JOAN MLocation was well staffed, clean and well organized. Significantly better than some past experiences. Staff was great when it came to helping hitch up the trailer. Return was simple and as easy as it should have been.
KEVIN AI thought our boxes were going to fall off the truck when the driver went to lift the boxes off the truck. The whole forklift was coming off the ground. The forklift had a flat tire. The driver insisted the tire was flat because the boxes were too heavy. I have the weight tickets that show the boxes were not the problem. And the same style forklift was used to pick up the boxes from the original location without issue. I have a delivery of 4 more boxes next weekend. I hope the tire is fixed by then - not only so my boxes can be delivered without incident, but also for the safety of the driver!!

Diego VI dropped off the uhaul at 3:40 and they waited 2 hours to process the paperwork. So it looks on all the documents as if I showed up late. When I made a huge effort to arrive early. (It was not because they were busy.)

MATTHEW HI wouldn't recommend U-Haul because of the bait and switch that happened to me. I chose U-Haul over Penske because I was able to get a reservation showing my drop-off location as Manhattan, but I had to fight like a crazy woman because your local drop-off schedulers tried to play hardball with me and make me drop off in one of the other boroughs. Due to rush hour traffic and rules in Manhattan classifying U-Hauls as commercial trucks, that would have been a nightmare. Your schedulers did not care and harassed me all day, pushing me to accept a drop-off outside Manhattan. I wouldn't give up and eventually won, but they made me go to Harlem. As a senior cit female with cancer, that was unconscionable. I hate U-Haul now
SHARON MI was charged for gas when I returned the van with more gas then I took it out with. I drove 18 miles and put 1.6 gallons of gas in it and have requested a refund of the $4.95.
JENNIFER KI had an awesome experience at this U-Haul location. The young folks working here really know what they’re doing — professional, quick, and super friendly from start to finish. They handled everything smoothly, from check-in to drop-off, and made what could’ve been a stressful moving day actually easy. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about helping customers. Highly recommend this location if you want efficiency, good vibes, and people who go above and beyond to make sure you’re all set. Big thanks to the team — keep up the great work!

MOHAMED CThe only part of this ENTIRE process that was good were the drop off/pick up DRIVERS in Alexandria and Jupiter. The rest of the process was awful, clueless incompetent customer service reps including the carrier in Arizona. Container 3 days late. UHAUL needs ONE PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMERS TO CALL THROUGHOUT ENTIRE PROCESS. It was extremely difficult dealing with THREE different locations

He suggested switching the return time to 8:15 AM the next day for no extra charge and it changed my whole day for the better. Please tell him thanks for me!!

ANDREW MThis location certainly has a lot of inventory ready for rent! My only recommendation would be to have signs that direct customers to the front entrance. The location is at a massive warehouse/building with signage that was missed my first lap around the building. Would be helpful to post some additional signs as you enter the area directing you to the front entrance.

NASARIO FThe after-hours check-in using the app didn't work. I took the photos using the app, but I got an error message that said it couldn't upload the photos. I tried repeatedly without success. There was no explanation that would tell me what I needed to do differently. I got a tolerable outcome when I called the 24-hour customer service. The person sent me an email and asked me to take the photos the regular way on my phone and respond to the email with the images as attachments. She also said she would note that I had difficulty and send this info to the rental center so I wouldn't be penalized.
WARREN DThis was the end part of a UBox move. The people were fantastic and efficient. The survey is requiring a response to the recommendation about the right number of containers which was not applicable. All of the confusion related to this move has been website/internet related.
Anne OTyShawn of Dental Help Movers brought my U-Box on time for unload. He was courteous and professional, fast working with a great attitude. Even though he was alone, we were able to unload the U-Box in less than an hour and he was on his way to return it. I highly recommend him for anyone needing moving help services.
John AUHaul’s Edsall Road location is great! They were fully stocked with all types of reasonably priced boxes and supplies, and various sizes of moving vehicles. The service was really good and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised.
RENEE HDrop off was a bit confusing. Maybe a few addition signs to indicate going around the barrier walls. Might just be me but I was hesitant to get in a sticky situation in the 26ft box truck. Overall though super easy. People were kind. And a caller was on speaker conversing with the staff about how appreciative she was of their flexibility and willingness to help her. Was nice experience from start to finish.

EMILGEN WService at the location was excellent… had problems with call center information…. They could not give me adequate information on a transport that would not fit my Chevy Silverado…. End up taking the transport with me on and dropping it off empty… a waste of gas and rental
WILLIAM DThe overall experience was good for me. My interactions with staff were professional and friendly. However, I struggled getting good answers to questions from local staff. The phone numbers kept connecting me to the national telephone network who were unable to help and often referred me back to the local only to have my call once again rerouted and my questions left unanswered. The biggest frustration was in SLC where I shipped from was that it said delivery to Alexandria, VA which was 12 miles from my new place in DC and I specifically asked that it be delivered to DC. The manager at the 3900 S location told me that it would be shipped to DC and that Alexandria was only a hub. However, I got to DC and they said they wouldn’t take it there and I had to get it from VA. This led to unforeseen extra costs of $105. I have tried to get this addressed by the company and no one at corporate has been helpful and they refer me back to SLC, who never answer their phones.
