JOSHUA JWe checked lights before leaving pickup location and they seemed to be working. After trailer was loaded the brake lights didn't work so we bought a trailer light package at Harbor Freight. This cost an additional $35 which I believe should be refunded to me. There was no one at the facility when I dropped the trailer off. I arrived at 7:15 and waited there until my husband came and helped me get trailer off the hitch. I left the trailer and went to work.

CHARLES LOver charged a extra day. Clerk was unprofessional and rude because she canceled my reservation and made a new one. I will never use this location again. I specifically said that I needed the truck for 2 days for return before 9am Saturday and was charged for a 3rd day. The people there are rude.

RUSSELL HI would say that the sticker on the rearview mirror in the cab was a distraction but since the outside rearview mirrors are more important it wasn't an issue. Overall it was a great experience.

NICHOLAS AI have been an employer for 44 years and I am aware of excellent customer service. I pulled up and as I got out of my car, Umika came out and asked if I was Mr. Wagner and when I replied she told me to pull into the spot Infront of my waiting trailer. Within 2 minutes we were inside doing paperwork and I was done in a flash. In addition to her excellent preparation, she was very personable. This was an outstanding experience.

Very unsafe and for the money I was charged the truck should be clean modern and safe. Shame on you U-Haul for taking advantage of people who pay good money for sub par vehicles. Not satisfied at all .

I took one look at the dated facilities and immediately decided to cancel and find a more modern facility to store at.

He said sometimes it takes a while...we tried it again, and it still didn't accept my code. I will try it again by myself when I go there next. Hopefully it will work. I can’t tell you how many times Ive gone into that office and no one was in there. They tell you climate controlled & it was FREEZING!!! The 1 day grace period & $15 if I forget to pay always got under my skin. Corporate uhaul is useless. Even with his rating they say “ Please contact the U-Haul Storage Facility and try to resolve any disputes before leaving feedback.” but I guess business before anything else.
