I can't really suggest any sort of improvements. The staff was curtious and friendly and the rental transaction and equipment return was smooth.

WILLIAM FI reserved a 15’ truck that they did not leave for me. Had to speak to an online service that took an extra hour and had to switch to a smaller vehicle costing me even more money in the long run. Very unsatisfactory service and will not use in the future

STEVE HYoung guy that checked me in at the counter was a smart ass when I informed him that whatwas online wasn’t what his computer was showing us. He thought that was funny and then he informed me that there may be some problem getting the car on the trailer which the app did not he said “well if you don’t care, I don’t care “ without me telling him I didn’t care. So I’ll never use this location again and once I’m moved if I ever need moving again, I’ll find a better company to work with due to the rudeness of your employees.

WILLIAM MThe only question I had was the "tow/haul" needing to be switched off in wet road conditions. I still have no clue what it means or does, but I drove half the day in wet road conditions before noticing the sticker and then I started making sure it was off.

JAMES SI actually had to ask someone to clean the windshield of the van. The windshield was filthy. When I asked, the guy seemed put off that I would even ask. The back had dirt in it as well. I had to clean that before I could use the van.
TONY BWhen came to pickup my rental vehicle the contract stated it was 3/4 full of gas. However it was only 1/4. The contract was changed for me but the inconvenience is I would have to put gas in it to get where I’m going and then most likely put more gas in at the end, so I would be making two gas stops. I think the tank should be full to have the vehicle ready to go for the customer.
