The staff working the counter didn’t seem to know how to work the computer very well. Walked in 1 person on there phone and didn’t even acknowledge I was there had to go find the truck even though I had reserved the truck in advance the air conditioning stopped working 2 blocks away from the rental company I had paid for 6 moving pads and had to remind the person at the counter even though he had mentioned it when going over the fees not a very good experience

The manager Lonnie rented out the equipment I already paid for and laughed in my face when he suggested I rent an even more expensive option since he rented out the last 1 I wanted. I had to call corporate and lose 2 days on my contract just to get what I had paid for! NEVER go to this location unless you have money to just give away when they rent ur stuff out from under you! Totally shady experience! I'll never use uhaul again!

Awesome, experienced attendant instantly diagnosed an issue with the 4-flat connector on my truck ( part of the connector from a previous trip was broken off in the receiver) and had me on my way in moments! I'll be back for sure. Thanks x 1,000,000

I am from out of state and forgot to bring the ball mount for my hitch. The U-Haul dealer allowed me to borrow one at no charge. This was really appreciated. Trailer was a bit dirty and needed to be swept out. Not a big deal.

i was late getting the trailer back i had to use it an extra day or so i paid the money for it and the deposit was on a credit card. i was not feelihg well , due to i broke my hip, i woke up to a disrespectful man throwing mY STUFF , when asked who he was he yelled fuck u to me and pulled out a knife telling me i was a theif ,, i called the poloce and he lied hos ass off he pulled a knife on my friend 3 times , he was rude he was dangerous and he had no business with a knife cause i was late getting the trailer back . he never once rng my bell or called , the police were called he lied and i thik ppl should never rent from that location again , i will never rent from thtat place agon the giy is a mentl case and shpuld loose his job ,

Overcharged for dolly we did not want or use. It still had the green zip tie, yet we were charged. We were told the office attendants could not fix the charge and we had to call a number to get help. We did and had to leave a message. This over charge has not been resolved by the end of today. This is especially poor service from start to finish. We continue to seek reimbursement for the overcharge.

Picking up the trailer was good the guy was friendly and helpful. However when we came back to drop off the trailer, we pulled up in the front and began to unhook, a guy named James walks but and very rudely says " you can't leave that there that's not where that goes!!" And then continues to walk in the doors. I follow inside where he then shouts at a lady behind the counter and tells her we have a return and she needs to help us. So she gets up and kindly greets us. Her name is Heather. She asks the guy where he would like us to park the trailer and he then tells her " I don't care, somewhere out there where there is room and it's out of the way". My husband then was pissed at the way he was treating everyone. Heather continues to apologize about his poor attitude and that he has been treating everyone that way.. there was another customer in the parking lot getting propane that even mentioned that he couldn't believe that guy was treating customers that way.. I def will not be going back there nor will I recommend. Heather was very polite and nice to work with however James is an asshole and shouldn't deal with customers.

When I returned my trailer, the gentleman was very curt. He directed us where to go then informed me it would be 20.00 for him to unload the trailer. I paid the gentleman and then was informed it was just to hook the trailer and that he could not off load the car. This was a shock to me as when I picked up the trailer they did everything without me saying a word. I understand each location can be run differently, but it was just the polar opposite at these 2 locations

The young man who helped us was amazing. The older man working with him was so loud, talking in a yelling tone. He was so loud, we couldn’t hear the young man helping us. He also kept interrupting the guy helping us. It was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

When I made the reservation a month before my trip I was told that the rental location would be 30 miles from my home. The day before my planned departure I received a phone call from u-haul telling me that the nearest pickup location was 150 miles away. Needless to say this was very inconvenient.

The manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He sent me emails blaming everything on me...pretty much told me that he couldn't care less I was lied to. Still hss not refunded my money, even though I never even moved in. Did contactless move in on internet. Was quoted a 8x10 unit with outside access. When got to unit is was a 5x5 if that and had to walk almost 60 ft to even get to the very small unit once was even able to find it! Had to contact customer service 4 times before anything was handled. Then when manager contacted me by email 2 days later...he was unprofessional and rude...said I cursed at him cause I said this is bull crap. Still haven't received refund or an apology. my card still shows they are charging me for something that I never used and was lied to about. But of course can't get a hold of anyone. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFFESIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN RENTING FROM THEM OR PLEASE KEEP LOOKING ELSE WHERE!! Don't lose your key and use your own bolt cutters to cut off. I caused no damage I am a licensed contractor in Colorado and if hiring a lock smith is what they wanted who's to say I don't locksmith can locksmith or insured with a higher level of insurance than a locksmith. I'd say below average because the manager Lonny need a brake check in customer service and learn to get all his information straight before calling someone a lier.

Very rude and poor customer service. I was getting phone calls and messages asking me when I was moving into my paid for unit. I called to explain my situation and was told I needed to move into it before someone else did...? Who moves their stuff into strange units and it should show as rented in their system so it shouldn't be rented twice...? It's "employee owned" apparently but I was told they would continue to harass me until I moved in. I closed my unit...I have enough going on in life then to be harrassed by some crazies at some storage place over my paid for unit. I bet they get real rude and aggressive with you if you're a day late but to be harrassed over a unit that is paid up is BS. Never doing business with this location ever again

The facility advertised access to the unit until 10pm. I showed up at 7 pm last night and couldn't get in. Multiple other people stopped by in the 2 hours I was waiting and they were also upset they couldn't get in. I need to drop things off at 7 tonight and the office told me I wouldnt be able to get in and there is nothing they can do. I have had my money scammed away and am a full time college student and full time worker. I have to sleep in my car until I can get my money back from the man that scammed me. I will not be able to sleep in my car and will have no place to sleep tonight unless I can put my things in the storage unit. I would never have gotten the unit from u haul if they had informed me the hours werent as advertised. The staff told me there is nothing the can do.

I have one complaint. I move from one state to another. Rented a uhaul and a storage unit. When we got to the destination to unpack the uhaul, the storage we rented was not available. They only had one other storage available for 50 more. So we had no choice but to get it. They would discount the storage unit to the reserved price which I thought was bad business. It was reserved and they should have honored the price. Luckily they had 1 larger unit. Not sure what we we have done if they had no units.

On more than one occasion I encountered homeless persons hanging out at the UHaul location where I have rented 2 storage units. Not only were they hanging out outside the UHaul storage units, they were going in and out of a unit in which it seemed that multiple males were living in the unit. All of which makes me extremely uncomfortable to continue to rent my units for multiple reasons. First, I usually visit my units alone bringing safety to the fore front of my concern. Secondly, the risk factor of theft and fire.

I reserved a unit online for longs park facility with 24 hour access, but when I went to office to get set up I was told there were no 10x10 units available at that location. I had to take one in a different location that was in doors. I don’t understand why it even lets you make a reservation if you’re not going to be guaranteed the unit.

I was given one storage unit, only to find it was already occupied. When I went to the office to sort it out, the staff member was exceptionally rude because it was “close to closing.” He gave a another unit, across town, that turned out to also already be occupied. At that point, the office was closed and I had to find alternative storage because I didn’t have time to wait until morning because I had to be out of my house by the next day.
