MICHAEL Weverything regarding the actual ride was great. zero complaints. but having to create a reservation with the app fucking sucks and i will not be using your service again unless an actual counter person can do the job. i am essentially an employee when i do all the work. what if i didn't own a phone? serious overreach on your part. i am deleting the app and never using it again.
BRIAN SAdvise customers to come a few minutes before pick-up time to download the U-Haul app and complete the rental process online, even if they made a reservation.
fernando sThe only problem I had was at the time of delivering the unit because the app did not allow me to upload the photographs to the system and the truth is that with so many vehicles accumulated in the premises pending return it is complicated to take the photographs as requested by the app, there was no one who could help even a guardian of the property and that complicated to send it, otherwise everything excellent

WILLIAM RUpon arrival I was told the truck had to be back at the location within 4 hours due to the next renters having to drive it to Miami. This was hard to believe. In my opinion the truck was in no condition for a drive that long. The suspension was on its last legs and there were times I thought we would have a problem.

LUIS MGreat location check in and check out was very fast. Equipment was over 10 years old with over 130k miles. But in decent enough condition for a quick in town job.

Either have us pre fill it at home or skip the app and just use the computers at home. It .makes 0 SENSe to have us come to the store just to stand there at the counter and fill out an app that we could have done in our own time. How big is your company and you can't figure out basic logistics? Fuck your app. If you're going to have one, how about you test it in the real world first and learn some practical.applications before you just go "LOOK WE COMPANY, COMPANY HAVE APP.APP good." You're supposed to be the moving company that makes things easy. The only thing that you made easy was me losing my f****** mind waiting 20 minutes for a scheduled pickup. Good luck with your business. It's the last time I'll ever use it

HANNIBAL PI put in on the app to drop off at a different location did not. Give me the option when I dropped it off to put it a different location then they called me and said I had paid 400 to get it back to the other location

JUAN JStoring my belongings at this U-Haul location was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. I was given a storage unit with a defective lock latch, which completely came off and made it impossible to secure. I immediately informed the U-Haul staff, who assured me they would fix it. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting their word without verifying it myself. When I returned in April to retrieve my belongings, I was devastated to find that my unit had been completely emptied. Everything was gone. I reported this to the manager, Dahlia Cunningham, who admitted she had no explanation for what happened. According to their records, a walkthrough had been conducted the previous October, during which my unit was found empty. Instead of contacting me for clarification, they simply assumed I had moved out without notice. No one followed up. No one checked in. By the time I discovered my belongings were missing, it was too late—their security camera footage only went back three months. Ms. Cunningham and the assistant manager showed no empathy for my situation, and getting a response from them was like pulling teeth. I lost a lifetime’s worth of belongings, including irreplaceable family heirlooms and my personal artwork. This has been one of the most traumatic experiences of my life, and I am appalled by the complete lack of accountability and care from this location. If you value your possessions, do not store them here.

Andrew WI returned the car with more fuel than it had when I picked it up, yet my receipt included an additional charge for 5 gallons. I contacted customer support to clarify the reason for this charge, but I have been waiting for over a week without receiving any response. The level of customer service leaves much to be desired.

Ruben JThe place is very good because they have everything you are looking for! But the service is very bad. First, the truck I rented was number 4 in line, but they are parked very close and it took too long to get it out and no one helped me do it.
FRANKLIN OThe truck was dirty when I picked it up. The brakes were very low. The staff was rude to me when I returned the truck. I was asked to dust out the back of the truck with an air hose. I put the gas back to wear it was when I picked it up and they argued over 2 more dollars of gas that they say was needed so they up charged me 29 dollars and 25 dollars to clean the box of the truck that one item was into transport. It was a horrible experience. The quality control of uhaul has taken a bad turn. I am very upset.

Benjamin SI recently rented a U-Haul vehicle and paid an additional $21 for six moving blankets and a dolly. However, when I arrived at the location, these items were not provided at the reception, nor were they inside the vehicle. This caused significant inconvenience, as I specifically needed these items for my move. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and expect a refund for the missing equipment or a resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
Dmytro PService here was poor as waiting time was long and customer reception could've been better. We rented the van twice to move furniture. The first time, the clerk kept giving us a van that was boxed in the parking lot and couldn't get it out; 3rd time was the charm. We finally got a usable van on the 3rd attempt and it was completely avoidable had the clerk bothered to use her eyes to check on the rear window. On the second day of rental, we ended up with a dirty cargo van. The cargo area was really smelly and there seems to be fecal matter on the floor. I didn't realize it until I started moving in the furniture. We were short on time and returning the van would affect moving so we dealt with it and reported it later to another clerk. She treated me like an idiot and wondered why I didn't return it. I had to explain I wasn't expecting a van to dirty and nobody advised me to check the insides. I took the matter to the cleaner but he was clearly stoned and didn't care about what I had to say. Given the choice for getting a rental, I would look elsewhere.

CANDIDO PThe renting experience renting at this location was great and informative. This was my first time renting from a U-haul. The main highlight is that the Van was safe to drive and reliable; and the second highlight is that the after hours return went smoothly.
Lenard AThe van I rented was dirty, filled with manure, blood stains, and smelled like barn yard animals. While the outside of the van was relatively okay, we didn't realize the ride was filthy until we already started moving the furniture into the cargo hold. By then, we were short on time and we decided to do our best to wipe down the whole cargo area with sanitation wipes. After we were done moving, we dropped back the van and reported this to the clerk, she treated me like an idiot and said I should've checked inside the container to make sure it was okay. However, nobody instructed me to do such a thing when we first rented the vehicle nor did we expect to encounter remnants of livestock fecal matter in the midst of Brooklyn. The clerk encouraged us to report this to the person in charge of cleaning the ride, but he was clearly high as he smelled of weed. The guy stared through at me as if my complaint didn't bother him and he asked for proof. When I showed him proof of the fecal matter, he had a reaction of disbelief and just told me to throw the keys intot he van without so much an apology. When I took the matter back to the clerk, she admitted that certain members get high and strangers at times just climb into the cargo hold of their trucks to hang out. While I appreciated the honesty, the clerk admitted they didn't have any control over the behavior of their employees or have decent security over their facility. The entire situation played out like a bad B-grade comedy of people who are poorly trained professionals that don't care about their jobs and messing around. I would never recommend this to anyone unless they don't have a choice. Good luck!
