The woman there was extremely polite, she even scraped crud out of the receiver of my truck to get MY OWN hitch to go in. So helpful and professional, she should train other u haul employees on customer service. I couldn’t get even begin to suggest improvements besides give that woman a raise! She knew her stuff and wasn’t afraid to say it. So 10 out of 10 will rent again. Just make sure she gets what a good employee deserves, she’s the only woman there and can’t remember her name but you guys can figure it out.

The experience went just as I would hope. The vehicle was ready when I arrived to pick it up. We used it. It performed as expected: The ramp worked, the truck worked. We swept it out, and returned it via the app. Ta-da! Mission accomplished.

There were NO 26 ft. Trucks available near me. The closest loc that had a 26er was 45 minutes from my home and I had no one to ride with me to get it as my husband had just come home from the hospital. I stupidly assumed someone from Uhaul would bring it to the nearest location in good customer service. Silly me.

Actually reserve and have equipment ready at the proper location- I was informed the day prior that I would need to pick up equipment at a different location that was 15 miles further! I was so busy with everything and this was not helpful.

My biggest issue was after paying a years worth of storage they didn’t prorate the final month of use so I paid for nearly a full month of non use. There were times when snow removal plowed big mounds of snow in front of my doors making access a problem

Moving in and of itself can be stressful and sometimes a frustrating experience. In many instances we are in a hurry as we only have a small window of time to bring or retrieve items from the storage unit. Unfortunately, on more than half of my trips to the facility, I had to ask the employee to move their vehicle as it was parked in front of my unit. In some cases the employee was working with another customer which added to my wait time. I asked that the staff be advised to not park in front of my unit which helped for only a short time. Please have the employees park in an area that will not impact access to the units. It will be appreciated by future renters. Thank you -

The staff was unbelievably helpful at all times. They went out of their way to help me. The only drawback about my experience was with pieces of broken glass near the door to the unit, and the storage garage door was difficult to use at time. In regard to the door, I was helped with it by staff. Regarding the glass, I never brought it to their attention.

Someone leaked out my moving date info and where I was going. I was in a bad relationship and I didn’t want him to find out any info. He did and I had to get the police involved. I will NEVER do business with You’s again

I did call to set it up but then went to the business directly the next day. Apparently, the person I talked to on the phone did not save my reservation. I had very good customer service and got everything arranged at the business.

Several storage units had damage from water spring 2019. I only used the unit for 9 months, long enough for severe damage to irreplaceable items. Renters insurance will not cover. Black mold too.
