well in advance, however upon arrival...the truck we had reserved had absolutely no fuel and we were told there was no dolly available.

Ramanpreet was simply amazing. I cannot stress enough how much she made my day. We sold our house and we needed more time to get our stuff out, so I stupidly booked a storage unit from a competitor. Was told we could put our stuff there at 8 AM. Showed up at 8. No one there. Went to Uhaul to at least get a truck to hold it. I was a mess. Raman showed compassion and asked if I was OK as I had a small breakdown. She made the whole process 1000000% better. She got me into a truck. Got me a uhaul unit on Barton St. And was amazing. Again I can't express enough how wonderful she is. Would definitely recommend this location.

Lost my reservation. Didn't have the correct truck. Accused me of not putting enough gas in (unfortunately I was in a hurry and didn't take a pic, my fault) so they charged me for having too little gas. The truck was dirty when I got it (again no pics, just trying to get going with the move after losing my reservation) I had to sweep out someone else's cigarettes fron the back (not one person who was helping with the move smokes) blocked my car in with pick up trucks and told me he had no keys and I had to try to squeeze out of the spot and almost took out my mirror. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER USE UHAUL, I was ripped off last time and this tine was a joke

The Parking lot was not cleaned , there is snow every where. The parking slots are not visible. The vehicle we took was completely covered with ice .

This was my second time using this UHaul. My first time with the self guided process. It was a terrible experience. I was called 15min after my reservation time to see if I was still coming and i stated I was 5min away. When I arrived I began the self guided process, it told me which vehicle to go to and the Truck was snowed in. The employee told me to wait until he finished with another customer because 'you don't have a reservation'. I said multiple times that I had a reservation and I was ready to pick up the truck, but the truck was snowed in. Anyways, it took 40min to sort it out. They gave me a different truck and blamed the snow (even though it was 3 days after the snow storm). Overall it was a very frustrating experience on an already stressful day. Much of the blame being placed on me and staff not being super helpful or apologetic. Dropoff was fine and quicker.

App was not working properly. Trailer was not available at the first location because it was buried in snow. Second location was very difficult to deal with. Some ridiculous policy about a second phone number for contact. Gentleman in front of me had to drive home to ask his wife to answer her phone because they needed to confirm it . ???

Hello I rented a 15’ box van and as in the past the move went extremely well, what didn’t go well was the final fill of gas to the point where I had picked the van up in the morning. While at the pumps pumping away myself in the cab with the key set to accessories, hoping to slowly watch the gas gauge to go up and reaching the point where it was when I picked the van up in the morning and I could stop filling and all would be well. Welle, the gauge was not moving. I tried rocking the truck as much as I could while sitting inside while my partner was filling, it ended up going well over $100 and I only went about 34 km so my issue is I put more gas in and was required so I’m asking at this point. What can you do for me now in this situation? I will wait for your reply. Many thanks. Going 34 km does not take over $100 worth of gas.

I dont know which location I'm rating because I had 3. The way you "book" a truck is ridiculous. My pickup location was moved twice and pick up time pushed back over 2 hours. One change? Fine I can deal with that. Two? On a stressful moving day? Come on. Then when I called to say I had a reservation I was told it wasnt a reservation, its a request. Really? Come on again. There's no buffer built in to account for the people who don't return on time so you blame your customers for these issues. Also, no refund if you bring your truck back early. What's the incentive to bring your truck back on time then? If you let people book an extra day and partially refund them when they bring it back early then you'd hardly ever have any trucks not available when someone books a pick up. It's not rocket science. People want to save money so they book less time than they can probably do and get the trucks back late. How about you apply some good customer service and help out people, make it easier on them on a very stressful moving day?

The hidden fee factor is out of hand when you drive a mere 40km and the hidden fees are 4 to 5 times the advertised $20 a day. Can we be a little more upfront about this? It’s silly.

Firstly l could hardly understand one of the workers. The English was terrible. I was charged for blankets though l never used them…the same guy said there’s nothing l can do about it. And lastly the person that was difficult to understand told me there’s not enough gas in the truck…which was correct and l went to add more. When l returned the same hard to understand guy said there’s gas should be half full! Then l showed him a picture of the gas tank prior to leaving…just in case. Good thing l did that!! So, overall based on trying to overcharge with gas, charging me for blankets l didn’t use…still in the wrapper, and very hard to understand the English words, this is why l wouldn’t recommend that location.

WARNING. STAY AWAY. Absolutely horrific experience. Huge holes in the unit led to flooding and permanent damage to thousands of dollars worth of my belongings. Employees were unconcerned and unhelpful. Countless messages and emails to the manager asking him to call me, no phone call just passive aggressive emails. I notified them 6 DAYS IN ADVANCE before the end of my rental term that my unit would be vacated and I wouldn’t need another month and THEY DIDNT CANCEL MY CONTRACT SO I WAS CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA MONTH. The unit is empty and my lock is off. Absolute JOKE of an establishment. The manager RUSSEL BROOKER is an unprofessional snobby jerk and should be fired. STAY AWAY.

Excellent and prompt service as I was given the option to set up a contract within the office (no cell phone). The representative, I believe his name was Joseph Costa (as per my receipt), was very helpful and made the process seamless and quick. I was shown were the unit was in the back and how to access it during off hours when it is less busy. Overall I was very pleased with how courteous, friendly and helpful the representative was when I came in.

The unit we had was an outdoor unit. The unit could use some updating as it was leaking from the rain in the ceiling and flooring, a lot of our items were wet and the flooring was in bad shape from water damage. Should be better weather proofed. The guy working was super friendly and helpful though.

My unit leaked water every time it rained. I was sometimes provided blankets to put in the corner to soak up water. After I vacated the unit have continuously being charged late fees and harassed.
