MARIA LAs soon as I pulled into the driveway, the staff member came out and directed me where to go and walked over and disconnected everything for me immediately. I did not have to touch anything and his paperless check-in was done before I even got out of my car. Excellent staff member.

RAYMOND DAll U-Haul locations should use the location at 225 Rte 110 in Farningdale as a model on customer service. I have frequented this location before for packing supplies, and have met the GM (Karlill) and he has always been a perfect gentlemen and always asks me if there is anything he can do to help. On 1/26/25 I rented a vehicle, and returned there as well. I was helped by Jordan, and again he couldn't have been nicer, and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a rental, packing supplies etc.

HERBERT TI’ve been renting trucks for many years. This location just keeps getting worse. A couple of weeks ago we were there early and no employee was there. I was paying staff and wasted resources. All of us falling and calling up find out an employee told the regional at 6am he was sick and yet we all sat for hours to wait. This past Sunday, ead a joke. Waited too long to get the truck. Then the employee insisted we use the app. For many years we do counter check in, bottom line 45 min wasted. The trunks in Farmingdale are awful, I can go on but unfortunately it’s close to my facilities

EUGENE BI have a 2020 Nissan pathfinder and the photo on my profile is not my Vehicle. A trailer was connected to my vehicle at U-Haul; come to find out In another state my vehicle was not applicable for the trailer.authorities notified me on the highway that my brake lights are not working on the trailer and recommended that I do not drive with it so I went to U-Haul near me And requested for them to release the trailer because it does not connect to my brake system. Now I’m being overcharged by your company. Requesting for you to reverse the charges because initially I should have never made a purchase because my vehicle could not hold the trailer. requesting a refund.
JAHDON CI made arrangements with manager and when i arrived he had no record of my reservation. Manager walked in and said he made reservation himself. Employee made me feel like I hadn’t. Made reservation! I re;t here at least once a month so I think I’m a regular customer. Customer is always right- but he did believe that!

It was and I did indeed measure, it was 9.5x9.4x6 and the floor was made of wood and my things were damaged. No elevators, but had the nerve to have a second floor. Whomever built this storage unit only had money in mind, not the consumer needs.

Calling over the phone is so tiring that one may have to listen to music anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes, listening to the same advertisement stuff time and time again !!! Once it started moving, it was perfectly OK.

As we had never rented before they took the time to walk us through how to get in, where to park and answered any questions that we had. While the facility itself was in good condition, our unit has 2 large holes. 1 in the side of the wall and 1 in the ceiling. For the price we pay per month I would've liked a unit that was fully secure without holes.

There was a lock on the storage room it took two hours before someone was able to drill into the lock so could move my belongs in. This storage room was confirmed three weeks before I showed up 2/11/22. Extremely unprofessional staff. Non caring attitude. One staff member smelled like he had been smoking weed. Over all terrible experience

Moving can be very stressful and the team there went above and beyond to accommodate me. I rented a truck to move my belongings from my storage unit. The truck was ready as soon as i got there, checking out was a breeze. It was a pleasure to work with this manager and his team.

Plus the gate can’t stay open so if you’re moving a lot in and out, that will be annoying as you have to keep swiping your access card. This particular location doesn’t do a great job parking the trucks that come in so there is always a truck blocking the entrance.

Very bad experience at the plano facility

She said she couldn't give us a key to use the storage but when she finished with the line of people she would open it for us. Essentially we rented a storage area but couldn,t use it. Everone was complaining and talking about never using you again. I was furious . Where was MR Ryan Nedd. So many other problems occurred. I was furious and exhausted I want you to know I never complain because of many reasons. Worried about the potential damage it could cause Maybe I don't understand what was really happenning. But this experience from the moment I decided to use "U Haul" was so outrageous .
