Unfortunately when we went to the location for the first drop off, it was closed (we were aware it was after office hours) BUT the website says 'Storage access hours: 5 a.m. - 10 p.m). We arrived at 7:30pm and got error codes trying to get in. We texted the after hours number with no response. Ended up emailing and calling customer service who eventually returned our call about an hour later. They looked into our reservation and said it was closed and we would have to go back in the morning. We did go back in the morning- after rearranging our plans- and the staff on-site said they are not accessible outside of office ours as stated on the website. The website needs to be changed. Inaccurate information is not acceptable. All that said, the staff was very friendly and the place was very clean.
