Mark WIf customer needs bathroom ( as a customer did) she wasn't able to get back in to sales area without someone opening door . If there was a way back out she didn't see it , and employee was out with another customer. When i saw the return address was 49 min from my home i called uhaul , and asked if i can drop closer to me . I was transfered to original drop off ( you need to call original drop address 1st ) so they can re-enter my closer address to drop (1/2 mile ) since they would be expecting your vehicle and keep system updated as to inventory . Keep that in mind when pick up to see how far drop off is , and make changes if need before dropping .

ALAN LHonestly, this location has been great from the beginning. I had a major move and needed to rent trucks throughout six months along with getting storage. The price for storage was cut and dry, no hidden fees. Renting the trucks was even easier. The staff is always helpful and happy when you walk in and there to help you out with any questions you have. One of the pluses I seen was they will contact you and they are there if you need to talk and have questions they’re very knowledgeable and know the business. I’ve rented four trucks already, and every truck has been clean and operational. My storage unit is also clean along with the facility. Access to get in is very easy and I believe 24 hours so no worries. I would highly recommend this location for storage or truck rentals.

CHRISTOPHER BI wasn’t told there would be a $20 fee for returning the truck after hours. I would not have done it if I knew of the fee. I assumed there was no difference between returning after hours or morning. I’m not happy that I wasn’t informed it was extra.

JARED LThere was no way there was a quarter of a tank of gas when I was given the vehicle. The low fuel light went on right when I got to my destination which was only about 25 miles away. I was NEVER told about any SAFE MOVE Fees. I think that should have been mentioned when I rented the van. The staff at this location was very friendly, except for the manager. She was very unfriendly the entire time she was checking me in. Maybe she needs a vaction.

JOHN RDarrel was extremely helpful, he cares about his customers. We brought in a 20 foot truck, car carrier and trailer after driving 1500 miles. Wish someone like him was at the beginning of our trip, I would have felt safer. Thank you Darrel.

JOSEPH HMy first location was closer to my house. When I opened lockbox there was no key. I had to call customer service to get to this location which was 45 mins from my house and I popped my tire heading to this location. Overall bad experience.

STEVEN PReally the only problem I had was the van I was provided was absolutely covered with salt on the outside. I didn’t realize how big a problem this was until I drove off lot and into the sun. Couldn’t see through the windows. had to stop, find a napkin and clean the side windows.
JAMES FPick up was difficult and unclear. The vehicle number being used rather then then lic plate made the process clunky. Additionally the use of a sharpie marker written on the locks to identify the location of the self service keys should be improved to ease pick up. The location of the key and vehicle were unclear. Staff didn't appear interested in assisting with self service

Tara C | Overall ExperienceIncrease the height of your clothes trailers. I must’ve banged my head on the overhead door 10 times I rented a 6 x 12 for a week. The hitch pro at this location was excellent. The person who took my order was very helpful and excellent. I believe his name was Darren or Darrell Prior to this. I had a van reservation at the Bristol location, which I submitted a week in advance or maybe even longer at the last minute they told me they didn’t have the van and I had to go to a new location to pick up this piss me off so I canceled the van rental, which would have been all said and done about $500. I went through reservations 800 number and that was a mistake won’t do that again. They suck.
ROY RThis is no fault of the employees, but the location is understaffed. I waited with three other people to pickup our rentals. The manager helped us after waiting for 10 minutes without seeing anyone. While she helped me, the phone rang repeatedly and she helped me while trying to attend to calls from other customers. She was efficient and professional, but she was doing the work of two people if not more. The return was very simple and the gentleman helping me was courteous and professional.

STEPHEN WI was surprised that I had to go outside and get my key myself out of the lock box. I would think your employee would have done it. I am not helpless, but do not work for U-Haul. When I was quoted the price, the U-Haul insurance was already included into the fee. Normally I am asked if I want additional insurance. I had initially told the employee that I would probably travel locally 50 miles. It should have been adjusted to 30 miles. Mileage was 13929 when I started and 13959 when I returned it. NICHOLAS KI rent from you guys quite frequently and sometimes I run a little late to the drop off time never nothing crazy but this time I was 35 mins late when I got a very bazar call from the store “Joseph your running late we need our truck back asap” mind you I was already on my way back and after I missed the call I called right back to get hit w a crazy attitude to me this was super unprofessional and has me not even wanting to rent in the future very very disappointing experience and you can check my file and how much I rent from you guys I don’t think I ever had a complaint before but this was far from professional

ANDREA SHave gas in tank, have equipment that was pre ordered right. No furniture dolly, asked for 10 blankets recieved 6.. If a customer actually gets there before closing time don't come out at closing time to tell them that they need to do self check in.. over all got times change, equipment not there, no gas, charge twice when I had to wait to recieve dolly and go out of my way to go get one from other location. Will never use again

JEFFREY KI used U-Haul for the first time and didn't notice that my tank was half full. I only drove 20 miles and then filled it up completely for $50 and used $5-7 worth of fuel. The office told me that they can't refund the money I spent on fuel. Can I get a refund?

BRIAN CI have been a long time u haul customer with excessive amount of rentals .upon arrival at this location Feasterville pa .I had a pick up truck and 10ft trailer which is was towing. I came to this location for a 26ft truck . After asking the associate where I can park st I was informed that u need to park across the street on shopping center after I threatened to cancel rental I was informed to park along side . Why would I park my vehicle with a trailer full of tools across street in shopping center and take risk of getting towed and or getting trailer vandalized or broken into. I never had this happen at this location prior times. The parking lot is very large and has no problem to accommodate my vehicle
NEAL LThe process to provide ratings and having to submit and then click on an email link is cumbersome. The equipment rental was seamless and efficient. The attendants at the location were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this location
MICHAEL AI wish U-Haul made it possible to skip the hassle of going inside the building when using an app to submit all you information and just step up an electronic lockbox inside the truck to speed up the process otherwise I am just another customer stuck in the line inside the building with confused employees behind the counter that haven’t been briefed on the phone app implementations slowing down the whole encounter even more is the process of taking pictures within an app that glitches a lot.
Roman BI could not park under the tent as another truck was already there so I parked in the same spot I took the truck from, WENT INSIDE AND TOLD THE GETNTLEMAN AT THE COUNTER AS MUCH, asking if there was something else I needed to do. He said no, just put the key on the driver seat, so I did. Two days later I get a text that the truck hadn't been returned. I returned it almost an entire hour early, two days ago. Spent the next 20 mins on the phone being transferred all over the place, even to jersey when I called a 215 number (huh?) & I have 2 additional pending charges of $40ish on my card I'm hoping will not clear since the error is on u-haul. We shall see.

desiree h | Online Move InI was a long time renter. A few years ago when new acess cards were given, I was told facilities were 24/7. Not true now. Timed light was to quick. I had to bring lantern to work on unit.

When I checked in to claim my unit on 1/8/23 I was told that they are no longer offering the first month for free but a later month would be given to me for free. It seems like false advertising and if the offer is no longer valid it should be removed from the website. I want to make sure this "later month for free" offer would be applied to my account.'p

These were removed abd taken tp a private garage by Luigi the maintenance guy and had foul play all over it. The manager was excellent, and bikes retrieved bsck to me. The "luigi" individual was to be fired and hope he was, certainly not trustworthy.

For the length of time my stuff was kept in the unit everything was in good condition. No bugs or any other undesirables were discovered in my boxes. I guess it was the climate control and cleanliness. I am grateful during this time their weren’t any fires or natural disasters. I would recommend to others.
