the representative at the counter was rude, I had to do all the work myself with taking the pictures upon pickup and return. I will never rent from Uhaul again. This has been the worst experience ever. I have rented from Uhaul 10 times before and have had good experiences this one was terrible never again!!!!!!!

The truck smells like dog poop and urine the smell was so strong that I have to open the windows while I was driving . I give the complain when I return the truck .

The people working were friendly, however they did not assist me after checking out at the front desk. They did not check trailer hookup and wiring on my vehicle or assist with attaching the trailer.

Confusion over fuel when I dropped off vehicle. Was told to put same amount of fuel in truck, which I did. They then charged me for fuel to fill up. I was refunded but was put in awkward position to argue my case.

I spent a lot of time searching for a rental on line, and compared local to one way, and was under the impression that with the one way rental there would be MUCH MORE mileage included in the rental. Needless to say I was VERY pissed off when I was charged $70.00 extra when I returned the truck!!!

Polar opposite experience from pickup. This location was fast, friendly, welcoming, and overall top notch. The employee seemed like he was there to serve instead of us bothering him. I would definitely recommend this location unfortunately I don’t live in this area or I would do all my business with them!!!

Place was a nightmare to try and drop off I had to go find a service rep to check me in A van was blocking entire entrance which made it almost impossible to enter A rep walked pass me and didn’t even notice I existed till I spoke up Never again will I drop off here totally unorganized

They are open until 7, I was there at 6:50 and they refused to help me. Literally locked the door and acted like I was stupid for expecting help. Told me to read the sign and use the app. Do better u haul, I will never use you again.

Truck Loading Door did not function properly. It would stick and it was very difficult to open/close the door. Pulled a muscle in my back trying to open it.

Easy to see from the road, easy signage to follow. Pulled in, hopped out of truck. U-Haul team member came right over. I was out in less than 5. Highly recommend.

The only problem is about the gas is did return the truck we the same gas the way they gave me and they changed me extra money for it we use the truck on for 9 or 10 miles and I put gas to returned that is my comment thank you

Truck was clean. No trash or anything and was charged a $40 cleaning fee. They also allow after hours drop off and didn’t state there was a fee of $20 for that too. Not sure why I have these charges.

The one way trailer had marker lights that did not work and that made for a very dangerous drive during a storm as I could not see where the trailer was I was unable to verify at a glance that the trailer was in the lane since the lights were out. Notified worker on site who brushed it off .

I love ❤️ my space and the location. And love how it’s so secured. When you have to have a card to enter . I was referred the very FRIST time with courtesy complementary from U-Haul during the hurricane Milton. They were so friendly and helpful. With my other storage closed due to the hurricane very early . And I rented a U-Haul van . And I had to keep your ba. Over nite . But your U-Haul company SAVE ME 😀. And I will NEVER . Forget that . And will very much do use you guys again. . If I have to . Without a doubt. Take care and keep up The great work !! 😊

As a longtime and frequent UHaul customer in multiple locations across the US, the Daytona Beach facility on Intl Speedway Blvd has one of the friendliest and most efficient staffs ever. I also must give Jennifer big props as she is very customer service oriented and knowledgable regarding all aspects of the rental process, and a real asset to the company.

The parking is a nightmare, about 5 spaces for customers. Facility is old/outdated, needs painted, cleaned, no lights in unit working, very bad musty smell, ceiling in unit damaged from rain, looks like it would fall in.

This is a joke. The light is out on the ceiling, floor dirty, dead bugs all over.I had to ask to have it swept out, they acted as if I had 4 heads ! NO PLACE TO PARK !! THEY NEED a complete do over,remodel,etc. A few employees were pleasant, the rest were jerks.

Lied about 24 hr access, and cost us money for a hotel due to our condo not allowing us to have a trailer on the property, so we had to get a hotel to park the uhaul trailer cause we couldn’t unload into your storage unit.

Easy process, affordable unit pricing with insurance for belongings available. Moving our stuff to storage was a simple process, although I wish Uhaul had more storage units at our Location Daytona Beach. It was a challenge to fit into the only unit left! Tetris masters, fit things in like puzzle pieces! Overall I can not complain.

I was given the truck 24 miles to go for empty. I returned it with more gas than I picked it up with. I was still charged an additional $30 for fuel. Even though I had already spent $30 on fuel. I was never given any copies of the paperwork, I had to ask. I find this to be very wrong. They said they gave me a $30 fuel credit to begin with, which I see see, but it is not reflected in the original bill or anywhere. Never again with uhaul unless I feel getting ripped off again.

The gas mileage on the rental truck was wrong, I told them before I left and they said just use the app, I’m busy. Today they charged my bank account for November payment which over draft my account. Obviously I should not have been charged since this very survey says I left. I’m beyond unhappy and would like corporate to contact me.

I didn't go to the u-haul facility, everything was handled by phone, I had a U-Box not a moving truck, we packed it and U-haul shipped it. Few miscommunications but was able to resolve issues quickly.
