Tracy RI was charged extra for not replenishing the fuel even though I put in more gas than I took it. I complained about it when I was given the receipt and the associate by name Isaiah who prepared the receipt told me I didn't put back the gas and argued with me extensively which wasn't a nice scene.I have been patronizing this location for a long time and have not received such a poor experience with any associate. The location manager, Omar is such a great manager but the service I had with Isaiah was extremely poor on this day.

Yanina CAfter making a rental reservation at another location and being unable to pick up the vehicle, I went to this location, just 5 minutes away from the initial place, and the crew went above and beyond. The only downside is that there is no parking on-site.
JOSE CWhen I called customer service for drop off location in Linden, NJ, I was sent to Elizabeth, NJ. At drop off location they told me I exceeded miles limit and charged me extra $14. But I have photos of mileage before and after, so will try to get a refund. This is horrible how they're trying to cheat!

Narcissus M | Overall ExperienceI was not dissatisfied with facility, but the fact that The person checking me in did not know U-Haul policies was problematic. I was charged for the first month’s rent even though I came from out of state. I was told it would be credited and it wasn’t in a timely manner. Also, I surrender the truck and keys to the agent at the facility on January 18th but it was not recorded. I later received calls saying that U-Haul was going to report the truck stolen. I think if the gentleman who serve me was more knowledgeable, it would’ve alleviated a lot of subsequent headaches. At close out, I told the gentleman at the desk that there was a payment dispute regarding the first month rent, and that I was there to close out. The gentleman did the clothes out, which turned out to create more work for Omar Sullivan. Other than that I was satisfied with the service in the facility. Thank you for your assistance.
