Tried to turn in in person but looked for 30 minutes and couldn’t find anyone that worked there to talk to. Then used the app but the app would not load pictures. So I looked again for someone that worked there. Even walked in to office and back area. No luck!!!!!
DAVID HThe WiFi and the internet transaction time took forever. They said they are always having trouble with the U-Haul website and the timing was unacceptable.
ALLEN FThe tech that installed the 4 wire flat connector kit with converter is absolutely not qualified. He did a very poor job and dangerous as well. When I returned to have it corrected another tech did the rework and likewise he did very poor sloppy and dangerous job. Both should not be working in that shop.

NORMAN WSite manager had excellent customer service skills, reviewed our contract with us, and answered every question. It's rare to have someone go out of their way to be so helpful. She deserves a raise!
CHARLOTTE MI planned to buy a sectional sofa but after we saw it we did not . Rented trailer but never put anything inside. Service at store in Brunswick outstanding,all were knowledgeable, helpful and professional

LOUIE PUhaul was empty with no fuel and they didn’t return my $28 bucks for returning rental on 1/4 tank at drop off location yet!
MAURICE KMade 3 calls to check availability. Was told 3 times she would check and call me back. Never happened. When I got to store all 3 women there denied they talked to me. Made reservations on line. The man who checked me in, didn’t know how to operate the register, took 15 minutes to get contract. 4 employees on duty and half the time nobody was answering the phone. Worst customer service I have seen.

JON HMake sure the 5x8 open trailers are also swept out. Also, I believe the person who helped me was not fully trained yet. I had to lock the tongue on the hitch or it would have poped off my car and caused an accident.

JAMES RVery disorganized- poor customer service- associates discussed problems with the keys for 10 minutes while giving us no information whatsoever. Return blocked with trucks again for direction and customer service.
Robin BI received 39.00 back out of a hundred dollars cash deposit. I was supposed to receive 59.00 back. I would never use or refer this location to anyone else ever.

BRIAN EBetter check in process, I returned my equipment on time and was charged an extra day because it wasn't checked in. When the equipment was returned I never even had to unhook it. Which is great, to have help of course, but for it not to be checked in after it was unhooked is troubling. Would be 5 star but no one confirmed the return before charging me.

NORMAN WI would like to add the Exceptional service I received at both locations, I was in and out in minutes. The Agent that helped me at the Abercorn location was very knowledgeable and didn’t get perturbed about the number of people in line.

CHARLES CThe first truck I was assigned was "dead". Turn the key and nothing. The second truck was very difficult to turn the ignition key. Sometime it took 20-30 seconds to free-up the ignition to turn the key. Very Frustrating!

James J | First ImpressionsIf you're going to use pigtails to connect trailers to vehicles have them ready and more of them than you have vehicles. It really seems like they should just live on the trailer I showed up and there was one out of the 30 trailers you had available. The truck was not ready, they didn't have a plan set up for not having the correct truck and trailer. Everything I filled out online had to be filled out again in the store, even your repetitive sales pages. The guy at the store was nice enough, but your software should have flagged that the truck and trailer combination I rented wasn't available and something should have been done about it before I got there.
