Clean the exterior windshield before return to service. Too much attention to interior cleaning is a distraction for line help. Line help staff outside was difficult to understand do to mumbled speech.

All of the staff was great but the inside where the rentals where made was way under staffed. The woman inside was wonderful and skilled but she was having to work on two clients at a time just to keep her head above water. Even still I had to wait 30 minutes in line and I had a reservation!



have more staff on weekends. one efficient worker running 3 stations at once as there was a line. took over one half hour with reservation and prequalification on internet.

My pick up time was 8 am but the store did not open until 9 am. The clerk adjust my time to 7pm instead of 8. I got the truck at 10am.

Make sure the equipment is in working order I had two blowouts on the trailer in the middle of the interstate we avoided a serious accident, the rubber hit another car and left a mark on mine! I wouldn't recommend this place for nothing

I was asked to provide a person who could verify my identity. This was extremely difficult and a problem since I live in Massachusetts and was moving the contents of a condo which I have owned in Florida for 12 years.

Trailer was not inspected before I arrived. Had to wait for tires to be checked and aired up.



I had a bad situation when I rented uhaul to move to palm bay. The buyers of my house fell through after unloading 1/2 way in palm bay. We were told last minute by their realtor. We had to reload and bring uhaul back to previous home town and wait a week for closing. No help from a Uhaul staff member on situation we had no control over. She just took back our one way 1 1/2 trip changed into daily rate and charged mileage @ $.99 a mile $260 miles round trip. I've rented uhaul s frequently from large to trailors couple times a year for business. Always great to me but, this one person changed my whole outlook on uhaul when life throws you a hard curve ball. Ended up costing us $1000.00 for sitting in my driveway packed full with belongings

Service desk needs more agents. The one girl behind service lanes had to work two service lines at once after we waited quite a while for assistance. Very nice facility though. Attendant who assisted us with the truck was very helpful and thorough.

Well I am very upset about the fee I was charged for returning it to another location after I had a emergency during My travel, 8 called 3 times to have it rescheduled for dropout at a new location which it was recheduled. And I was charged $60, I am beyond mad and was never told this. I am very disappointed. I am giving a bad review for that on yelp.



This location is always short staff please hire some more people. There is always a computer issue or new trainee that creates a line

I was given a broke-down banged up car dolly with no running lights. That should be retired and taken off the road. Under the circumstances I feel it was given to me on purpose. When I had arrived to pick up my car dolly I had backed up to a line of car dollies assuming I would be getting one of them. After I had checked in in the office and was given a car dolly number I was told I had to pull up to the side of the building where are there was a car dolly sitting all by itself up tight to the building with cones around it. Not thinking much of it at the time but noticing it was kind of odd the outside man that helped me with hooking up the car dolly asked me to try the lights and he had told me they were working Granite the blinkers were working the brake light was working but no running lights. When I walked in the back of my vehicle to look at the car dolly I noticed the fenders were bent way out and some of the plastic was wore out of it and the tongue had a slight bent. The outside man who helped me wanted me to sign a piece of paper which stated this thing was in good working order but I had told him he needs to write on that paper that those fenders were bent but instead of doing that he just rode fenders with him standing there before I signed it I told him I was writing bent after the word fenders. I had no idea the running light did not work he never ask to see if the running lights were working and I didn't find out until after I had the car loaded and was leaving at 2 in the morning without running lights on it I had to leave the lights on on the car I was Towing which eventually ran the battery dead. I feel they had gave it to me on purpose so that it would be out of their area knowing I was going to North Carolina from Daytona Beach Florida I realized it after all that they gave it to me that way because what I was backed up to the good car dollies they refused to give me one of those good car dollies in chose to send me on my way with this broken down one. I am not happy at all with what had happened. Although I did make it safely to North Carolina with a dead battery in my car horrible service in Daytona Beach Florida U-Haul rental.

The truck was ready for me. Better customer service would have helped. Make your consumers aware verbally of their charges. Presentation of uniform while wearing, the women more so. Need to be wash, at least use a iron. Some of the staff need customer service training. Maybe it's because of the location near the college they feel they can be that way. More accessible inside for consumers in wheelchairs and canes for consumers with disabilities. If you have to wait at least have chairs for your consumers to sit in.

Long lines and understaffed. Forgot to give me key to open back of uhaul. Had to drive all the way back to get the key and in the end was only given 10 dollars off total price of the truck
