1- The truck was not available until 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time. 2- When it was returned at the correct time (a bit early even) I was told to wait with the vehicle but after 30 minutes no one had shown up and I had to leave. 3- I used less than the 20 miles that were anticipated but I was charged for 81 miles! My location was changed from Lincoln to this site. I was in a hurry. Got reservation a OK. Went to get truck and it was dirty, so he assigned me another vehicle - took extra time, but I do appreciate his concern. It had only 1/2 tank of fuel. It worked out fine, but it is easier on everyone's part to have a full tank.Rodney F.

Over all experience would be 3 out of 5 stars. The employee I delt with was rude at first. Also, there is no way to call Uhaul. It takes you to an automated service. Then to a call line. You don't actually speak to anyone at that location.ELI B.
