Brenda HThis was a horrible return experience. It took me four almost 5 hours to find a U-Haul place that would take or exempt the U-Haul on a one-way. I’ve spoken with five different people I was on hold four times for over 30 minutes that would help assist me with finding on location to drop it off. They finally called when I was one minute away from the place. I found to drop it off at the other two places I went would not accept it. This was a horrible experience all the way around a refund should be given.

terri cretire the truck i rented . no shocks, the driver side door was hard to close, the 15' box was coming apart at the right front corner seam , the camp was hard to retrack and the seatbelts are hard to click. The truck was clean and gassed up, but you have much better trucks in that size on the lot. i think you are just trying to see what you can get away with.
Mark DI touched the mirror to adjust it outwards as it was too close to the cab blocking my view. When I did a defect in the glass cracked and I was charged for this. I explained it to the attendant but he still charged me. I felt this was ridiculous as this is obvious ware on the vehicles, with me having photos of that mirror being hit many times prior to it being in my care. I took very good care of your vehicle this was a wrong way to deal with a customer and I'll be recommending anyone I know not to use your services in the future.

SHELICIA BWe use this location several times a year and they are always great to work with. I'm embarrassed to say I don't remember the name of the young woman who more often than not helps us but she is excellent.She recognizes us as soon as we walk in and makes every transaction effortless. We love her!!
TINA SEverything was great, up until return... To the white girl in the store that was seething about how a customer was "stupid" for not knowing how to return a truck, and ended the (speaker phone) call with "you're not welcome" after being thanked by said customer; not everyone works at u-haul, it is your job to assist. To then further the statement saying "this area is full of low IQ people" is EXTREMELY disrespectful, I am from "this area. Not only this, but as a white woman, to say something like that about a predominately black neighborhood is insane and extremely tone deaf. Everyone else was FANTASTIC! however, her attitude & statements at 9am were extremely offensive and abhorrent. I would not recommend & wont return to this location, as I do not want me or my neighbors to be called "stupid" for requesting an employee to do what they're paid to do. Again, everyone else was great & friendly service.

Elizabeth HThe process was difficult and the one person working was overworked and not able to help us due to the fact I utilized the mobile app. Would not accept my debit card as he said it was a prepaid card and is not. The truck was in severe need of a wheel alignment. My hand position was at 7 and 12 o’clock on the wheel.

LATONYA NThe male customer service representative was extremely rude. The equipment I requested was not in the cargo van. I requested a dolly. There were no keys in the vehicle or proper communication where to update the vehicle. I checked in through the app at 8:20 but was not able to obtain the vehicle until 9:00am. This time created a delay in my schedule in which delayed me returning the U-Haul at 5:00pm sharp. This is not the first time I’ve experienced piss poor customer service from the representative and is an ongoing issue that makes me uncomfortable.

STEVE WOverall, the van was clean. But the interior had what looked like food crumbs in the tray below the cup holders. Two times before there seems to have been food crumbs/residue in the cabs of the trucks. But I would rent from U-Haul again!

JAMES WGreeting customers really go a long way. I didn’t get greeted. I didn’t think anybody was working, due to not getting greeted when first walking in. Plus they wouldn’t have heard me because one worker was on their phone and the other had their AirPods in their ears. So they could’ve hear me coming in, right? Just need better customer service when customers come in.
