charles JTruck needs maintenance. Wheel is completely misaligned. Makes lots of noises mechanically. Luckily, I was just driving locally 15-20 miles total. Otherwise if it was long distance, I would not trust that truck at all. Quite disappointing that you pay hard earned money for a truck that is mechanically in really bad shape

I was supposed to receive a 15 ft truck but they had me down for a 10 ft truck. Getting a much smaller truck I had to make several trips which accrued more miles on the vehicle. I spent more than I should've spent.

James BExcellent location and staff, but a previous driver of my vehicle used heavy cigarette smoke and the strong was so smell. It aggravated my throat and made me sick my entire trip. When I returned the van I found out smoking is not allowed but this vehicle smelled too strongly of tobacco. I wish it’s windows were left down so that it could air out.

DONNA ATruck was clean. I noticed that after driving above 40 mph that the truck dident want to stay center on the road. It may be as simple as the tires need to be rotated or realigned. But I suggest that truck get looked at.

Mice destroyed my carpet and the padding (to make nest in them) my couch which has been in my family for over 50 years was a temporary bed for the rodents. Destroyed wooden masks. I’m so mad I couldn’t afford mattress covers because they were filled with feces in urine. The workers just apologize and handed me a number to put in my claim. I will never use an outside unit or U-Haul storage unit again. I will not be referring any friends and family. I definitely will share my experience.

ROBERT CFirst issue was my unit was dirty when I moved in didn’t think about it until a week later when all the leaves coming down from the door was all over my belongings. I followed directions to the tea and didn’t have any food products in my storage, but my storage unit still got over ran with mice. I had mice Ness in my 3 area rugs, mice feces, and urine on my furniture. The mice actually through my carpet padding and was in the process of making a bed and my Old solid wood chair That my family has had for over 50 years. 2 queen mattresses were ruined with mice, feces, and urine. The mice also destroyed two of my 2 Wooden mask. If I was a nasty person, I would be able to accept this, but I carpet cleaned and vacuumed All my furniture and rugs before they came into storage. Due to my current financial situation, I couldn’t afford a mattress, cover or furniture coverings to protect my furniture or belongings from potential rodents. My entire unit was covered in Mice feces. I will never refer this storage location to any of my friends or family.
VIVIAN TThe pick up was easy and smooth. The drop off was easy and smooth. I’m not sure the young ladies name that I dealt with when I got the truck, but she was very quick. There was nothing to it. James was the person that I left the truck with when we dropped it off. He was awesome. I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be using you guys again within the next week probably when I have to move again lol

Anita D | First ImpressionsAlthough the office was able to view my reservations, it was never available on the app. On day of move, the systems were not up, constantly down in middle of check in. It took over an hour to get my truck which cost me an hour extra with movers. I left a friend to wait and get vehicle as I had to go meet movers. They found a work around that sent her to my house with a 26' truck, I had reservations for a 15'. I called immediately and was told that was what I ordered when in fact, I had reservations for a 15'. This too was unacceptable as it was too big for our needs and at a higher cost. Upon returning, the storage recommended was a closet when in fact I had a 1 bedroom condo. Going back to the office, I was extremely upset, and was now fed up with Uhaul. The young lady had the audacity to tell me, there was no need to be aggressive when I wasn't aggressive, I was mad, very mad, upset, annoyed and further in debt than planned. It was not her money, time or effort put into this, it was mine. I will never again use, recommend or consider Uhaul. Furthermore, they did nothing to make good on Uhauls bad business. Absolutely the worst experience in moving. I have nothing good whatsoever to say.

I had to bring someone with me to help push it up. It was dangerous because once it was up, it could come crashing down. I had to move because I got frustrated.

I was not offered a refund for the remaining fee. I have been charged $10.00 for a long time for 24/7 access and my access code only worked 9am-5pm. I mentioned this to management and was never corrected nor the $10.00 charges refunds nor removed from my bills. This can be verified on my account statement. I always paid on time!!!

The managers and other staff was not very helpful at all. I wanted to talk with a manager, but all they would do is email. After speaking with your service representative, them sending emails to the managers, that I wanted to speak with them. They would never call. And you could not send responses back to them. Thought it was fixed the first time. Unfortunately they still did not fix it. I called multiple times.
