They only specialize in U-Haul’s, so their service is excellent. Those who have it as a side business don’t necessarily have the complete knowledge or the complete dedication to make sure everything works well.

Beautiful new looking facility... But DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY!!!! Garbage EVERYWHERE in loading bays, and hallways. FLOORS are DISGUSTINGLY dirty and need sweeping, mopping and buffing. Doors didnt work. Worker PRIED them open to get in. Truck i rented was DIRTY. Making my items dirty. (Refunded me a portion of rental.) Not sure eho is manahi g hhis place, byt needs to be fired and replaced with someone who can actually run and CLEAN this place up. There were 5 People (3 men, 2 women) when i was checking out...why werent some of them cleaning instead of all listening to my business at the counter? It does not inspire confidence that my items are going to be safe. Would not reccomend this place to anyone as is currently.

Crowded, not suitable for a non professional driver as is congested, easy to crush into other trailers when directed to drop off. Should have their own means of parking trailers if the site is in progress of realignment.

They also overcharged me instead of refunding the amount they should have, now have to wait 2 days for the refund

The tire strap on the right side of the trailer isn't as long as the left one is so I could not use it to tie down the vehicle

It's a new location and it shows in the very young very inexperienced staff who also have huge egos. The young male who "helped" me organize the trailer onto the moving truck - took 2 hrs of my time and was extremely rude and condescending to me. I'm sure I won't be the last person to complain about this staff member - but he is the main reason I think this location needs to have additional training.

There is no other choice, they now own every UHaul store. The 6 X 12 trailer was clean inside but extremely dirty outside. Very over priced, $1600 for a 1 way rental. Fuck me that's crazy.

The check engine light came on. The vehicle was filthy. I have photos but I had to clean it. The headlights pointed to the right and up. The tires had to be balanced. It couldn’t go faster than 80-90km ph without shaking. It smelled terrible. Dog hair and poo on the floor and chair. The young woman who rented it to me however was very professional and very good at her job. She was considerate and kind. I feel bad that she has U-Haul on her resume. No one did a pre trip on the vehicle or it would not have been released.

When we picked up the truck the attendent didn't know where it was parked and it was dirty on the outside. All trucks at the pickup location were dirty on the outside. He also did not know where the drop off location was.

We dropped off after hours but the location's people we called during business hours (because we could not return online, issues with that online app) were very pleasant and helpful and return completed successfully.

Wiring on the trailer did not work properly. The connections were corroded. they did start to work when I used an adapter so then I was able to leave the site but quite working before I got home. I cleaned up the connections and then they were better but would still quite if we hit a bigger bump in the road. They wanted to blame my truck but my truck is brand new and has worked with the last 3 trailers that I pulled including one that I had rented from U Haul earlier the same week.

Put the fuel used on the fuel side to make it easier for clients to know either to purchase gas or diesel. Had to drive to the location to ask before going back to fill so I don’t make any mistake.

The chains were missing from the auto transport trailer we rented but when we pointed it out they quickly put new ones on.

The truck I received was almost on empty, so the first thing I had to do was put gas in it. I would expect the truck to come with some gas in it vs none, very unprofessional The parking lot of the facility was so icy I almost fell down a few times The attendant didnt even know where the truck was at first, even though I had a reservation, you think she would have been prepared

I wish there was a way to defer a rental or extend as needed. The day we had to drive 5 hours to our new home the roads were terrible. If my driver didn’t have extensive experience and class 3 licensing I don’t think we would have made it but we felt we had to go since I couldn’t extend it.

Its 2025, tap has been around for a long while now. Get your POS up to date with this century. Getting the credit card close to the tap system on the POS is enough to lock up the entire system and cause un-nessary wait times. And No, Placing a NO TAP sign is not going to fix this problem. Just get better POS equipment.

We rented the uhaul and let them know we needed it longer and they told us that they needed it back to rent to others even though they had more of the same trailer in their yard. We told them that we would rent it and they insisted they wanted it back. At the time we didn’t have a truck to tow it back. That’s why we needed to rent it longer we were also waiting for our place to be available. I tried to call them a couple times they would not answer the phone and when they finally did, the managersaid that we didn’t try to call them basically calling us liars and did not make any notes in the system to let others know what’s going on. The manager asked what nationality was the person that we spoke to which kind of took me back. I told him Caucasian and he said all my Caucasian staff are standing here and said that you didn’t call them. When my fiancé got back from camp, he brought the trailer back. On our nine hour trip to the town that we were moving to there was no running lights no jack which took us even longer to get to where we needed to go. My fiancé dropped the trailer off and the next thing you know a week later, we we’re getting a call from the RCMP saying that it’s stolen. My fiancé called U-Haul and told him that it was in their yard and to go look. The guy went to go look, came back and said that it wasn’t there. My fiancé told him to go look again and he did and came back and said that it was hidden between two trucks, regardless of where it was, they did not do an inventory of their trailers and falsely accused us of stealing and putting in a false report to the RCMP. In addition while we were there, the staff were also arguing with another couple while we were there. Their behaviour towards others and us was rude and unacceptable Not one person from U-Haul apologized for the way we were treated and as a result, we will never use U-Haul again

Picked up unit and unit was parked in a snow drift had to shovel with no shovel to get truck to move. The proceeding to get out had to call a truck and get him to pull me thru the parking lot, no 4x4 I feel like I should be reimbursed some for inconvenience spent more time in the parking lot then it should have very unhappy

Let your customers go with attendant to see gas gage and make sure it’s an accurate reading on the paperwork and vehicle being rented. I went exactly 7 km from UHaul warehouse to my rental unit and to the new rental unit . Exactly 7 km and was told I didn’t put enough gas back in the rental truck. I call it BS as there’s no way it would have cost that much to go that far. Shady dealings to say the least . I could not recommend this location.

I felt I was being ripped off with the fuel charge. I put in 20 litres ($30) of fuel and put on 90 miles. They tried to charge me another $110 in fuel charges as it was not up to where it was when I left..! I will definitely pay more attention when (and if) I rent from them again…!

The worker named Michelle from this location was absolutely atrocious to deal with. I booked my reservation over the phone with a lady who was wonderful, named Theresa, I picked up from someone named Cheyanne (not sure spelling) & they were amazing. They both were very kind & made my already stressful moving experience much easier. After I had picked up my rented trailer & left, I received multiple phone calls from Michelle asking if anyone told me about extra fees I would have to pay. We would sort out an issue, then she would call again for another fee that I would have to pay when I was told over the phone when booking & in person that everything was fine. But I’m not writing this for the issue of the extra fees, I’m writing this because Michelle was speaking disrespectfully to her coworker while I was on the phone as well as to me. She was beyond rude & made it an extremely difficult & terrible experience. We didn’t even end up using the trailer as it ended up being too small, but the experience was so horrible that we went somewhere else & just paid for the U-Haul one as well to save the hassle. Do not recommend this location.
