customer entrance was not very clearly marked, I went to the back buildings before I was able to find. I went to the facility, arriving at 6:45/50pm Tuesday and they were closed (7pm was closing time).

The guys who prepare the trucks and the person inside haven't yet figured out how to make the self checkout system work. The outside guys won't give you a key even when the message in your phone says you are ready. Then they send you inside to the very desk whose line the self-checkout is supposed to have you skip. The woman at the desk hems and haws and then says ok and tells the outside guys over the radio to let you go, but they don't want to do that without seeing a printed contract. They bickered on the radio for a while and finally let me go. However, the process I just described cost me the first 25 minutes of my four-hour rental, since the contract was set to expire 4 hours after my requested checkout time, instead of 4 hours after the time the actually let me take the truck. I barely made it back on time, but it was stressful. The employees were nice to me, but they haven't got the new process down. In a related issue, the app makes you take a picture of the odometer and gas gauge before you get the key, but in many vehicles those gauges aren't active or visible without turning the key you don't have yet. This process will be awesome once you work out the kinks.

Upon returning the 26 ft truck last night, I tried to secure the back door since it had 12 moving blankets and two hand carts, one that came with the truck plus an appliance hand cart. The lock on the back Door did not open with the key supplied by UHaul. So I drove to CVS and purchased a $7 combination lock to secure the truck. Increase number of staff writing rentals. Too much waiting in line. Also make sure vehicles are gassed-up. I had to get gas before taking care of my delivery.

The employee that gives you the trailer and hooks it to the car was rud without provocation. Didn’t explain how to hook and unhook in case of an emergency. The service was poor.

Staff could not make a decision, elevator not working and just gave you a blank stare and did not how to resolve anything nor did they want to call a supervisor because they said they would not pick up. Will be glad when my month is up because I am going to remove my items for storage. Don't waste your time or money here.

Coach on the initial greeting at the counter. The counter person gave me a not so friendly look and eventually warmed up, but not great customer service which could be easily improved. Upon return of the truck they asked us to sweep the trailer which was ackward.
