KIMBERLY G | First ImpressionsEvery time we went to make a payment there was no one at the desk. Every time we called they didn't answer the phone then tried to charge us a late fee every month. My dad is a Vietnam veteran and he was upset with the office every single month to make a payment. We will not ever use this facility again.

richard l | Overall ExperienceI cleaned out my.unit over 2 months ago and told the clerks up front. I closed out the account bit for some reason, they've been charging me for a unit that is empty when I closed the account. So, NO! I won't recommend this place to anybody. They screwed me over. They'll probably do the same to other consumers.
Michael A | Overall ExperienceMaya is wonderful.. Nick is awesome. They ere knowledgeable about things. However, the rest rooms were nasty, filthy for days.. no toilet paper, no paper towels... Everybody must be on same track. I have used uhaul all my life and this place was pathetic.. except for Maya and Nick. And I think it's Jay too . Also, there were no carts available 2 days I was there. Looked everywhere all over the bldg. None to be found. Had to rent a furniture dolly to move my stuff. You guys need to have utility hand trucks for people to rent! They said only if you get a truck. You need hand trucks for those of us to use when hauling our own stuff when not renting a truck. There's more, but I will probably not use this place again in future due to homeless people sleeping in their units and garbage all over outside. Did not feel safe there. Also my address is incorrect. On contract. Stupid!
Danita E | Overall ExperienceWe checked out off of unit with the woman at the front desk on August 17th ands she told us that she would take care of everything for us. We got charged for another month on August 28th and they told us that it was because we did not check out. Please fix whatever the issue is here
Brianna M | Overall ExperienceProbably not fault of employees but every yime i went to the place all the stall bays doors were not operating and blocked had to load and unload in the rain from parking lot. Im sure its from really rough patrons not taking care which is sad . But will definitely use it again . Ps I did stop a homeless guy from trying to walk in behind me to try to crash somewhere for the night inside . Told him no no no he had to leave or I was calling police lol

Ann M | First ImpressionsI had to pay a full months rent for needing an extra three days and was told it is against company policy to refund rental unit funds even if you are moved out. I informed them the unit was empty and cleaned out on July 3rd and since they would not refund our months rent then I would not agree to them allowing anyone else to check out that unit until my rent was used up. I was told that they did not care no refund would be given. And much to my dismay that unit had been rented prior to July 27th and not to us.

I lost out on PAID MOVERS TIME because there was no employee insight. After walking into the storage garage and hollering , using the assistance button and calling on the phone by text, no one appeared for another 10 minutes.

barbra p | First ImpressionsIt was great to have such a convenient location for climate controlled storage, however, upon move in and during trips to the storage unit throughout the 2 years it was frustrating to see garbage and so much junk laying around the dumpster area. It would have been easy to have someone monitor the garbage around the dumpster and take care of the garbage strewn about the ground outside the dumpster area. The service was awesome but cleaning up the outside would have made this a 5 star rating!
