I was told about an alarm system n was told to enter I believe it was last 4 of my phone number but was never shown how disarm it then wasn't told where to go begin my first time begin there I was driving a u-haul truck with a trailer n my car n turning around twice n goin back wasn't easy n I was getting frustrated wasn't told much of anything her attitude at first was a little rude but not to bad n it was when she was showing me a storage unit it didn't make sense but it was whatever n no smile, hi how r u today none of that her name is Sandy if she doesn't like her job then she needs to leave cuz thats not a professional way to do business

JUAN S | First ImpressionsSandy is the one to check me in her attitude was iffy but she was telling me about n alarm system that I would have to turn off but she never showed me where so I didn't know, then she was showing me the sizes n I said well it wont be the whole month cuz I was getting it free for one month for doin a one-way anyways when I told her I wasn't needing it for the whole month she said ookk like saying ok n ur point not saying she said that but thats how it sounded n mind u I'm not from around here so idk the area but she didn't tell me where to go in the first place so I drove down the side road can't get in went out on the main road had to do a turn around n then I came back she was outside she left the office more then 3 times so why not leave to show me the alarm system n the way to enter the building so my storage unit.... The place was nice, we'll maintained, I like the set up its a nice storage unit for sure she just needs to better her game when she checking people in a smile wouldn't hurt.....

Well worth the money..staff is super friendly..definitely will only use them from now on...and security is top notch cameras every where..

CAN N | Overall ExperienceThe floor of the storage unit was covered in dead lady bugs. I feel like people should leave them clean upon move out. The staff should check that upon rental. It is alright, we swept before moving any our storage items in.
