Uday TI was blown away with the way I was helped. I was returning the trailer I rented to transport my motorcycle when I realized my bike wouldn't start. The young man who was helping me didn't hesitate and grabbed a battery charger. It was closing time and he still stayed with me allowing me to charge the battery. It was a huge relief and greatly appreciated. I don't remember his name but I will never forget his kindness. Great Job!!! You have earned my business for all of my moving needs.

NGHIA NThe agent was rude and disrespectful when I returned the van I went in the store and I said I’m returning the van so I handed him the keys and he said thanks that’s it I was are you going to check the van and verify everything he said no I will do it when I get to it I need to map the store my I have to do my job. I said I think it’s important to take care of my stuff first rather then mapping the floor can you check and give me my receipt now he got mad and walked to the van he really didn’t check everything but just checked the odometer reading and said that’s it I said thank you and he didn’t even respond . I waited for the receipt but didn’t received anything in my email so I called customer support today to get my email she said there’s no email on file so if the agent processed everything when I returned he could checked my email .

ERIVERTO OI was told tank is 1/2 full and was made sign the agreement based on that. After going to the truck and abt to start the drive realize the tank is less that 1/2. It seem fuel was not verified before updating the system. Had to spend extra time to get the fuel measurement updated. I luckily checked before starting other wise would hv ended up filling more fuel than needed before returning. I would be great if we can avoid such issues. Also, I would prefer the fuel tank is full instead of being half or 1/4 or something else. So on the way back it easy to make it full instead of trying to fill to specific amount.

RODGER WI was supposed to drop this off in Mountain View (2.5 miles from my home) and they asked if I could do Fremont - 20miles from my house. I was told I would receive a $30 discount if I did so. It was an hour roundtrip out of my way - had to have someone follow and pick me up and the person wouldn't give me the discount. I feel like you used me as a delivery service and it really is a lousy trick.
JAMES WI reserved a truck-online to pick up from a location to drop off at a different location; due to an upgrade to a larger truck, my drop of location route back to pick up location. It was my mistake did not review my updated information because a new clerk can not find out where to print the document. My advise to anyone is to carefully check your order online to make sure your order was correct before you drive away, you don’t want to get a surprise when your return location is not what you have ordered, and u-haul can not accept your returning truck causing you to drive back to the pick up location for extra mileage fee and over time to return. Be aware!

JAMES SWe very specifically asked for and reserved a truck that has minimum 6 foot clearance. We were assured the specified truck had at least 6" clearance. We picked up the truck, drove it tour our location, went to load the pallet and the were very disappointed to fine door opening was only about 5'6" high, so our 5'11" high pallet would not fit. We called, explained the problem and asked for another truck ASAP, as we're now late delivering to our customer. We were assured the new truck had over 7ft clearance. We went back to Uhaul, exchanged trucks, then went back to our location only to AGAIN find opening was STILL too short (by 1 inch) to fit our 5'11" tall pallet. We had no more time to waste so we had to disassemble the pallet and the product on it so we could load the pices into the truck, deliver, and put it all back together at our customers site. THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE WS VERY UPSETTING FOR MULTIPLE POEPLE, both in mu company and at my customers site. PLEASE educate you staff on the difference between the Door Opening Height vs the Ceiling height inside the truck. Those are 2 way different things. They need to understand the criticality of the door opening dimension. There may be 7ft of headroom inside the truck, but if the door opening is only 5'11", then a 6' tall item can't be loaded. Duh.

Praveen S | Overall ExperienceI have email my feedback to jobs uhaul.com. This facility seems like more workers are needed so customers don't have to wait. Management should notify customers when they decide to cut a customer's lock just to replace it eith one they deem more secure. It's inconvenient for customers not to be able to access their unit then have to wait for a rep to cut the lock because they don't know where the keys are located. All staff could use soft skills, cultural sensitivity, diversity & inclusion training as well. Staff members were referring to me as "the black girl" which is inappropriate. I don't think they meant any harm but it's 2022, we should know there's a professional way to interact with the public. Rent was raised during my time renting here and frankly I don't see why. As I left the facility, I noticed there was a black cabinet someone left. Obviously the rent increase is not covering more staff or cleaning.
