Well Richard was real rude n didn't care about his job. Also the text messages didn't work so he had to use his personal phone to take pictures of my Driver licence not cool. N u guys don't have mask for customers 😔 Richard told me to run to the 711 to get one smh so a nice customers gave me one.

The Manager was Excellent. But the two other employees that were involved with my transaction were below average in customer service--way below. In fact, apparently my auto transport setup was not secure, according to the UHaul Rental Drop Off person. Paid $25 service charge to have the auto transport setup rather than doing it myself. The front left wheel strap was not secure. Asked him twice to adjust the right side mirror. Didn't get done. Also, the customer service person (not the Manager) was Below Average in answering general rental questions or making recommendatioins re auto transport options. Otherwise the facility was orderly.

when we walked into the store there was not an employee in site. it took about 5 minutes for us to be helped. then there were problems with the computer so it took us over 30 minutes just to pick up our reserved truck.

Well I was called less than 24 hours before my booking and told that my guaranteed truck actually isn't available - when I said it was guaranteed I was then informed that I would get a pathetic $50 refund because your company couldn't deliver on your promise of guaranteed. The initial agent neglected to inform me that it was due to the person before me not bringing their truck back. However I don't really believe that as I had to then go to a location that was even further away from where I lived to get a truck and was given two options, 4pm the day I wanted it (originally a 9am appointment) or 9am Sunday. Tell me this UHaul: when people have movers booked what the hell do you expect them to do with under 24 hours notice????!!!!!! I should have gotten the whole rental for free and then also been paid money for what I went through. Every mover needs at least 48 hours notice and I get called at 2:30pm the afternoon before my booking to be told that I can't have my truck. For a company as big as yours who have been in business as long as you have I expected MUCH better.

Have adequate amount of equipment, especially if a customer reserves it ahead of time. Also, hire friendly employees that understands the meaning of real customer service.

For some reason, when I returned the vehicle, the "online contract" said the tank had been issued at 7/8 when my physical printout and every employee had told me it was issued at 1/4 tank. Luckily, the same employee who dispatched me was the one to accept the return and he remembered giving me the vehicle, so he was able to fix it. However, I can see how this can be an issue.

This location was helpful, but not as voluntary as the pickup location. I had more confusion about procedures like dropping off the auto carrier first to be able to unload the truck and where exactly to place the truck for return. They were not as prompt and helpful.

The battery for our truck died shortly after picking it up. While the location was able to get someone to our location to jump it, we lost 2 hours of our tightly scheduled day because of the trouble.
