Sara STo be honest I had a different experience with every representative, but they were all professional and nice it’s just that one or two of them didn’t not know the information they were presenting me with and my first representative did not add the insurance and locks like requested I found out when boxes arrive without and I went back and looked at my statement. Jasmaine AHello, I used U-Haul U-Box for my move from Arlington, Virginia to Charlotte, NC (the U-Box was packed on April 16th and it was delivered on April 27th). The Reservation Number is #13356137. I was very pleased with my decision to choose U-Haul U-Box for the move - I chose it over PODS and other moving services. Just about everything worked out very well. The only disappointment was a $50 TV stand came out broken (I have photos of it). I did not purchase the $65 insurance policy for the move so I am not filing any damage claims through RepWest. I would like to know if anything can be done about the damaged TV stand. Except for that, the U-Haul customer service representatives were excellent and extremely helpful throughout my move process and all of my other things were received efficiently and safely. I would definitely consider doing U-Haul U-Box again and would recommend it to any friends or family that need help with their move. Thank you for your help. Best, A.J.

Celia LThere is a young lady working behind the counter this morning who was rude and disrespectful. Didn’t even say hello when I greeted her and after checking my vehicle in, she walked over, gave me receipt and didn’t even acknowledge me. I was leaving and turned back to her and said “your customer service is awful”. She said whatever. I said I would review this place - she responded by saying she didn’t care. As a business owner of an OTR trucking company, I feel bad for U-Haul having someone trying to destroy the company’s reputation. I will not return to this location.

Frederick HThe only thing I would say is there was a bit of a wait when picking up the truck (10"). There was only 1 person working at the location and even though its slow with customers, it took us about 30 mins to pick up and check out the truck. Other then that, it was easy and convenient.

JEYZON MExcellent service and friendly employees. The only issue was the right mirror was hard to adjust to the best view of the driver. It was a safety concern for me during driving.
MOHD KThe truck was in poor condition, the driver-side mirror was loose, and I had to drive with my arm out to constantly reposition it. On my way to return the truck, I stopped at a gas station a mile away from the U-Haul lot to refuel. I made sure it was 3/8 full, and still, I was charged 3 gallons extra.
Attilio VU-Haul to the rescue. We had a family emergency that required moving a family member out of an apartment and storing contents. U-HAUL provided a U-box on a trailer and moving team. After 18 months in storage we retrieved everything which was maintained in excellent condition. Uhaul loaded the container on a trailer for us to bring the contents home. Staff was great. Will use and recommend U-Haul everytime

Jennifer Rthe 26 Ft Truck, I personally think we should not rent them if you don't have a full tank of Gas, if you give the client the 1 / 8 th tank of Gas then we have to guess if we have can make it through our trip for the day if we are going to make it if we get caught up on a hill or a stand still traffic, it's just not being responsible on both ends, thank you for your attention to this matter.

JAMES OI was 15 minutes early for my 7:00am 10' truck rental. Dianna was absolutely levely and she is a true asset to your company! The not so good part was the 1st truck key would not turn in the ignition (hence why I said "No" on the equipment question.). So, back into the rental center and they gave me another truck which worked fine. When I returned the truck, the person at the desk told me gas was $4.09/Gal (no problem there) but I don't recall anywhere it indicating there was a $30 charge for someone to put the gas in the truck.

WILLIAM DI rented a portable storage unit to store my car. Subsequently, they claimed that I had damaged the taillights—despite the fact that they had provided me with an old unit that made loud rattling noises while on the road. The employee accused me of negligence and threatened to involve the manager; however, I had committed absolutely no wrongdoing—I simply returned the unit on the very same day. I will never do business with them again, and I intend to take all necessary steps to seek redress and clear my name.

Habib HGoogle Maps brings you in the back way, which is extremely disorienting. A landscaping crew was working at the time, so it wasn't entirely clear how to approach the drop off zone. Better signage for the office is needed from multiple directions.

DAMIYA CI absolutely hate U-Haul, but really had no choice but to rent here since it was an emergency. I picked this location since it had some better reviews over others that were much more convenient. This location was great. I feel sorry for the employees having to use whatever shitty U-Haul systems that always seem to be problematic no matter the location, but they took it in stride, were resourceful when, as usual, the systems wasn’t working. most important however, was that the staff were polite and helpful to their customers. Dianna was especially helpful and positive even when the system crashed and there was a line of people out the door. The people were great, and I could never do this job with the below average systems they have to work with. Great job location team, but shame on you U-Haul corporate for the terrible tools they have to work with.
