Everything was great.



Very displeased with service . Originally Had one way to constantly and called scheduling department to adjust Reservation to Long Ndacg and was promised a reimbursement since I never drove or places miles to Fontana. Never received reimbursement and spent countless hours speaking with customer service, Long Beach uhaul , and scheduling department and all they could do is promise me a call from a Manager that I have yet to receive. The general manfwr st the Long Beach location did t have the deceny to call me back regarding my Concerns and David Adame gave false promises from the scheduling department. Susan Guerrero from the scheduling department was extremely rude and argumentative. Saul the assistants manager at the Long Beach location shouldn’t be in a position of authority . I will be contacting the better business bearu and uhaul headquarters in Arizona

When I rented the van fuel was below 1/4 lelvel and I told the checkout person that it is below 1/4 level... And when I returned the van they asked me to put gas upto 1/4 level.. In shoet I have to also pay for the per mile $.79 and also for the gas which was already below 1/4 of tank.

It’s the only near the Culver City area ..... but the Attitude of the workers the ghetto environment really what turned me off the most was just that they were so unprofessional and ghetto not good morning hello can I help you next customer when your reservation number I want to talk to manager but I knew I’d be wasting my time because if that’s Who there are he’s already excepted that And therefore manages that way so that would be not worthwhile if I had an opportunity go to somewhere else I would unfortunately it’s what a lot of Los Angeles el Sungdo Culver city has to put up with. It’s sad because it used to be a better ran location and did I say how ghetto it was

We had to pick up a truck from this location as the Santa Monica locations did not have a 20' truck available. I got the paperwork from the technician Alvin and he said he would load up the dollies (1-furniture and 1-utility). I started to do the inspection; the truck was disgusting and had a broken passenger side mirror and many dings and scratches. I mentioned this to Alvin and he said, it's not a big deal because we already marked black x's on it so you wont be charged. I wanted to get moving since we had to drive back to Santa Monica as its a 30 minute drive and they had no other truck available. I go to check the back of the truck and he had closed it and said we were good to go. I take his word for it but when I get home to move 400 miles from Santa Monica to El Cerrito, California, a 400 mile one-way trip. I discover that neither dolly is in the back of the truck. I call the office (which is 20 minutes of holding and speaking to 2 people) for them to say well you can come back here and pick them up. My fiancee and I are doing the entire move in Santa Monica by ourselves and time is a luxury we don't have. Especially with Los Angeles traffic being what it is, I look at Waze and the 30 minute drive is now an hour. I ask if I can pick up the dolly's at a local U-Haul pick up area. They say I can go to any of the U-Haul dealerships no matter how small. I go to the closest one they say I have to go to the national U-Haul center in Santa Monica. The lady here is nice but they do not have a furniture dolly and the utility dolly i receive is in pretty bad shape but as the guy that is outside that is supposed to help me get my equipment says that's all we got take it or leave it. It is under two appliance dolly's and he says well if your gonna take it you can get it. At this point I am on hold trying to talk to a U-Haul representative to let them know about the dolly situation to not get charged. This older gentleman is just sitting there telling me to basically dig the utility dolly out of of a cluster of other dolly's. I get the dolly and talk to the U-Haul representative and they say nothing can be done on charges until we turn everything back in. Overall the WORST experience I have ever had with U-Haul in regards to customer service and getting me the proper equipment. I had this trip planned down to everything being on a time schedule and this held me up for 3 hours just trying to get the right equipment. The truck as I mentioned before was disgusting. Not trash everywhere or anything but the vehicle looked like it hadn't been washed....ever. To had to stop before getting on the road to clean the highly bug splattered windshield before even getting it out of Inglewood as the windshield wipers were not cleaning the windshield as the bugs were caked on so much. The inside smelled of cigarettes and there was a thick grime of dust and dirt embedded on the inside of the cab. I used about 6 baby wipes to get the dirt off the steering wheel. My hands
