Have the tank FULL in’s to hard to try and fill to 3/4 of a tank

The location was fine. U haul experience overall SUCKED! I reserved a 6x12 trailer at a totally more convenient location over a month in advance. There was no trailer available at that location andci had to drive over 35 minutes to pick up a smaller trailer that did not fit everything. And I got no credit for the inconvenience.

Picking up the truck went smoothly the truck was driving like the trans was about to go and when I returned the truck the guy Justin was very rude I just wanted to return the truck and leave but he told me I had to wait 15 mins because he had to call another customer and take care of them 1st but all I was trying to do is return the truck and leave so I waited about 10 minutes while he was on the phone with that customer but the young lady that was there came back inside and took care of the return I’m never doing business there again that was just rude I’m there at that location but he choose to call another customer what type of customer service was that

The rep who helped me did not place the hand truck in my truck. I had to drive back to the location. When I made meantion he said "I told you to grab one" Number one, he didn't. I assumed it was with the truck. Number two, why would the customer need to grab in and place it in the truck? I don't feel I received excellent customer service. The rep who I returned the truck to was actually very decent.

Staff was unfriendly. Went to drop off the truck and no staff members could be found. Called the location twice while I was there and watched the phone ring. No one came to answer it for 15 minutes. Both staff members magically appeared at the same time. Both of them were wearing headphones. How are they able to listen for customers while listening to music?

The women at Edison, NJ Uhaul are very knowledgeable and excellant to work with. I live in East Brunswick and went to East Brunswick Uhaul first, but the guys there need more training on the equipment. Left and went to Edison Uhaul. Best decision ever!

Everything was great. However the box was pretty beat up and I was concerned it would fall apart. I did notice some additional hardware installed during transit which assume was necessary given how beat up it was. Fortunately the reinforcement did the trick and all arrived safely. Thank you.

The storage facility setup was not ideal for heavy loads or for a person with disabilities. It was not set up for safety. I would never place my items in your storage facility. In addition, the U-Haul agent was able to see my passcode. Not ideal at all! Terrible!

I've had a storage unit at the Edison, NJ facility since 11/15/2009. The contract number on the original sales invoice is 00344918. The contract number noted on the latest invoice is 817076-00000657. The rental fee for the unit at that time was $70.80. My current rate is $140.18. I received a notice that the rental fee is increasing again to approx. $156.00+. There have been rental increases every 6 months of approx. 10%+. This is unacceptable to me. I get the same boilerplate e-mail every time of what services they facility is providing, nothing has changed at the facility. The manager at the facility blames corporate for the increases. They have priced themself out of my doing business with U-Haul. I have found another storage facility in the area that is larger, cheaper, cleaner and more appreciative of my business.

The staff had so much trouble processing our payment and getting us set up in the computer. You really need better TRAINING at this location. Some folks have trouble operating the computer. . .

This location has lockers that are stacked on top of each other. Which means you’ll have to wheel a set of portable metal stairs around to your locker if you have an upper level locker. Not safe if you are moving furniture or heavy items

Storage units are not the size that was said it was and the top units are open on top witch means that you have access to the other units and mises or other animals can also come in thru the top.

I selected uhaul to assist me with my move to Clearwater FL was a big mistake My ubox was late by 8 days but one of my ubox was shipped to the wrong city & I had to drive 8 hours to get it Bad service

I was under the impression that storage doors would be steel, not wooden. Also, some the the screws on my unit were loose, even after the attendant fixed it. Did not want to store more items.
