JAMES HWell, on your indicator lights on my truck I had to take the picture like 1000 times the lights keep blinking on the dash. Other than that everything was clean Store was clean.

KISHORKUMAR LWe came to this location after having a bad experience at the Kewanee uhaul location. We were treated friendly and with curtesey.

WILLIE HSystem wouldnt allow us to check in via mobile and it took us an hour past our appt time to get checked in at the desk becasie of a slow system and the truck had no heat and it was 11 degrees out.
Sonya TComputers were really slow. Employee said that on Saturday mornings they are always like that. It took a long time to check in because of the slowness. Otherwise everything went fine
Donald HNothing! The workers were super friendly and helpful and were able to answer any questions I had. The equipment worked great and was up to par which means I will definitely recommend to a friend if they are ever in need.
ALLISON SNo improvements needed. I’ve rented from this location a few times now. The vehicles are well maintained and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
JAMES KThe cab was filthy and smelled like cigarettes. Also the dial for the heater fan was gone, and I mean gone.
MICHAEL MThe check engine and tire pressure light was on along with a couple other symbols were on as well. But I got the item I needed transported in good condition
DARD JHad a 10am pickup reservation. Location was supposed to be open 9-5. No employee was there. Had to call customer service. Then, was told all the one way trucks were claimed, even though I had a reservation. Had to wait for a truck that was getting returned. Eventually the employee showed up, said he forgot he had to work that day. Didn’t leave the location until 12:30 with a truck. And the truck’s check engine light was on the whole trip. Once we got to my destination, the truck wouldn’t start until a few hours after we unloaded it.

DOMINIQUE GThe truck was clean but rattled a lot. It was a very old school truck. It didn't ride well. I had reserved a cargo van and was not told till I picked up that I needed an in state license for this. That policy was not shared when I made my reservation. I was not asked if I had an in state license when made the reservation. I would recommend this location and u hall over all. These are just some things to work on.
MICHAEL SJesse from the Galesburg location was so helpful figuring out the route and truck locations because we were picking up and loading in Springfield Illinois and then going to Aledo, Illinois and finally leaving our truck in Galesburg because it was the most economical. Jesse spent a lot of time getting this figured out for me. She is a treasure! Jena was so sweet and helpful when we brought the truck back. Both of these girls are a pleasure to work with and we are blessed to have them at our UHaul, Sandburg location. The facility is beautiful, bright and clean!
MARY BThe light skinned women was yelling at me and was very very rude and disrespectful.
ANTHONY GI was charged $10 for 2 gallons of fuel even though I brought it back exactly where the fuel gauge was and my paperwork states. I didn’t notice this until they sent me my receipt so had to go back which only upset me more. I was told it was like 1/13th less than before which is impossible to tell especially with that fuel gauge, but I expect this unprofessional behavior so I took a picture of where it was and it matched exactly. To top it off I only drove 6 mile in total and put $3 of fuel in it, tell me how a vehicle that gets 12.4 miles to the gallon (taken directly from the dash) require 2 gallons of fuel for average of 25 miles when I only drove only 6, check your records and I put in 1 gallon? How unethical is this practice and is this something hail condones ? I expect more from U-Haul and would appreciate a detailed response of why and how U-Haul plans in addressing this unethical behavior. Thanks Greg
GREGORY FThis was by far the best experience I have ever had with U-Haul, ever! The store is extremely well organized and clean and the site manager is the best! We cannot speak highly enough of her or this experience.
PETER ACheck tires. One of the 4 was pretty low on tread. Jena is awesome to work with. She has helped us numerous times with trailers and made this rather lengthy move easier for us.

Madison PWe had 2 flats on the rims and tires. We had to cancel 2 events due to the trailers breaking down on highway . Our lives was put in danger. Yall fix yall mf trailers before yall get sued. Lazy ass workers. I need full refund.
