TONY VThe only suggestion to improve the location is perhaps they buy the lot next door to facilitate the trucks and trailers. Their parking lot is TINY. We got there at 9 a.m. and had to wait in the road the lot was so full and chaotic. This is also a Storage location, which exacerbated the crowding. It was nuts!! A lot going on in a very small space. They handled it great, but YIKES!!!

Tasia M | Online Move InEnsuring that the correct vehicle that was book it readily available when the customer arrives. Team member must check all tires on equipment. Before I left a team member notice that my transport right tire needed air. He filled it up with air. I drove the transport home and the next morning I drove an hour and 30 minutes and that same exact tire caused me a blowout while driving. I wasn’t happy because this could have been avoided if the tire was changed. There was also no warning cone in the truck for me to put out on the side of the highway for visibility to the other vehicles.

CARL M | Overall ExperienceAs an U-Haul "INVESTOR," I am GREATLY disappointed! Approximately a year ago I gifted U-haul with a bill a little over $1400 (2 trucks (6 days) + storage). Had a little trash, however, there was no place "dump" it, so I put it in a neat pile next to the facility. The next day, I am deducted ANOTHER $100!😂 Now my property is stored, and the bill is on "autopay." I am a "public" figure, so sometimes malicious attempts are made on my financial accounts (once successfully). To safeguard, if/when many of my accounts are "hit for payment" an alert is sent to me via text and/or email for my approval. Once I SEE it, I approve. For THIS place, that was NOT understood. The finale was, upon me being notified that an attempt to use my information to file taxes, my accounts were "heavily" restricted. Upon notice that "a" payment was not made, I informed the entities that there were no worries, payment was forthcoming. THIS facility had NO EMPATHY and charged me "late" fees!🤔 GOD FORBID if I would have been on another CONTINENT, as I was immediately after my initial rental in 2023.😨 To "top it off," the dumpster that I I couldn't fined in 2023, was INSIDE! Found this time while moving to another facility. Had some blankets that were stored for a year, so I trashed them. Upon walking away, an malafide order came via walkie-talkie, for me to remove the TRASH from the TRASHCAN!🤔 As a Criminology major, I simply replied in the most calmest voice: "Call the Police," which she did not. But I guess as an investor, I should be happy.🙄

Betty L | First ImpressionsThe reason I answered no the friendliness of the staff was because there were times when they acted smug & cordial. They kept it professional but overall the politeness was forced. Not only that but a lock mysteriously appeared on my unit for months that I had no key for.I kept telling them it's not my lock. It was verified by housekeeping that it was definitely the facility's lock. However after calling corporate they finally obliged and removed the lock & put one that they had a key for on there & let me get my belongings, so that was appreciated. But the incident went on for too long & I refused to pay a removal fee for a lock that I never put on nor had knowledge about. But in the end all was resolved. And they really have to do something better with parking. If I am renting a Uhaul I shouldn't have to be rudely told that I need to park my car next door @ a restaurant that might even tow it. I'm a customer and should be accommodated. And it was a bigger inconvenience because you literally had to leave the facility go about a half mile up to turn around and another 3/4 of a mile to U tirn to get back to the restaurant next door. I overheard one of the staff say well I'm just going to start towing cars that keep parking where the trucks are. I just that was rudely said. & there should be MORE parking for customers. The only reason they are parking there is because there is lack of parking..But there's definitely a resolution needed. Have a great day

Our current landlord is forcing us to move because they want to tear down and rebuild on the property. We were told if we wanted to stay just 3 more days until our new home is ready for us to move into we would have to pay $1250 . Or be out by 3 pm Friday at 11:30 am yesterday morning . So, im 27 hours we had to find a storage unit rental truck big enough to move 2 house holds , totaling 7 because my in laws live next door and received the same demands. We have lived here 5 years, take care of the property, are very respectful and responsible. And the property manager, who is the property owners mother could not allow us 3 extra days to move. And even started “we were playing games. Wow! You just made 7 human beings homeless because of your selfishness and arrogance. Anyway, thank you Brandy for working it out so that we could keep the truck 5 extra hours, to unload what did not fit into our 1st storage unit. Which btw we were offered 1 months free storage rent for rental of the truck .

When I picked up my belongings they had been gone through and items missing. When I put my belongings in storage there were no empty or open boxes. When I told the female working there on Monday the 8th, she called me a liar so I left the empty boxes for her. Those human traffickers are conning, conniving and commit grand fraud against people.

We asked if they would at least split the cost since we didn’t want the more expensive unit and were told they didn’t have the authority. They were very nice and helpful about everything except this and we have to pay almost $200 a month for a unit with many more features than what was agreed upon at rental time. In my opinion, a confirmed reservation should be the same as a contract and upheld as such. They should have honored the price of the other unit since they messed up in their system.

Also, there's no lift available to get to the upper units on the lower levels; therefore I had to carry a lot of heavy items up stairs and down the hall to reach my particular unit.
