KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! NICE FRIENDLY FACILITY AND EQUIPMENT TOO.
VICKI SYeah, we drove a total of three miles, according to the odometer. There is no way we used four gallons worth of gas. Your attendants need to do a better job checking in trucks and marking the gas levels properly rather than dumping those fuel charges off on others. Zero, absolutely zero chance we burned up four gallons going from end of the street to the other. Kind of ridiculous.
Andrew LThe staff were helpful and it was an overall good experience. The rear of the vehicle was actually a bit dirty, and there was actually a bit of water/ice in the corners of the interior, but I know it has to be tough to clean in the winter, so I'm not really too upset about that.
Andrew SPictures of the vehicle condition was confusing. I can see agreeing to the mileage and gas tank level but I had a hard time sending/saving the pictures. I am an old guy and not real tech savvy!
HOWARD HThe only issue I have is the location itself. It’s just a bad place to get in and out. They have a good system of directing where vehicles need to go but it’s on a very busy street corner and there’s one entrance/exit. Other than that, the staff and service was great and made sure my needs were met. I would have rated the location as excellent if it was in a more convenient location.

TODD BThe staff is very friendly! This was the second time I have used this location and they are extremely helpful and accommodating. I requested a small trailer and reserved the trailer but unfortunately it was unavailable so I was given a larger trailer for the same rate. I am going back to that location to rent a U-Haul truck to finish up cleaning out my dad's estate.
JOHNATHAN WThere is a sign where you drop the U-Haul off that says to not get out of your truck. I waited for a while then decided to go inside. If I stayed in my truck, my drop off would have taken forever. U-Haul should add to the survey a rating for U-Haul the company. You rent a specific vehicle from a specific location and you are not guaranteed that that vehicle will even be available and that your pick up is at the location you reserved it for. Also, the U-Haul app could never find my reservation so I could not easily make changes online. I had to call and be on hold until someone could help me.
DEBBIE LThe employees there made my day. Super nice and forward thinking. No where else did they have a truck and dolly ready in 15 min. Even at the very end of the day. They really saved me and my trip. Every chance I have to use that location I will, top notch service. I really wish I had her name but it was hands down the best experience I've ever had

CHARLES NWhen returning the truck, no one came out to meet me and check out. I waited in the truck for 5 minutes, as the sign said. So I had to walk around the building and go inside. Not a big deal, but I was trying to follow the sign instructions and it didn't work.
TIMOTHY WMake sure equipment is in good usable condition. Had to add oil to the engine just to get it to register on the dipstick...which I was not reimbursed for. They also charged me for a dolly that I didn't event move in the truck. Pretty poor in my opinion.

Christopher BWhen I booked it wasn’t clear that I would be paying $1.29/mile. This resulted in a massive charge I wasn’t expecting. Probably my user error but that could have been reflected in my original price quote/online booking better. Also by no fault of the employees there was a computer system outage that delayed our day by about an hour. That was tough give our time frame for the rental but we made it work.

CHRISTOPHER SStaff friendly and helpful answered all of my questions, I have used U-Haul four times within the past two months for a large removal everything went smoothly I used the huge trucks right down to the smaller trucks all of the vehicles were in excellent condition clean, smelled great U-Haul rates were affordable and I also purchased boxes and paper online and instore prices more affordable than anywhere else nowhere else beats U-Haul if you need materials for packing your items by keeping their prices low I was able to have several of my friends and relatives to pack items quickly in large to medium boxes and use there rolls of recycle paper to wrap glass and crystal from being damaged in my move. Everything was affordable and great rates I would use U-Haul again if and when I find a new place to live. Thank You U-Haul for all of your help, Thomas

The Staff Are The Best And Most Helpful They Made Me Feel At Ease When Ordering The Two Trucks, Insurance And Two Dollies For My Big Move And Also Told Me If I Needed Boxes Or Anything Else I Could Go To The Website To Order Online Which I Had No Idea That I Could Do Which Was A Great Help Because Then I Could Order What Boxes And Wrapping Supplies I needed For My Glass Items And Crystal Which Was All Available And All Was Available For Pickup Then At The U-Haul Store The Very Next Couple Of Days When I Needed The Trucks. JEFFREY LWent to go rent a 10 ft truck. As I'm driving away, my ride in a separate car tells me that it has a headlight out. Had I not had someone with me who saw it, I would've returned the truck and been charged for the headlight. The girl working seemed very lackadasical
CIARA DTook us almost an hour to get the truck and trailer because even though we had reservations they said they didn't have a truck available. We ended up getting one with a cracked windshield that apparently was not even supposed to be on the road.
