This has been the worst experience ever. I have rented from Uhaul 10 times before and have had good experiences this one was terrible never again!!!!!!!

Angel BConfusion over fuel when I dropped off vehicle. Was told to put same amount of fuel in truck, which I did. They then charged me for fuel to fill up. I was refunded but was put in awkward position to argue my case.

Shivanee Cdont charge so much if you simply forget to put in a line of gasand the gas probaly didnt even add up to $10. sometimes people are rushed and just honestly forget

DONALD FI spent a lot of time searching for a rental on line, and compared local to one way, and was under the impression that with the one way rental there would be MUCH MORE mileage included in the rental. Needless to say I was VERY pissed off when I was charged $70.00 extra when I returned the truck!!!

I would definitely recommend this location unfortunately I don’t live in this area or I would do all my business with them!!!

MARK MPlace was a nightmare to try and drop off I had to go find a service rep to check me in A van was blocking entire entrance which made it almost impossible to enter A rep walked pass me and didn’t even notice I existed till I spoke up Never again will I drop off here totally unorganized

nichole KTruck Loading Door did not function properly. It would stick and it was very difficult to open/close the door. Pulled a muscle in my back trying to open it.

JADA DEasy to see from the road, easy signage to follow. Pulled in, hopped out of truck. U-Haul team member came right over. I was out in less than 5. Highly recommend.

JOY JThe only problem is about the gas is did return the truck we the same gas the way they gave me and they changed me extra money for it we use the truck on for 9 or 10 miles and I put gas to returned that is my comment thank you
DORA STruck was clean. No trash or anything and was charged a $40 cleaning fee. They also allow after hours drop off and didn’t state there was a fee of $20 for that too. Not sure why I have these charges.
LACEY CHad been going to location for years however this location has been declining. When received U box had roaches in it. Will not be using this location again. Horrible experience.
SHERIE JThe one way trailer had marker lights that did not work and that made for a very dangerous drive during a storm as I could not see where the trailer was I was unable to verify at a glance that the trailer was in the lane since the lights were out. Notified worker on site who brushed it off .

I was referred the very FRIST time with courtesy complementary from U-Haul during the hurricane Milton. They were so friendly and helpful. With my other storage closed due to the hurricane very early . And I rented a U-Haul van . And I had to keep your ba. Over nite . But your U-Haul company SAVE ME 😀. And I will NEVER . Forget that . Moving our stuff to storage was a simple process, although I wish Uhaul had more storage units at our Location Daytona Beach. It was a challenge to fit into the only unit left! Even though I had already spent $30 on fuel. I was never given any copies of the paperwork, I had to ask. I find this to be very wrong. They said they gave me a $30 fuel credit to begin with, which I see see, but it is not reflected in the original bill or anywhere. Never again with uhaul unless I feel getting ripped off again.
