Probably not fault of employees but every yime i went to the place all the stall bays doors were not operating and blocked had to load and unload in the rain from parking lot. Im sure its from really rough patrons not taking care which is sad . But will definitely use it again . Ps I did stop a homeless guy from trying to walk in behind me to try to crash somewhere for the night inside . Told him no no no he had to leave or I was calling police lol

Ann M | First ImpressionsI had to pay a full months rent for needing an extra three days and was told it is against company policy to refund rental unit funds even if you are moved out. I informed them the unit was empty and cleaned out on July 3rd and since they would not refund our months rent then I would not agree to them allowing anyone else to check out that unit until my rent was used up. I was told that they did not care no refund would be given. And much to my dismay that unit had been rented prior to July 27th and not to us.

Steven F | First ImpressionsRecent employee changes have led to long wait times when the employees disappear and do not answer the phone or the call button to the office. I lost out on PAID MOVERS TIME because there was no employee insight. After walking into the storage garage and hollering , using the assistance button and calling on the phone by text, no one appeared for another 10 minutes.

barbra p | First ImpressionsIt was great to have such a convenient location for climate controlled storage, however, upon move in and during trips to the storage unit throughout the 2 years it was frustrating to see garbage and so much junk laying around the dumpster area. It would have been easy to have someone monitor the garbage around the dumpster and take care of the garbage strewn about the ground outside the dumpster area. The service was awesome but cleaning up the outside would have made this a 5 star rating!
tina h | Overall ExperienceAfter renting storage unit we began to move items to storage from college. Hours posted to gain entry until 10 PM. Arrived at 6 PM and was locked out due to business closed. Multiple families were also moving there kids out of college that day and several people arrived at 6 PM with there belongings to store for the summer but none of us could gain access. There was a number listed to call and received an ex employee who no longer works there and was unable to get a hold of anyone else. All were leaving early the next morning to drive out of town before the business reopened. Very upsetting.

Janet M | Online Move InUnfortunately when we went to the location for the first drop off, it was closed (we were aware it was after office hours) BUT the website says 'Storage access hours: 5 a.m. - 10 p.m). We arrived at 7:30pm and got error codes trying to get in. We texted the after hours number with no response. Ended up emailing and calling customer service who eventually returned our call about an hour later. They looked into our reservation and said it was closed and we would have to go back in the morning. We did go back in the morning- after rearranging our plans- and the staff on-site said they are not accessible outside of office ours as stated on the website. The website needs to be changed. Inaccurate information is not acceptable. All that said, the staff was very friendly and the place was very clean.
