Rented 11/22. Front clerk was amazing in helping. Extremely polite and nice. Weekend needs more help because there are lots of activity. Many customers are picking up and dropping off at this location. We waited almost and hour. Not because she was not trying to help. But there were way to many customers all needing help with different questions. Renting, Storage, boxes, hitch, moving supplies. The front desk is pulled in to many different directions to compete questions efficiently. I really felt sorry for her, and she was trying to hard to help each person with a smile on her face. An extra person during peak times would be great for the customer and the employee as well. Its gonna be hard to keep help and customer at this rate. Thank you Sandra Leigh Roshell

OSCAR OThe staff was nice but honestly the truck I had’s AC was going off and on and I felt sick because of it. Also doesn’t help that it was more expensive than I thought it would be and no discount was offered for the poor experience.
DARBY MIf something was forgotten, left in the cab inadvertently, call the customer and advise him. I ‘might have’ left a small headlamp in the truck. I’m not sure. Other than that, return facility was spotless, brand new, the attendant was professional and friendly and helpful. Guess where I will be renting a truck in the future? Thumbs up.
Steve MClerk was extremely helpful and explained the process thoroughly to me. She helped me decide what size unit I needed and love the examples in the store. Everything was clean and spotless and well lit. Would definitely rent here again when the need arises. Love that they are in Dalton and saves us from driving all the way to Chattanooga to get the size we need.

JOE YBetter instructions on available equipment and trailer pickup. Was advised on reservation a price of $19.99 one-way one day back to Alpharetta. It was $68 Was advised on reservation the trailer had a ramps. Trailer did not have a ramp. Pickup was literally picking up the tongue and maneuvering trailer on to hitch. Drop off was in an open lot at 405 Tidwell Road in Alpharetta in a completely dark lot. Unusual experience. In the rain. Reservation agent On site in Calhoun was very nice. No problem there. It was your online reservation agent that did not know what she was talking about with the $19.99 rate.
