John was phenominal!!! I've used this Uhaul multiple times for storage and renting moving trucks. My daughter has also used this facility mainly because of John! He has always been kind, courteous, informative and helpful. He's fantastic and I would definitely recommend him.

John, the manager at the Alcoa, TN facility was spot on from the beginning. I needed a small truck and had not planned ahead. I also needed a place to store various household items that were soon to occupy about half of the truck. John put me in a truck in no time, and he helped me with a storage, nothing to big and nothing to small. The entire facility was very clean, organized, well kept and I could see the people who worked there were proud, too. The place seem to run as smooth and clean as it was kept.

Best manager and employees of any U-Haul or any storage facility that I have ever used. 3 years in 2 units this time. I was in FL before moving back to TN. Great U-Haul facility.

Daniel D | First ImpressionsThis was our first time using a U-Haul storage facility. In the future we will not hesitate to do so again. The facility was very nice and clean and felt secure. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Having moving carts always available to help moving in and out was extremely helpful. We had our reservations about the ceiling height of the unit, and even more so the fact that it was inside. Neither was an issue at all. We were pleased and completely satisfied with our experience at this facility.

I would only offer one insight that, in my opinion, could be improved: While at the office on 3 different occasions I overheard a client who was using their Truck Rental, etc., services to relocate across country. These three were United States Veterans. As a business owner myself over the years we have offered a discount to military veterans as well as first reponsders as a way to show our thanks for their services. I would recommend that Budget offers such a "thank you" to our men and women of service areas.
