BRADY RIf we are needing a U-Haul again, I will definitely be coming back to this specific location. They were so nice and patient, answering all my questions and informed me of everything. My original location messed up my reservation so the customer service person I spoke to, who was also amazing, found the nearest location that had what I needed and I’m happy it all worked out. Pick up was smooth and easy, the gentleman I dealt with was extremely nice and helpful and same with drop off! The gentleman I dealt with was friendly and quick but efficient with everything so we could get our kids home with how late it was. They were all amazing to deal with!! We truly appreciate it!!
LINDSEY TQuick and easy. But I found the initial app check out a little off putting. To have me take all the condition pictures and upload before using seems needless. Have the rental center do that in a walk through.

Loretta SI want to take a moment to recognize Raymond, the manager at this U-Haul location, and Jose. My experience with U-Haul started off rough after receiving damaged equipment. When I called customer support and was transferred to a manager, I was met with rudeness and combative responses that left me frustrated and ready to walk away from the company altogether. Thankfully, when I got to the location, Raymond completely turned the situation around. He was calm, professional, and genuinely listened to what had happened. He went out of his way to resolve the issues quickly and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Jose was also kind and helpful, making sure everything was handled smoothly. Their customer service was a night and day difference compared to what I experienced over the phone. Raymond and Jose not only helped fix the problem but also restored my confidence in U-Haul. They are true examples of what great management and customer care should look like. If you need to rent here, I highly recommend asking for them. They are the reason I will continue to do business with this location.
NATHANIEL GRaymond was swamped, so we had to wait a long time to pick up our equipment, but once he got to us, everything went very smoothly. He needs some help at this very busy location!
WILLIAM TThe only issue i had was how low the chains hung after employee put trailer on my truck. I have a full size truck and the were within 2" of the ground. So they'd drag at certain points and would have me believing something was wrong. But once I got gas and noticed the chains were low everything else was fine
Charlie MHave employees check trailers a lot better. The roof leak and the seals were bad around the door did not know this until after we went through a rain storm everything inside was wet.

GLINDA BI'm not sure if we were given a different truck than what was entered into the system but we drove under 10 miles and when I checked out it was showing over 20,000 miles difference from the odometer and giving me warnings in the app about high mileage and fees. I entered the milage as a different amount than actual so that it was in range with what we actually drove.

ANDREW SThe light in the uhaul would not turn off and we ordered the vehicle at 6am and did not receive the vehicle till 8am due to the slow help inside the store he lied all the other customers in the store. But we were there first so we waited outside for the store attendant to find a key and help everyone in the store. That was bad service and not customer service.
