DAMIYA CI absolutely hate U-Haul, but really had no choice but to rent here since it was an emergency. I picked this location since it had some better reviews over others that were much more convenient. This location was great. I feel sorry for the employees having to use whatever shitty U-Haul systems that always seem to be problematic no matter the location, but they took it in stride, were resourceful when, as usual, the systems wasn’t working. most important however, was that the staff were polite and helpful to their customers. Dianna was especially helpful and positive even when the system crashed and there was a line of people out the door. The people were great, and I could never do this job with the below average systems they have to work with. Great job location team, but shame on you U-Haul corporate for the terrible tools they have to work with.

BRENDA RU-Haul Moving & Storage of Edsall Rd 6295 Edsall Rd, Plaza 500, Suite 200 Alexandria, VA 22312 is really excellent and cooperative people even though your reservation is from another location they treat you well and that is what happened to me. But the service of U-Haul store at 5703 Edsall Rd Alexandria is the worst!!! They just wast my time.

CHRISTOPHER AI own a Moving Co and I have been renting Uhaul trucks for 24 years. In all my years this Facility is the Very best!! The General Manager Deanna, knows how to run it. She is so nice, dependable, experienced, friendly and very honest. Deanna and her team work hard to run this Facility the right way. I have visited other Uhauls and they don't compare to Deanna's Uhaul. It's like night and day. I learned that Amazon is coming in so Uhaul is leaving. They are taking over the building. When I heard the bad news, I was sad all day! There goes to show you good things come to an end. I'm going to call Joe, the owner of Uhaul and let him know he has a gem. Deanna deserves to be recognized for her professionalism. I could go on and on. I highly recommend Deanna and her team! Going to miss them!

ECHO MThe place we went to was very hard to find after hours.
RICARDO BNot location specific but the whole reservation process was extremely repetitive and confusing. After booking the reservation and loading all required and added information it was not in the system for pickup (name, contact info, authorized drivers, etc.). What’s the point of loading info in prior to pickup if it just has to be redone again? The location for pickup being changed just the day before was inconvenient and my moving supplies order was not transferred to the new pickup spot, so if I hadn’t remembered the order it would have been lost. I will not be using U-Haul for my next move, nothing about the process was user friendly or clearly outlined and the rates were not competitive.

JONATHAN WA quick explanation of how to reset the mirrors would have been helpful. I spent 10 minutes in the truck checking every button and possible hiding place for controls, which don’t exist. I tried moving them from outside, but without any tips was afraid I’d damage something if I tried to push. It made for stressful driving when I couldn’t easily see the right side.
NANCY SI don’t understand how UHAUL can have you select a location and give you a set price. Then they switch your location the day before and tell you it’s $50 more because they didn’t tell you that the location you chose did not have your equipment. They should compensate you for the distance.
SAMUEL PAgain - nothing. Drop off was a complete breeze. Took less than 60 seconds. The young man working ensures I had to do nothing - pulled up and he had the trailer disconnected in seconds. Shook my hand and wished me well. Again - 10/10!!!

ROBERT AFamily recommended we rent from the Falls Church U-Haul location. We completed the pre-pick-up online registration, and confirmed our reservation the day before pick-up. When we arrived to pick up the trailer, we were told the only out of town trailer available had a broken hitch. We waited for over an hour for the Falls Church U-Haul to find us another trailer. We had to go to the Alexandria location to pick that trailer up. Luckily, the Alexandria location was very efficient. The gentleman that took care of us provided exceptional service.

I was running behind and could not go back to speak with someone at the office. Just would have been nice not to have to worry about something like this during my use of the truck. Besides this everything went great. Thanks for an easy rental and a successful move.
