Whathe responsibility is for U-Haul. Every step of the way I communicated with them regarding extensions and updating my profile. I spoke with Andrew most of the time. Made it clear how extensions work and what my responsibility was. I truly appreciate his professionalism his ability to speak to the customer with complete respect. I felt valued as a customer thank you

FLOYD FI stood in the lobby, waiting for an employee for about 4 to 5 minutes along with another customer. Then I got frustrated and went outside and decided to try to use the app to check in. That process too was lengthy. It’s unbelievable that you have to wait in real time while a U-Haul employee and some office somewhere reviews your documents. It’s less efficient than actually going to the counter is typically. Once that process was complete and I was told I could go pick up the keys. I went back inside. I need to wait again alongside a different customer than the first time for an employee to show up. No one ever came to the counter. The other customer left frustrated, and I proceeded to walk around the entire building, looking for an employee. I finally found one who was able to give me the key to the truck I rented. This wasn’t typical for any other rental I’ve ever done with U-Haul ever. I’ve probably rented with U-Haul 10 times over the last 20 years.

KEVIN CIt was alright and the guy who helped us was fine. It was mainly the tech process. After I scheduled the apptmt at another location, I only received a text that made me download an app, sign in, etc and it still couldn't find my order #. I should have received an re-confirm & text with all info including address, date, time, etc. I felt very unprepared with uhaul and ended up going to the wrong location. It took a full hour out of my moving time that day while my moving crew just sat and waited. Plus had to buy an adapter I'd only use once.

Isaac ETruck had a dead battery after being parked for several hours. The lights not left on. Nothing I did caused it. Roadside assistance came to my location in a parking lot in Chandler, and after testing the battery system, changed the battery. I drove the truck back to my hotel and parked it for the night. The following day, as I was preparing to drive to my storage unit to have movers unload the truck, the new battery was dead. Roadside assistance determined that the truck needed to be towed. I had to have the truck towed to my storage and offloaded for the movers to unload my belongings, and move into storage. The tow company loaded the truck on the flatbed again, and towed the truck away. We were 2 hours late getting to the storage, which cost me an extra hour for the movers. I rented a lemon. I should be compensated for the truck rental because it really screwed up my moving schedule.

ERIC BOriginal truck keys were missing....truck given was ok. Returned truck EARLY and with more gas than when I picked it up. I just wish they would give me back money as quick as they TAKE it!!!
