Steven AThe absolutely worst customer experience I have ever received. Staring with me calling the day before my rental and being put on hold for very 15 minutes TWICE. When I arrived pick up was 6/10. Yes it was quick and easy but the customer service agent rushed me through the process eve twice scrolling down for me. He told me that that tank was at 1/4 and the return it as such. I took his work for him t but on return the contract that he sped me through indicated closer to half! I also told him that I wanted to adjust my reservation from 1:30 to 1:30 and he said not to worry about it. When I returned the truck the gentleman who help me was very rude. He didn’t support me with questions regarding the gas. Elevated his voice and took me to see the manager. When we went inside the manager wasn’t present.

LESLIE RReservation system wasn't working, but I don't believe that's the fault of this location. They were trying very hard to get by with what they had. The vapor lock system was preventing me from filling the gas at the gas station, but I don't know if that's an issue with the gas station or the vehicle itself.
Bradley KWe have used this location numerous times. Staff is always friendly and professional. Using the online order, makes pick up smooth and quick. Equipment is always ready and clean. We will definitely use again and again ;-)

JESUS CDanny was amazingly helpful and courteous. He made the pick up process easy and well understood. Even when I had an error he quickly resolved it without any hesitation. On the other hand THE PICK UP WITH GEORGIA was EXTREMELY TRIGGERING AND AGGRESSIVE. Upon arriving to the facility she addressed me outside of the truck with negative body language and gestures because I went the wrong way to drop off the vehicle. Instead of directing me she responded with “Go out and make any-turn I don’t know what you gonna do” Wow. Ok no problem let me do that. My kids were even appalled at the response. Very unprofessional. She then proceeded not once but twice more to engage with me in an aggressive manor. She was very unprofessional and antagonistic. I became irate due to her interaction with me which she continued to want to argue and let me know that she gets off at 7 as if to invite me to fight. I can’t believe I had this type of interaction with an employee after having a strenuous day already. Not a moment of de-escalation occurred on her part. Even after removing myself from her presence she continued to approach me to keep the interaction going so I continued to yell at her to leave me alone. I requested an email receipt to avoid her further as she continued to keep trying to interrupt me with the other workers. I will NEVER return to this facility for any type of service. It’s unfortunate that 1 bad employee maybe having a bad day or long work shift can change the environment for the entire company. I have also send this information to your corporate office in hopes that she is further educated on customer service issues & setting good examples for younger team members.
Jessica PWe rented bins and a uhaul. We had to return them after hours, so we secured the bins in the truck and returned them- as instructed. I spoke to someone on the phone because I noticed we were charged for them. They stated noone could remember finding them the next day and they didn’t document if they were there the next day. Somehow that was our responsibility- even though they were relying on pure memory over 2 weeks after they were used and we were charged $100 for the bins we returned. Additionally she mentioned it was our fault because the bins weren’t in the return photos for the truck. Noone ever told us we had to photograph them those instructions were specifically for the truck. Feels like we basically got charged because they don’t document and inventory their stuff properly.

CARLOS FI agreed to pay $25 . When i get to pick up my truck they actually end up charging me $90+ . And the excuse is an $70 holding fee that was never mentioned online nor did i agree to. And on top of that they charge for fuel . Even if you bring the truck back filled up ! And the final receipt was $100+ with a bunch of charges i never agreed to! This is ridiculous and a scam . I will never use these services ever again .

YERKHAT SGet rid of the Manager. He tried to put false charges of damage on me on a vehicle that he knew that was damaged that he let out to rent. He got upset that I called in and said my things got wet so he tried to blame me for banging up the truck and thank God I had pictures taken prior to me leaving a lot or else he would’ve built me $2400 which he tried to.

UDAYKUMAR HImprove communication skills, was told I would receive a call when equipment came in, but never did. When I drove 60 miles to pick up, was told it has been there since yesterday. When I asked why they didn't call me, they said I don't know. Was subsequently charged an extra day rental fee because of their negligence, lack of communication skills and lack of concern for me, the customer.
PAUL PMy truck was not at the location it was supposed to be at for pickup. I had to drive 30 minutes to another location and an extra 30 minutes to my pickup. It cost me nearly $200 of extra labor wages as the crew waited for me because of your mismanagement.

I can't remember everyone's names, but please give this crew of guys some kinda bonus. THIS is a great group. They keep the trucks clean and I love that 😇👍🏾

RAMON NMs. Georgia was back and forth on the front end by herself. Managing to assist 3 - 4 people at a time. The wait time was too long, being that I was on a set time schedule. However, I do understand in situations when there is short of staff. Over all, other than that I was happy with the service she provided. She deserves a recognition, she's very clear an detailed.

