I reserved a dolly weeks prior and they didn’t have any. What’s the purpose of reservations a month in advance if it doesn’t matter. When I asked about it she said they shouldn’t have let me. She also was speaking very fast. More of an in and out. Hard to follow to ask questions when you can’t keep up with the conversation.

This location is very poor and unprofessional and the manager has poor communication skills and very dismissive. They charged me for wore straps on a car hauler that I only had for 3 hours total, because I used it and took it right back. Avoid this location at all cost. I'm still waiting for customer to contact me.

In the last 2 weeks I have had the need to rent an enclosed 5x8 trailer and each time the process has gone great and the staff were very helpful. So when Fall semester starts back , I will be needing to rent another enclosed trailer and I will be back.

The staff was super nice. The facility needs an upgrade. No area to wait while the work was being completed. Chris was pleasant and got the job completed on time. I got my appointment changed (both day and time), so my wife could not come to the appointment with me. Had it been really hot or cold out (ie winter or summer) one wooden bench at the front of the over hang of the store doesn't really work for me. If you're company is really looking to improve, a small 10x10 area INSIDE with a TV and 2 vending machines would be nice.

I've always had a good experience at this location. The later hours are a huge plus for me and I can usually find the right sized or close equiptment I need on short notice. The gentleman that assisted me on this occasion, Donnie, was extremely helpful. He was very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered before I left.

I've rented trailers here dozens of times and generally have a favorable experience. The people in the location are friendly and helpful when you're there. I do not like that I can't call the location and expect someone to answer the phone. When I get routed to corporate, they have no idea what was happening locally and want everything to fit into their process. I find it frustrating.

We were charged an extra $30.00 to take golf clubs in a bag out of the back of the SUV. That took all of 5 seconds for a $30.00 charge. The location is awful. Hard to get in and very limited parking. I was meeting someone that was dropping off the car and was first asked to move because that I was in a trailer spot - with no trailer present and told me I had almost run into to the trailer stand. First of all, I saw the trailer stand - did not hit it - and the parking spots were full. Will not be going back or recommending.

No issues really, I went to location late in the evening to rent a box truck, turns out at the end of the month they are less likely to have equipment available BUT wasn't a big deal because staff told me how to find other equipment in the area with the U-haul App. Was able to get a 9-ft van and that was ideal since it is more maneuverable. Staff at this location are friendly and knowledgeable, I've rented everything here from tow dollies to box trucks over the years, prices are quite affordable and I've never been charged some extra fee unreasonably, equipment has been clean and there are plenty of useful items to purchase in the store like trailer plug adapters, tape, boxes, etc. Will definitely use the app first next time. Great experience here always.

This location initiated a courtesy call regarding pick up amd was nice upon acceptance of customer being in route. All 3 employees on duty displayed exemplary customer service!!! The employee completing the transaction, his professionalism was spot on!! Personally, it was a great experience in picking up the vehicle and in the delivery! Keep up the good work! Blessings!

The lady at the desk with the highlights was awesome and very helpful. The gentleman that hooked up our trailer was a nice person but he didnt do a full walk around of the trailer. I had to secure the ramp of the trailer myself before we left which isnt a big deal but i feel that the worker who is doing the walk around should be doing it to properly. The GM of the store is also an amazing delight to deal with and overall this is a great store.

I recently returned a trailer to this U-Haul location, and unfortunately, my experience was less than welcoming. The employee who checked in the trailer commented that it “should have never left this way” and, upon learning I picked it up in Knoxville, responded, “That explains it.” This made me feel like I had done something wrong as a customer, even though I had no control over the condition in which the trailer was given to me. The staff member was not particularly friendly or engaging, which made the return process feel uninviting. A little more professionalism and warmth in customer interactions would go a long way.

John and his assistant manager are awesome. They added to my experience as a transplant from Atlanta to Tennessee easy breezy ! John help me through every frustration in this moving process and so did the assistant manager when John wasn’t available. They always smile and its natural very accommodating team and the customer service is elite! Every U-Haul store she have clones of the two . Magnificent Service 🙌🏾‼️

Only gripe was that the 26 ft truck i rented had a really bad unbalanced front driver side tire that felt and sounded like a helicopter on the freeway, good thing the roads were dry. Besides that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, cool guys to work with.

Had to use the storage unit at 1. Then drive all the way across town to drop the truck off at another location made no sense. Tried to change it wanted to charge me I was already there with the truck it was clean and gassed up they were eating lunch the staff. Wouldn't help me just pushed me a long costing me money cuz I was late dropping it off very bad experience. Missed my ride back to my house had to walk nearly six miles. Never used U-Haul again

I rented the space online but when I got in the store, I was told that somebody else had already rented that space and was moving in on the same day I was suppose to. It took them almost 4 days to put my money back on my card

I will never rent with them. This is a scam. After talking to someone to set up a move out day and pay a settlement offer because I was effected by Covid. They continued to charge me for miscellaneous things Causing my bill to go up to a thousand dollars and tried to sell my items to get nothing and then tell me I still owe a thousand dollars.

The staff is rude. Aside from the date I signed my contract, whenever I have to speak with the staff they have a tendency to make one feel unimportant and that I am an interruption to whatever they have going on. They often park equipment in the way of the door to the storage units creating a trip hazard. When you ask them to move it they are always too busy to do so in a timely fashion. When moving out I called to cancel my contract. the rep stated that its not really a contract and all i have to do is move out. I asked him to please make a record of my move out anyway. I then started receiving late notices with assessed fees so I called back in. the rep noted said she would e-mail the store to notify them of my original move out date but would not copy me on that e-mail nor provide a copy for my records. I find that policy absurd. She stated all calls are recorded and that if needed I could get said recording. When I requested it she put me on hold and after 20 minutes i gave up. The only saving grace for this particular facility was the price. That said I did get a letter notifying me that the price was increasing on my unit. With all this in mind, no I would not recommend this facility, especially for storage rentals. Additionally, after my support experiences with your company, I will shop other brands before choosing a uhaul location in the future.

Working with this facility was an absolute nightmare. You will never be able to call and speak to the store, you will always have to go down there to speak to anyone. They were incredibly rude also.
