ALLISON H | First ImpressionsI had my things stored for under 30 days followed all the rules of what not to store in the unit and the mice destroyed some of my things anyway. Mice destroyed my carpet and the padding (to make nest in them) my couch which has been in my family for over 50 years was a temporary bed for the rodents. Destroyed wooden masks. I’m so mad I couldn’t afford mattress covers because they were filled with feces in urine. The workers just apologize and handed me a number to put in my claim. I will never use an outside unit or U-Haul storage unit again. I will not be referring any friends and family. I definitely will share my experience.
