Customer service training for some of the employees would be in order. My worst experience came on my returning the vehicle. And of course the site manager was not on site to discuss the concern. Please check your trucks gas gauges, which do not register immediately when you gas the vehicle up to return it, you end up putting more gas in than you need to return the vehicle so one does not get charged for gas. So uhaul gets a full tank of gas on the customer who took the truck out with a lot less. So I advise customers to not take the truck off the lot unless the truck is full. The representative there thought it was funny and tried to make me look stupid as I tried to explain the situation.

First the employee that assisted me getting the transporter onto my vehicle was rude and Should not be working with customer with such a poor demeanor which he had...He was unpleasant and flat rude! Secondly, my project car (66 mustang) wouldn't fit onto the transporter so I took it back to the facility hoping they wouldn't charge me cause I couldn't use the transporter, but they still charged me for using it even though I had the transporter no more than 45 mins.. I thought that was completely unfair, in my profession if my loyal customer can not use the product they attempted to purchase I would gladly provide a refund to ensure the relationship between us remains solid...Unfortunately this did not happen so it makes me an unhappy customer!

An inquiry answered by head office was was taken by an absolute arrogant non helpful pig of a person. She absolutely did not care and offered no assistance whatever to help solve an issue I had in unloading my rental truck with a forklift. Never before have I met such a disinterested person who does not deserve to hold a job dealing with the public.

The Operator at this location didn't seem to care about his job. He was not clean, and seemed to mind having to actualaly help someone. Also, he overcharged on gas return when all was fine on return. not ok.

My experience on-site was fantastic. However the experience in making the reservation was very frustrating. I booked a week out at a location that was convenient for me. I also booked one way and confirmed that I would need after hours drop off. I was notified two two days out that the location I booked for pick-up had been changed to a place twice as far and there was no other option. Then I was sent a drop off location without after hours drop off as an option. This should be easy on your end and should not be the user experience.
