John and his team provide exceptional service and facilities -- well maintained and clean. I would only offer one insight that, in my opinion, could be improved: While at the office on 3 different occasions I overheard a client who was using their Truck Rental, etc., services to relocate across country. These three were United States Veterans. As a business owner myself over the years we have offered a discount to military veterans as well as first reponsders as a way to show our thanks for their services. I would recommend that Budget offers such a "thank you" to our men and women of service areas.
Joel D | Overall ExperienceThey didn't have the truck checked for tire pressure, and my driver spent over 20 minutes trying to clean the windshield so he could see clearly enough to drive the truck. This was on Russell Parkway, Warner Robins GA. When, we arrived in Alcoa, Tennessee, they were very accommodating to our needs and we're very helpful throughout our time.

Joseph J | Overall ExperienceAlmost every year I would get a letter stating an increase in rent payment. I started at $89 a month and 24hr electricity. After a few years the 24 hr was reduced to 2hrs a day, and an increase in rent. Letter stated daily inspection and grounds clean. I asked about the mud around my spot and was told it's tough to clean the whole space. I said I could do it, where do you want the debris, in front? I was told I might not have a space. I cleaned my space and put it the rear near the fence. 4 months later it was removed. Rent increases were blamed on rising prices. Not true. I left after my rent was increases again to $174,95. I have pictures if necessary.
