They were amazing
POOYA AAfter I got the trailer home and loaded, I discovered only half of the right trailer blinker worked. I notified the attendant of issue when I dropped it off in Benbrook TX. Please fix for the next renter.

TAMARA BProvide the customer rep with skills to professionally greet a customer & fully explain what equipment should be on the truck & verify the equipment that should be on the truck. The link is good, but, the rep should explain fully to the customer their responsibility in taking pictures inside & out of the truck do to their lack of checking the truck contents. Reps should always greet a customer with a smile or some positive greeting to start a transaction on a good note.

STEVEN RArrogant employees...at least two of them at the desk... They didn't have a friendly attitude at all...made you feel like you were a burden and stupid. In such a uninviting environment you want to leave as soon as possible...but that was being delayed by the workers chit chatting back and forth and sharing videos on there phones.. No greeting at entrance to store..after walking to counter.had to initiate the conversation after standing there and looking at both of them and them just looking back and not saying anything then deciding which one to talk to .I was the only customer in the store.. should have been greeted upon entering and asked if there was anything that I could be helped with...

DONALD AThis was my second time renting from this location. Everything was great until I was driving the truck back to turn it. On three occasions the transmission got stuck in second gear. This was dangerous! It happened trying to enter the highway. Then again while driving on the highway. The last time occurred on Lindbergh. I had to coast until the transmission caught up. Unacceptable and unsafe.
PAULETTE LAdd some extra miles to allow driving to storage facility, and give the right amount to of miles for the destination your are going to

AARON FDid the remote pickup in the morning had problems getting the app to load. Also an employee showed up didn't say good morning didn't say hey how you doing could I help you nothing. So when I did get the keys get in it go to drive off I drive off and there's no gas in the truck I had to go to the gas station and also I had ordered 20 moving blankets only 6 so that was a pain. Just not a very good experience. Lady was nice at check-in.
Martin BThe employee that assisted me never checked the equipment or lights after hooking up the trailer to my vehicle. Only 45 minutes into my trip the tire on the trailer blew out on the highway, leaving my family and I stranded. We waited 4 hours on the side of a busy highway until someone came out to change the tire. Upon review the person that changed the tire said it looked like the tire was old to begin with. This pushed my trip back because I had to wait almost 5 hours before I was able to get back on the road. When I brought the trailer back to the location, NO one ever asked if we were ok, and only told me that we would be charged for another day since it was 4 hours after it was due back. Clearly the time I wasted on the side of the highway was the factor for that, but no one had any regard. I've never returned any equipment late, mind you I've rented a vehicle trailer 9 times already this year. Good customer service would acknowledge that and upon seeing my account would know that this is not something that I do, clearly it had to be because of the time that was wasted sitting on the side of the highway because of their neglect of the equipment. No one ever showed any compassion or understanding, and I will NEVER rent from that location again.

DIANNA WI’ve used this location many times over the years including a storage unit. The guy helping he was so nice and extremely efficient. He deserves a raise.

FAHRUDIN SI completely forgot that my reservation was changed to a different location. I finished earlier than expected & accidentally returned the truck clean, and fully fueled. The representative was eating a meal right at the desk while helping a customer before me & them myself. I requested a receipt upon return & she told me that it would be emailed. If she would've gave me the receipt we would've known then that it was the wrong location. IIts 2pm here & I clearly returned the truck before 6pm. I had plenty of time to return the truck to the right location had I been told or at least a courtesy call. This is ridiculous to be charged almost $200 when I could've returned the truck myself. I have put in a dispute with the general manager & expect a call back ASAP. What is your policy in this matter? I feel taken advantage of & robbed at this point. Highly pissed & disappointed!
SHERITA EThe van was in great shape, staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the corner lot is tricky to access from eastbound 67; however, it's very easy to find!

RUSSELL LIn comparison to my last truck rental this truck was in excellent condition. My prior truck was HORRIBLE! The side view mirror was unstable twisting and turning while in the highway was totally in acceptable!!! Made my move delayed!
SHARON CI don't know what could be improved on. I've always used Uhaul. It's always been a positive experience. Always stress free and polite customer service. The only thing that would make it better is if you had a customer reward system of any kind. I'm 66 years old and having used Uhaul over the past 30 years it would be nice to get a discount every once in awhile. But that being said. I don't see a need to change anything.

ALICE SMaking reservations on line to returning the vehicle was easy. The only complaint i have is that when you reserve a vehicle make sure that you are getting the vehicle for the whole day. I thought I was reserving for a whole day only to find out I had to return it by 2:00 that afternoon. I couldn't get it for longer, all the other were already booked.

ISREAL MClear lines of communication were kept open at each stage of the moving process so that we always knew when things were picked up, when they arrived in our city, and when they would be delivered.
