The location is good and it has a lot of equipment. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day but there were some issues. - First, the employee that hooked up the 4'x8' open trailer to my new 2025 Kia Telluride rammed my bumper with the trailer coupler putting a decent scratch in my new bumper. - Second, the entrance gets crowded very quickly. There is equipment and inbound/outbound people making it difficult to get in and out. In fact, the congestion caused the employee to bring the trailer over with a dolly which added to him scratching my vehicle. - Finally, they seemed very overwhelmed in the office. There were only two other people being helped while I was in there but they seemed very consumed with the phone and us and extremely busy. I attempted multiple times to contact the location to see how they will address the damage they gave to my call and I can't get through on the phone, or I am put on hold for 15+ minutes (I hang up after 15 min).

About 45 minute wait time for service with the lone employee working diligently without any way to keep up given the rental check outs, rental check ins, storage unit, retail counter, and telephone business.

DAVID HI selected ‘No’ for equipment not being clean and well maintained, but also acknowledge that it was winter and the 2 wheel tow dolly I rented was packed with snow and salt and made the ratchet strapping mechanisms quite difficult to operate. Not sure how this can be corrected. Winter is hard on tow equipment, but at same time it has to easy to operate for anyone who rents. Great location, great service.

JOHN MEveryone was incredibly kind during this, however we did not receive dollies that we had paid for at the pick up location and despite telling the pick up location we didn’t get them we were still hit with a fee for missing dollies at the drop off location. During a big move like this it’s stressful to have to pause to try and sort stuff out like this. Outside of that everyone has been great

JOHN OMake sure fluids are full. This truck did not have windshield wiper fluid. This caused a problem when I turned on wipers, it got to the point where I couldn’t see. Stopped and bought fluid and it took the whole gallon. Message came up that right front tire needed air, I put air in and light never went off.

It got into my clothes. It ate one of my chair arms. I am a very unsatisfied customer. I am paid through December 7 so I still have time to come in and finish cleaning all the mouse turds out of my unit and return my locking keys
veronica m | Overall ExperienceI had the worst experience ever with U-Haul as much as I have used them in the past. They cancelled my online reservation 6 different times. I was supposed to be able to do a Share Pick Up, but that never happened. We had to drive over 30 minutes away to end up getting our truck. Then when we get there none of the stuff we where promised is even in the system. We were supposed to get a 20 ft truck for the price of a 15 ft, a free pull behind, 100 extra miles, a full tank of gas, an extra day, plus 175.00 back to my card after the truck was returned. None of this stuff is even in the system. So I got no pull behind, no full tank, no money back, I did get the 100 miles and extra day. But I did not really need either of those. I am very frustrated and angry. I have used them so many times in the past and have never experienced anything like this. I will keep calling until I get my money back i am supposed to get back. The people in Arkansas are the ones that said that. They are also the ones that kept changing and deleting my reservations as well. So needless to say the ones in Arkansas need to get their stuff fixed cause they will continue to hear from me until, I get everything I was promised.That was my experience.

CHRISTINA O | Overall ExperienceConsidering I was kicked out surprisingly by the police and denied access to my belongings except to get out. I moved in 8 yrs ago only because I needed to have access 24hrs a day as i have 24hr roadside assistance business and need different tools all hours of the day. Recently this location had discontinued its 24hr access w/o warning .Due to "sketchy sh*t", what I was told and access was only allowed while employees were on site. Instead of advertised 5am to 10pm per website. 1st time with one this particular male manger (the only employee that is the reason for review) he told me they were closed come back in 2-3 days (snow storm ) I have outside drive up access and rarely ever came during business hours this person aggressively came to my window and asked me" what I was doing here we are closed". And lost out on business as I wasn't able to get tools to help this broke down semi on I-80. And the second time with this same manger I came in Sunday morning around 10am as instructed and my gate code was not working (It was as if the gate was not turned on for access like when they are closed ) so I waited patiently in my vehicle and this manager was in the lot appeared to be overwhelmed by truck rentals in and out and told me to move I'm in the way so after 20min or so he comes out of the office throws his hands up saying the "gate is broke I got Phoenix on it". I got out of truck and walked over to him as I was with a passenger and didn't want to make a scene. I asked him how long this access issues we be going on for as he is costing me business I'll have find somewhere else put my stuff, why he couldn't just unlock the walk thru gate and can just walk in. This is when he snapped off and told me would open and I go back and figure out where I was going to take my sh*t. I then I asked if he was kicking me out after rent for 8+ years ($10000+) in rent. I immediately left in disbelief as to what was this issue with this guy. A day or two later I came to get some parts and with 10min three different police stormed my unit as if I was trespassing and escorted my off the property and me I was not supposed to be here so I left immediately. And was denied access until I was moving out. Besides this one male manager I have no problems with all other employees and were always friendly and professional. Besides a nail or six in the parking lot picked up in a tire or four couldnt prove they were from this lot but picked 30 to 40 over years just around lot. I would of took my IMPORTANT business needs home to accommodate this access issues and continued to rent. But wasn't an option after reviewing the online review's I see this person is consistently treating customers and potential customers this way I found unit with in a mile for half the price same size with 24hr access so I'm in a all round better place. Mallory was the best manager this location could of had and was always delighted when I interacted with her. I hope this helps any one to visit here to be prepared.

On Apr 27th we needed to check out of a hotel and had acquired a good bit of stuff and needed a truck to move everything. First I had enough money for the truck and the mileage but not the deposit that was being required... A friend ended up helping me out with money for the deposit so I went back and started the process of renting the truck. Toward the end of the process I was told that I had to call this number to clear something up before they could rent the truck to me. I ran into this once before about 2 months prior, which I cleared up within 10 minutes and rented the truck and was on my way. I have rented three or four trucks since then so I was a little confused as to why I was having to go through this process again but nonetheless I called and come to find out that U-Haul just decided not to do business with me anymore. Would not tell me why even though I asked repeatedly and frankly I feel that I deserve some kind of explanation, because I have rented several several trucks from U-Haul and two storage units. After getting nowhere with the representative, I rented a truck from Penske picked up my stuff at the hotel and immediately went back across the road to U-Haul and emptied out one of my storage units! Next week I will empty out the other storage unit and I will never use U-Haul ever again and I will make sure I tell my company and all my friends not to use U-Haul for their storage or transportation needs! One time we showed up and the staff had put a lock on the unit indicating it was ready for another tenant. I had to go to the store and they had to come out and unlock it. 3. With any of these occurrences it seemed like it would take way to long to resolve whatever issue was at hand. It would usually take them 15 min to figure out a solution.

This was why I obtained storage elsewhere. Also, the required padlock was very difficult to unlock. It took several minutes of struggle every time I tried to open it. I was able to rent a garage that is literally six times the size of my Uhaul unit, for $18 less a month. My Uhaul unit was way overpriced for its size. The location and layout of the facility was very convenient, and your staff was friendly and helpful.

They should of took that 10 dollars off my account knowing that the gate was broke The card reader really never worked. The staff was always very helpful and polite. I didn't like the fact that almost ever 6 months my rent would go up because uhaul did work to the property I shouldn't have to pay for uhaul to upgrade their property. I was there 6 years if anything I should of got some kind of discount.. One of the main reasons I got all my stuff out is because the cost always going up and I couldn't even get a discount when I rented a truck.