Stanley H | First ImpressionsPart of the ceiling was missing it had 2-rat traps in my unit I didn’t feel like my belongings were safe I took it because I moved from up north in a one way truck the unit I reserved on Vermont was given away and that was the only unit available and I had to get my things out the truck my place isn’t ready yet but I received a letter that the exterminator was going in once a month bad enough it was upstairs no elevator I had plenty of room in my unit but the way the stairs and the hallway was I couldn’t get my couch r my washer and dryer that’s why I rented a bigger room to make sure everything would fit that didn’t happen so I had to rent a room from someone to store my washer dryer and couch now all my things are together and out of that unit

Also, there’s no where to park when unloading your stuff. They have trucks lined up in front of the doors and leave a one car spot for everyone to unload which is asinine.

roger t | Overall ExperienceI had originally arranged a few weeks in advance. I called to confirm a few days I have the time, the day before and the morning of 3 times. I was told that you Box would be there and ready and I was on a very tight schedule because I had other people helping me. When I arrived, there was no U Box. A woman working there was very rude I was a returning a truck and she wasn't helpful at all and actually started yelling at me and acting out. Because there was no U Box and I had to unload the truck to return Ito return it and get my stuff put away somewhere, I was forced to take the only thing available a 7 by 10 storage unit which costs twice as much as the U Box.. I was told there was nothing else available. I feel like I was hijacked and manipulated into doing this . I contact the owner but he was no help.

Ziporah P | First ImpressionsThe was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had not only with U-Haul but with any retail/rental establishment in my life. Not only was the U-box I reserved not available, I was told the only person who could drive the forklift and get it for me "Just left on a 2 hr. break". I was told it would be ready in the morning and I went at noon. The woman at the counter initial Retta was rude and nasty with a bad attitude. When I went in to return the vehicle and let her know that I had a U-box reserved, she abruptly cut me off mid-sentence and loudly demanded, "Did you check in?", I tried to speak, and she asked the same question again. When I explained that it was my first time at that location and I did not know what the procedure was, she continued to demand if I had checked in. As if, she could not give me further information unless I had checked in. I told her that was what I was trying to do and held up the paper work. She waved her hand that I had to check in-I assume she was pointing to some direction, but it was not clear. I told her I had not seen any signs explaining the procedure, she said, "they are all out there". So I walked out and saw signs on the far side of the lot. I could have just turned left out of the store door, had she told me, but I didn't know. So I walked to the end of the lot and followed the green signs around the lot to the check in area. There, I was told about the absent, U-box. A young man named Christopher took me inside to the counter to speak with Edwin. Who confirmed there was no U-box. I explained that I had tried to tell, Retta, but she was rude, cut me off and would not listen to me. At at that point, Retta started talking over me (even though she was with another customer and down the counter and I was talking to Edwin) She loudly continuiously chanted, "Oh I'm rude, she said I'm rude, well your're rude, oh I'm rude huh? I'am rude, she said I'm rude) on and on for at least 15 minutes. All the while, Edwin was trying to call another location to find available storage. Eventually, she left the counter. I had to people with me who only had a short amount of time to help me unload into my missing Ubox and check in the truck. With all the confusion, it took too long and I had not choice but to take any available storage unit at this location, so that I could unload the truck and my helpers could be on their way. I ended up having to pay for a storage space that is $199 per month. That is almost $90 more than a U-box! Then, with the delay, we still had to unload the truck and turn it in. It was a disaster and took much longer than it should have. Retta was horrible and has not people much less customer skills. There was no manager there to resolve the situation. When I called the manager the next day. He simply said, "I will speak to her". I am beyone upset about this. I feel taken advantage because I had to take the only thing available to me, since what I ordered and was promised I called the 800 number that morning to reconfirm it would be there when I arrived. So I'm stuck with paying more per month. This is just wrong. How can U-Haul do this to customers and treat customers this way?

I had to return my Vehicle tow and empty the truck BUT the pass key would not work! and they could not get it fixed. I have to return again today and try and empty my truck. I hope the key works. I was not aloud to leave the truck on the lot. ! I had to park on the street. I hope I don't have a ticket .

During this day and time during the Corona Virus / with an order to stay home I would think there would be some type of grace period. Not a place I wont to visit again or recommend.
