Crack in wind shield and driver’s side wiper blade needs replaced, was very hard to see this morning in the downpour

The corner location makes it a little confusing to figure out which way you should be pulling in to return the truck and/or where it should be parker for an after-hours return. Not exactly sure how that could be improved, but that is literally my ONLY complaint about getting a rental truck from this location. Will definitely rent from them the next time I need to move.

I had the best customer service from Damien at your Broadway location in Toledo. He is professional and has great customer service. He is a worker you do not want to lose. He needs a raise immediately. ☺️

Tracy and his Staff always treated us with the utmost courtesy while really staying on top of their facilities. Everything was Secure, Well maintained and they took very good care of us and the record keeping was well above outstanding. I could not have had a more pleasant working relationship with an old fashioned customer first experience than here.

The guy took 30 minutes to hook up a trailer and the trailer wasn’t even wired correctly.

Can't speak on it being clean because I had waited outside. The wait time wasn't too bad and man that came out to me finally was fast to inspect the truck upon returning it. I'm still waiting to get my deposit back,not happy about that part.

U haul customer service didn't know how to work the app. This is the last time that I rent a U haul truck.

Last time I used the storage unit, the person next to me was storing unauthorized liquid (looked like motor oil) it seeped through onto my things. They had the insurance and I didn't, I think their insurance should have paid for my damaged goods. I am hoping it'll only be for 1 week. Used this place only because of convenience and time constraints, otherwise would have gone elsewhere because of past experience

I reserved on line and it asked me where I wanted to pick up and drop off. It never asked me where I was going. So when I dropped it off I was hit with and extra charge of $235 that I wasn’t told about. I’ve rented quite a bit from you over the years but this was probably my last time.

This rental went so well. Tracy was so courteous and very helpful. This is the place to go if you ever need to rent. I like the fact that they had a cargo van. Very spacious and clean. It drove like a champ. Thank you U-Haul and Tracy for the great experience!

They try to charge me $4.60 a gallon there when a regular gas station don't charge that much so what's that deal price gouging ripping customers off you guys are crooks this is one motherfucker you ain't going to rip off trust and believe that cuz I'm that person I'll pay someone if you know what I mean I'm not playing no games I would like someone to contact me about the U-Haul on East Broadway and Woodville try to charge me $4.60 a gallon no one charge that at a gas station come on what the fuck please explain that to me and if that's not true I want them boys to be fired what are young black dudes working in a U-Haul for don't make sense are they selling drugs out of there why wouldn't they get a manly job so I would like someone to contact me cuz if not I'm going to contact my attorney I'm going to get to the bottom of this if not I'll call channel 13 for action I want to know why they try to charge me $4.60 a gallon when there's no gas station charges that much you guys ain't a gas station I don't care if you're a business you all or not a gas station won't charge that so please someone contact me or if you catch my drift

When returning a truck if the customer asks for a receipt take the time to check the truck in so they can get a receipt. I've been trying for 16 hours to get mine to load but like when i picked up the truck the uhaul.com site isn't working.

I ALWAYS GET MY TRAVEL THROUGH THIS LOCATION. TRACY ALWAYS TAKES CARE OF ME AND MY NEEDS. THE ONLY ISSUE THAT OCCURED THIS TIME CONCERNED AN AUTO TRANSPORTER THAT I RENTED BUT WHEN I WENT TO GET IT MY TRUCK DIDN'T FIT. I HAD TO PURCHASE AN AIRLINE TIME AND FLY BACK TO OHIO THEN DRIVE MY TRUCK BACK AFTER I HAD JUST DRIVEN THE 15 FOOT UHAUL BACK TO FLORIDA THAT SAME WEEK. VERY EXHASUTING. I RENT YEARLY AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY OTHER ISSUES.

No one came out to help us when we arrived at the sign that said wait here. We went inside to find a long line with one employee. We did the check put in the app and dropped the key. Hoped it was all good after spending another $100 during that checkout. We were expecting some extra mileage fees, but we did not want to wait in line. We had a wedding to get to.

All went well but could not add insurance after learning my insurance did not cover a trust of=ver 10,000 pounds. Your ad say easily make changes over the phone. Not So

You comments on ohone say you can alter and change the contract on the phone. When I wanted to do thst I had to go back in turn inthe truck and rewrite another contract. A waste of valuable time when all that was needed was a change adding insurance.

They were an awesome group of people! Professional, funny and just made the experience for my wife, being new to the state, a wonderful experience. They even were understandable about being a few days late to pay but we also called and updated them on our situation. 10/10

Given the truck with less than an eight of a tank of gas. The app itself is ridiculous and does not work. The store was dirty. The customer service rep behind the desk was very helpful.

Storage area is always so clean. The staff of the facility is friendly and always goes above & beyond to help & assist with any issues if issues arise. This is definitely my preferred U-Haul location in the city.

This particular location was above excellent. I've been too many uhaul in different cities, locations, and state. This 855 E Broadway supercede my expectations. Thank you Traci, Damon and Jay for excellent service

Fast, friendly, convenient and extremely helpful. The only thing that I would change is having 24-hour access to the automatic doors at the storage unit. And I would also suggest that the sales associate be able to give you an accurate pricing which was not available to me when I rented the unit. I got a free storage unit but sales associate didn't know how much the difference was from 24-hour access to only being able to get in while someone was there. I would recommend and you U Haul again. I rented a U-Haul truck from Clarksville Tennessee facility and my rental experience from there was outstanding I couldn't have asked for more friendly sales associate the facility was impeccable and I would highly highly recommend anybody to rent from that facility

I paid $230 to get the things out of my unit for 24 hours. The next day the staff said i didnt pay..chased my car down and tried to open my door and continued to chase me thru the parking lot calling me a thief and saying i didnt pay ...i feared for my safety

The manager Matt was so very helpful when I was faced with a stressful situation in my move. The only reason we’re relocating is due to price. I would recommend Uhaul to others for sure!

The electronics on the access door didn't work half the time, and i didn't like the fact that I couldn't remove the insurance when I wanted. Will try to avoid uhaul storage in the future
