Location wasn’t very convenient. It was difficult to get to. Staff was friendly but were having difficulty with a cash transaction which created delays.

This was Uhaul’s issue and not the staff at the location. Your electronic pick up system was abysmally slow and it took me over 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle because the computer system kept on crashing. The staff were very frustrated and said that this happens often

Pickup experience took longer than expected. They should attempt to contact references before the moment of pickup. Also, we were not sure if we were supposed to return the key to the same key pick up box or the general drop box.

After the return the front desk behaved very bad. I used it for 30 Miles and it took about $30 gas.

When i picked the trailer up the gentleman was very professional and helpful / When i returned the trailer i mistakenly walked in the door where it said Rental Return . I have a problem walking it was the a shorter walk than the front . i went in looking for a way to the front when this person came shouting at like i was some kind of criminal , his name is Raymond . I at that point asked him to come out and disconnect the trailer and i went back to my truck where i waited for some time . I think Raymond needs some brushing up on his customer service skills

The trailer had debris in it. I drove by 2 other locations to pick up the trailer. It seems that every time I rent a trailer I have to go to a different location for pickup.

One area of improvement is the availability of vehicles listed on your website is not accurate. I wanted a pickup truck but could only find a van at the location I originally selected. After I filled out all of the forms for the rental, acouple hours later I received emails and text messages regarding a change in location to be able to pick up the van. I was not available to read emails or text messages at the time they arrived. Not a problem but the system wanted me to fill out all the same forms again. Seems unnecessary when all the information was the same except the location which was Uhauls error. I would have liked to just chek a box that said yes I am of with the location change.

I was told I would be charged double for “wrong drop off location” and it turned out to be 5x more. That is ridiculous, the person I spoke to said double. If they would’ve said how much they would charge I would’ve taken it to the “correct” location. You just make up whatever charges you want

The GM, who got us out the door had the WORST attitude and personality. I have never felt as if I was wasting someone's time by renting a vehicle from him. As the GM you are supposed to be the example on how to act and treat your customers. It's no wonder the guy who checked us in was disgusting and greasy. Y'all need to fire the entire staff and start over. Because of the way we were treated we will no longer rent our storage or vehicles from this location ever again. Shame on Uhaul!!!

If we are needing a U-Haul again, I will definitely be coming back to this specific location. They were so nice and patient, answering all my questions and informed me of everything. My original location messed up my reservation so the customer service person I spoke to, who was also amazing, found the nearest location that had what I needed and I’m happy it all worked out. Pick up was smooth and easy, the gentleman I dealt with was extremely nice and helpful and same with drop off! The gentleman I dealt with was friendly and quick but efficient with everything so we could get our kids home with how late it was. They were all amazing to deal with!! We truly appreciate it!!

Even after 'moving out' they stole money from my bank every month so I had to spend hours on the phone each month to get them to return my money. MAKE SURE THEY CANCEL CC AUTO PAY WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.
