Luis MFor the seniors who are not tech Savvy are offered print option. Also, a huge shout out to Mr. Valor, and the other female employee. The both them was so respectful, patient while in the store 4/13/ 25. I notice the customer came in were seniors. Valor took time to service us. If he's not in management he should be.

DARYL JI had a very Amazing experience when I was assisted that morning to get the truck by a young lady. This was on April 1st, but unfortunately when I dropped off to return I didn't get the same experience. I was met by a young man that evening who was short in stature, and not friendly at all. The first thing out of his mouth was, "you got the keys?", and this was me walking into the store. I replied, "yes and hello to you too." He just looked back at me, and he didn't show any good customer service, and engaging with your customers is huge. I wasn't shown then at all with this young man. When he finished closing me out, I stated to him that he can't treat ppl the same way because we are all different and there are still nice ppl in the world. His reply was, no there isn't! Needless to that I wasn't impressed with my ending experience at this location, but after speaking with the gentleman who is known as 'The Old Man', I feel better and the experience of negative was turned around. Thank you for you guys helping me out, and smoothing things over by hearing me and rectify the situation experience. I'm sorry, but that young man isn't the best choice for this Customer Service position. Have a great day!

SHARON COne worker had an attitude with us ! Yelled out as he grabbing my truck “uggh i wanna go home” before walking out the door . Older looking man tried to get the truck for 3 days which he told me that that pushing it im like okay can we bring it back the next day around later that night n he said okay but the next couple of hours i get a call saying i gotta pay extra!
JAYA MKeep the staff you have working there, they are an awesome team! I appreciate picking up from Becki and returning to the guys and be treated with respect both encounters. They are pretty much busy every time I am there and they get everyone taking care of.

VERNELL JThe young lady that checked in the trailer that I rented was rude and not friendly. It appeared that she was having a bad day. She directed me to come into the store. As I entered the store, she did not greet me and walked out of the store. I asked her why would she ask me to come in the store if she wasn't going to address me as she walked out of the store. Her response was " I didn't ask you to follow me". Her tone and attitude were not in keeping with the highest traditions of customer service that Uhaul ensures every customer. I will definitely rent from Uhaul again but will not return to that location.

Deion CI rented the truck after going inside because doing the self rental procedure didn’t work on my phone. That process was smooth and painless. When I got in the truck the gas hand was below 1/4 (closer to 1/16) and the light was on. I documented as part of the steps when using the link sent via text. Upon returning the vehicle, I was never prompted to take pics for check-in. It was after 5 on a Sunday so no one was there and the link simply stated to drop keys in box and check truck for belongings. Monday morning I received an additional charge for $66 stating I didn’t return the truck with 1/4 tank of gas, although I retuned it with more than what I had at the time of check out. Also a $20 fee for “after hours” drop off because I didn’t use the link although I had used it and followed directions

RAYMOND HNice/friendly/quick service. The only minor complaint is I was told I didn't have to reserve a dolly because plenty would be available. However, there wasn't a dolly available to rent. I ended up having to buy one.

LESTER CI chose a drop off location close to my home where I have dropped off before but after I arrived I received a text saying to drop off the van at a location that was nearly an hour from my house which cost me extra fuel to get there for the van and my personal car. I feel this isn’t fair to have to put that extra mileage on my personal vehicle and the extra fuel it took to get there without being compensated.
TIMMY WThe inside of the windshield was filthy and difficult to see through.
RICHARD HI reserved the truck that I needed, so everything was ready and handled professionally for me! The only thing that I would add, and it’s just a suggestion, is to make sure you ask repeat clients if any past information needs updating. I didn’t get my last invoice because the company had my old email address and not my current email. Luckily I asked what email they had during my most recent experience with U-Haul, and that’s when I discovered why I didn’t receive my last invoice. All is well now.
