A friend highly recommended this location. I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and informative. It was quick and easy to acquire a unit. I highly recommend this location as well. It seems very safe and secure there. Lots of equipment to help you move items to and from your vehicle.

When discussing my options for rentals, I was explaining to the lady what my need was and I was advised that a flat rate on a moving truck would be the best option with unlimited mileage. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. I had to pay extra and when I requested a refund, the same lady called me to deny it and stated she never said that, but I had someone with me that also confirmed she said it many times. I had also rented a trailer the same lady stated HAD to be returned at the same facility I rented it from. I also found out after returning that was also NOT TRUE, and I had driven over 200 extra miles to take it back. I would not recommend this facility as Brittany is not knowledgeable, nor is the young man that she left in charge when she was rushing out for the day. Britney also hung up on me when she vaccine frustrated during our call.

This is less a complaint about this specification and more about Uhaul in general. I rented a truck 19.95 for a day. I drove it 140 miles, had it back clean and early. Was charged 172 dollars!!! Like what? I asked the guy about 100 miles included as the agreement says then .49 every mile after and he acted like it didn't exist. They went ahead and charged me for every mile, plus the base rate, plus the 15 dollars I agreed to for "insurance" So the 19.95 is an absolute joke. You are better off renting a pickup truck from a normal car rental place like Enterprise or Avis. All said and done with refilling what gas was used I was out over 200 dollars for a few hours of truck use. Never again.

the steering was loose on the truck, you could turn the steering wheel to the right or left several inches before it would actually turn.

Pickup was quick, drop off was a little slower, but great location. Truck was another story; bad vibration, needs an alignment, dog hair inside cab (definitely not a great rental)

I've used U-Haul a dozens times in my life and I've never had a single issue. The mobile check in is great and the drop off process never takes more than a few seconds.

Reservation process is invasive and unnecessary. Asking for contact info of employer and/or a friend is invasive and reeks of data mining. It is absolutely offensive and creates a hostile experience. As a customer of U-Haul for 38 yrs I will try to source moving equipment from anyone else before U-Haul.

I show up to pickup trailer & no one is around. I finally track somebody down. They get reservation up & go through ID process. They want second contact person which is ok. It's getting ridiculous by this time. Then they want third contact person. They say it's because equipment is being stolen. I give them a fictitious name, my address & a random phone number which satisfies the requirements. I can fly around the world with my newly acquired ID that proves who I am but it's not good enough to rent a trailer. If you think hassling honest people for useless information is going to stop the criminals you are mistaken. At the very least you need to ask for this info at the time the reservation is made. It's great to have a near monopoly, but if I have any options in the future I will probably not use Uhaul.

Trailer parking is backwards to parking they are not blind side but have to be turned back beyond 90 degrees to park it. The lot has a lot of room too bad trailers are not drive-thru parking

Only one trailer and it had a bad taillight. Needed the trailer so took it with the one bad light. Inside was dirty. I doubt that they did any check on this trailer before renting it out.

Upon completing mobile check out, I DID NOT approve charges and selected to have a uhaul rep call to go over charges with me. Never received a call and my credit card was charged for the amount that I DID NOT approve.

I showed them that the gas was lower than the sheet of paper and they said not to worry about it but ended up chasing more anyway. Not a jodee deal but I knew they were going to do that. Also Interior was dirty with drink spills

$899 to drive 285 miles is absolute FRAUD! The employee at the Silos location had no idea for the reasoning other than telling me the drop off location has too many trucks, which was not the case because that location told me they don’t have ANY trucks and that he is being priced out of the market. If Uhaul wasn’t my only option in a small town, I would 100% have taken my business elsewhere. She pointed out the door to a truck and gave me zero assistance. That’s Bozeman for you, so not surprised.

I rented a 15’ truck to pickup at 6am. I had to wait till 7am to retrieve my keys because they was no lock box left for me. When I was finally able to get into the truck, the cup holders were full of crumbs and very sticky.

So impressed by the efficiency and friendly helpfulness of everyone we spoke to on the phone to arrange the trailer drop off and storage rental; especially the person who checked us in at the Jackrabbit facility. I believe her name was Brittany, and I think she is general manager. What an asset to your company!

Passenger side door had a broken window crank . Car windshield full of bug stains , no dolly. Online checkin went horrible. It asked me for apt. lease, passport and / or contacts to verify which is not exceptable as I was never informed by any U-Haul associate that this was required. You had my lic. , ID and valid credit card . The app was garbage and the toll free associates either hung up or totally unhelpful and failed to properly notify me of what documents were needed on the app. I gave you a good credit card number so I’m not even sure why I would be asking for my passport or my apartment leasing agreement or emergency contacts which I’m not even sure why even listed your automated app is horrible. I made my experience a living nightmare.

Picking up a moving van with 1/4 tank of gas wan't at all ideal. It meant having to stop for gas before even getting started with loading.

The u-haul truck i rented was very dirty inside and out. The mechanicals of the steering is in need of some repairs or replacement.
