The Edison, NJ U-Haul store was incredible! U-Haul should make this store the model for ALL others, since most of the others are sorely lacking customer service skills!

The sliding door in the back kept getting stuck which caused me to lose time and money but the staff was great

There was an issue with our original reservation, we tried to start a new one with the employees at this location but they had issues with it since their system was down. And now we have been charged for 2 reservations. Will be calling the corporate office to issue a refund for the MAJOR inconvenience and double charge for horrible service as well. I didn't get the woman's name who helped us, I wish I had. Cuz she was AWFUL

Customer service was INPECCABLE. He (I didn't get his name) was extremely helpful, kind and did his job in a timely manor. I've used UHAUL many times, and I've NEVER had a problem with the equipment or the service.

there was a heavy vibration while traveling at highway speeds, felt like the tires were out of balance. it didn't bother me, but i can see this effecting someone else's experience. 5 star review for the staffing at this location. very fast, informative, and friendly.

Great place to rent a cargo van. They had plenty in inventory. Available exactly when scheduled. Van was in good working order and quite capacious.Employees helpful and completely truthful about the costs and operations. Thanks!

Great customer service and on-point advice. Everything went off as scheduled (I had to load on site). Shout out to Erica and Al. Best U-Haul employees I have ever dealt with! This is my seventh or eighth move with U-Haul--I've actually lost count! Everybody else should be measured against this location's standard. Thanks!

Matt the installer person did a great job - thank you. I can also say, from experience in having work done and rentals made - by at least two other locations, that this particular location is the most accommodating and professional in all ways. They answer their phone and get back to you in a timely manner - it makes a difference!!! I had called into three other locations that still left me hanging relative to answering questions and in trying to make an install appointment. Ken.

I was charged more than expected.. i Drove the vehicle for 14 miles and the total should be 19.95 (Uhaul rent) + 13.86 (Miles) + $1 for environmental + Taxes as per new jersey (2.30) and the total should be 37.11 or so however I was charged $42. I refueled the vehicle too.. don't know why i was charged extra.

In my U-Haul experience, I reserved a 20' truck online with the guarantee of availability or a $50 reimbursement. When I arrived, they didn't have the promised truck and upgraded me to a 26' one, despite the price parity. Despite explaining my parking constraints, the representative, Lenora, bluntly insisted I either accept the larger truck or leave without compensation. I settled for a smaller 15' truck, which proved inadequate for my move, leaving me to rely on my personal vehicle.

Chris at U-Haul was hands down THE BEST person I have ever dealt with. This man knows customer service. He has a heart of gold, was very understanding, and really went above and beyond to put a smile on my face. If you want phenomenal customer service at this location, ask for Chris.

Representative was courteous and attentive. He set up appointment and sent out text and email reminder. Drop off of vehicle was uneventful and the job was done before the time indicated. Cost was low in comparison to other places.

I spoke to someone on the phone from UHAUL.COM and it was agreed upon that I would return the truck at 7:30 PM BUT THEY PUT IT FOR 5pm abd charged me another day. I want a refund for that day

The staff had so much trouble processing our payment and getting us set up in the computer. You really need better TRAINING at this location. Some folks have trouble operating the computer. . .

This location has lockers that are stacked on top of each other. Which means you’ll have to wheel a set of portable metal stairs around to your locker if you have an upper level locker. Not safe if you are moving furniture or heavy items

Storage units are not the size that was said it was and the top units are open on top witch means that you have access to the other units and mises or other animals can also come in thru the top.

I selected uhaul to assist me with my move to Clearwater FL was a big mistake My ubox was late by 8 days but one of my ubox was shipped to the wrong city & I had to drive 8 hours to get it Bad service

I was under the impression that storage doors would be steel, not wooden. Also, some the the screws on my unit were loose, even after the attendant fixed it. Did not want to store more items.
