The only complaint I have is that I opted for Mobile Pick UP and I had done the online check-in before going there, then when I got to the location, it literally took me 30 minutes to get the truck. The app asked a bunch of questions, then a rep got online and asked for alternative verification like a passport. Seriously, who carries a passport around??? I mean, even with online check-in ahead of pick up, I still had to go through the whole process, taking a photo of my driver's license, taking a photo of myself, etc. It was the most annoying process using Mobile Pick Up.

Well, considering this was the 2nd location I went to that day, I was happy to just receive a truck. Prior to arriving at this location, I was on a goose chase to obtain a truck. I made a reservation with a U-Haul distributor in Warminster for pick up at 9:30 AM, right up the road from me on Tuesday, and told that I would be receiving a call on Friday to confirm reservation. Friday rolls around, and all I receive is a text, with a reservation at a different location in Bensalem. I figure, its not too far, I don't mind them changing it. Wake up Saturday morning, work thru the Express Check-In, and once I complete that, I receive a confirmation for my rental at the Morrisville location. Already fed up with the day, be it 9:15 in the morning, figure I'll head to Bensalem, deal with it there. Get there, there are 6 people in line. internet is down, and one employee working. God bless his soul, but you got to be prepared for more people on the last Saturday of the month. An hour goes by, and we finally get to the desk, and the employee gets to work on seeing whats up and possible outcomes for us. Our original truck we were supposed to get from Morrisville hadn't even been dropped off at 1030. He works his magic, and gets us a rental transfer to Feasterville. We had originally planned to do a one way rental to drop it off in Montgomeryville, but had to be changed to return it back to Feasterville. We got a truck, but that was the only positive part, how on earth they bring customer back is beyond me. I recommended this location, as associates there were very friendly, but would I recommend U-Haul? No.

I had to clean all the windows. Had a thick film inside and out. Could not see clearly. Also, I was charged for 2 days when I had told clerk when renting I wanted the van for 1 day. During the course of renting, I told clerk I would return by 7am on Sunday. He said store did not open until 9am. I said I would then return by 9. The clerk did not state I would be charged for 2 days if I returned by 9. When I returned the van, I informed the clerk, Benjamin Roth at the Feasterville location of my concerns. He did nothing to except refer me to this website. Did not appear concerned at all. Contract number- 94894528

The representatives had no idea who was next in line due to the structures blocking their view of who was waiting in line. They took whomever was standing in front of them instead of who was next. I had to step in and inform them that I was in fact next. There was no clear direction as to where to stand to ensure you received proper service. The U-Haul on Easton Road was unwilling to help until prompted for help. The young lady at the desk (on Easton Road on Saturday, September 8, 2018) made a comment about me not having my cell phone when I asked if I could use the store phone to contact U-Haul's customer service after she told me that this was the fastest way to locate a vehicle by size. Since I was not allowed to use the store phone to call the U-Haul, I asked if she could call U-Haul customer service for me. The representative made it known in her facial expression that she was not happy to do this for me. The young lady also made a comment to the gentleman who walked over to offer some assistance that he needed to stay out of her conversations. This was very unprofessional.

The main complaint is that the location was horribly understaffed. I can't believe that during the time when so many people are taking kids back to collage that there would only be one person working at the counter. I waited in line for over 45 minutes just to get to the counter to do the paperwork, then it took at least another 10 minutes to complete the paperwork because the computers were not working beyond a snails pace. The guy working at the counter was doing the best he could by himself, and you could see that every customer was not understanding of the situation.I can't believe that U-Haul the biggest company in the truck rental business doesn't have computers that can work when there is a need for timely service. Also only having one person working is poor customer service. When the worker went outside to hook up a trailer on a customers car everyone just stood there wasting time. Several people were fuming that they had an assigned time to unload their kids belongings and they were going to miss their time because they were standing in "THE LINE FROM HELL" It really makes you wonder does U-Haul care about their customers or just the profits?

I rented & paid for a dolly which was not included in my trailer and we did not realize this until we got to our moving location. We called customer service and was told that our only option would be to find a U-Haul center closest to us to pick up from but it was after 4pm on a Saturday and nobody was opened except one that was 7 miles away and we were told we would have to return the dolly back to THAT location before they closed, which was not an option for us. Customer service did not care about the situation they put us in. We had to go to a local home depot and rent one but it had to be returned within a certain amount of hours, also at THAT specific location. So we only had a short period of time to pack up my Grandmother's apartment & fill the trailer with all of her furniture, appliances, and boxes. We had to leave some things behind because we did not have enough time with the dolly. We were told that Uhaul would refund our money for the rented dolly but that was not our concern. We needed a dolly for an extended period of time. Once we returned to my house we did not have a dolly to unload the trailer! This may not seem like a big deal to U-Haul but it was a major inconvenience for my family! Not only will we not rent from this specific location but we will not rent from U-Haul again! I will be posting reviews on other websites as well.

My wait time to get a vehicle was close to 2 hours. I made my reservation online and did the express check in to "cut my wait time in half" (HAHA) and I was there for over an hour. There was ONE employee working the desk on a Saturday morning towards the end of the month (you would think a professional company would know that more workers are needed on a SATURDAY at a time of the month when leases are ending/beginning and there is a higher demand for moving trucks.) The worker was very understanding, and I know this was not his fault, he was doing the best he can. I got to the store at 10am (the time of my reservation) and left with keys in my hand at 11:30am. I had MOVERS WAITING FOR ME!! Do you understand how absolutely rude and inconsiderate it is to keep people waiting an hour and half because YOUR STORE COULDN'T HAVE MORE EMPLOYEES ON HAND. U-haul is a multi BILLION dollar company and you have only afford ONE employee?????? That just sounds like laziness. I am outraged and so was everyone else waiting in that ridiculous line for almost two hours. RIDICULOUS. I paid $130 and I am not happy about it considering the HORRIBLE experience I had with this company. I will be sure to advise everyone I know to use another rental company that is more affordable and professional.

Waiting time was 40 min on Sunday morning to get our rental even though we were there as the door opened at 9am. Both counters were in operation but I nearly missed my appointment with the movers.

On a Saturday morning (10am) there was only one Uhaul employee working both the front desk and outside. Meaning if a customer needed their car attached to a trailer, it left a dozen customers waiting inside with no one helping them. I, and many other customers on 8/25 had to wait in excess of an hour just to confirm our reservations. This is in addition to me choosing a mobile checkout option which claims you can get your vechicle with just using your phone. It didnt work. The "pick up your truck" option online was grayed out. Terrible experience. I now know to show up 1.5 hours before my pickup time if I want to not delay the rest of my move. The Uhaul employee tried his best but encouraged everyone to comment on how he had no help. The long wait turned at least 10 people in line, away. They walked out.
