No strap to hold container to trailer. Two furniture pads instead of four. Wooden box falling apart. Door would not close. Lock hasp not secure. Velcro on cover so old it would not connect.
A JI highly recommend this UHsul facility for Storsge as well as moving supplies, they allow others to give back boxes free. Additionally, the rental program is great. Good selection of. Vehicles at reasonable prices. Staff is extremely helpful in every category!

CARLOS EThe interior was fine, the tires were filled with dirt. I did not mind at all though, until 10 hours later, when I returned the truck and was told that the tires were not acceptable. The gant also told me that I was going to get charged for 1/2 tank of gas, but I showed him the picture I took of the dashboard gages indicating I received it with an empty tank, had I not taken the picture, there was no record.

JAIRO RThe truck smelled like smoke and weed. In addition, lots of feathers inside like bird feathers which caused me lots of allergies. Truck is in really bad condition, no alignment- dangerous to drive in my opinion. Not a good experience.
DIEGO DWhen we picked up, the young lady taking care of us told us that if we paid there the amount she was quoting us, it would be unlimited miles, we paid it; but when we returned the truck they charged us for extra miles. Unlimited is Unlimited. Why scam us?

DAVID FThere is an older African-American gentleman who works at this location who is flat-out rude to customers. When I attempted to show him my rental confirmation on my phone, he yelled "YOU SHOWING ME A PHONE. THAT DON'T MEAN NOTHING TO ME. I ONLY WANNA SEE PAPER." Well, sir, your employer uses an electronic reservation process, and those rental confirmations are sent electronically, so... As I was walking out to my truck a few moments later, I observed the same employee berating another customer for not being familiar with the location of the button for the hazard lights on his rental. This employee has no business working in a customer service position if this is how he is going to interact with customers. On the other hand, every other employee I dealt with at this location was friendly and helpful.

The check in agent had said “there are guys outside” but we couldn’t find any. We eventually asked another customer for help. When we raised the locker door, alarms went off even though we followed all the procedures. No one came even then to check on things. We were able to lock up out things, though a second trip from the car to bring things up resulted in alarms going off again.

Only because I know their names, Amanda Felix and Kenneth Calhoun, were especially helpful but the others whose names I don’t know were equally as helpful and accommodating so they deserve my compliments as well. This business is top notch in my estimate and I will be a long time customer.

I’ve called and called customer service and the store with no call back.

Rini V | Online Move InI pay for a truck on Sunday May 8 2021 to take out my things from two storages that I had and two guys got stuck on the elevator been there for an hour without any help until we realize nobody was helping them and went to call a worker and he said that he was going to call another coworker to come but the guys were in desperte need of air and water since the emergency bottom was not working becouse no one but one went to see them since we were there taking our stuff from the first floor so they call the fire rescue who were the only ones to come and Open the elevator. No one of the staff did anything to try to help the guys on the elevator or fix the elevator after it was open. Because of that we could not take our stuff from the 4th floor when we already had the truck paid. I need someone to tell me how to proceed on this since it’s not fair that I have to pay other truck to take my things from the 4th floor. When I ask the lady at the front desk if uhual could provide me with at least a van so I could take my stuff another day when the elevator it’s fixed her answer was I could use the stairs which I find nonsensical. How she can pretend I will go 4 floors up and down with furniture and stuff ?.
