The truck was clean and seemed to be well maintained, but part way through our drive from Dallas to Chicago we realized that the right rear turn signal was not working. Also, all trucks should be provided with a full tank of gas similar to most rental cars. Our truck had 5/16 of a tank at the start. We were supposed to return it with 5/16, which is a hassle trying to hit precisely 5/16 and prone to either over-filling or under-filling at the end. Receiving and returning it full would be much easier for the customer.

Indo have a major issue with he price. My final invoice has a 20 dollar upcharge for after hours service. At the time of pickup the associate who helped me knew I would be bringing back the trailer after closing. Especially because he hadit going out again early in the morning. At no point was I told there will be an extra charge. I brought the trailer back earlier than my rental period. Still I got charged for unhooking and parking the trailer myself? This is a ridiculous upcharge that I was not informed about before hand. And for what service? I unhooked the heavy trailer with my son. Made sure it was secure and clean. Nad I get to pay extra over my contract for that? I will reconsider my business with uhaul due to this in the future.
SYED AOn the 5x8 trailers, sometimes you have the two bigger side rails, and sometimes its the old sticks of wood with notches in them. For us workers that haul heavy duty things that need to put ratchet straps in and hook up, the old ones just dont fit. I recommend updating your trailers to all side rails that will be able to accommodate sizable strap hooks.

ROBERT GI was in and out quickly, and the gentleman was polite and efficient in booking up my trailer. I have gotten a trailer from this location a few times now, and it has always been a great experience. He even gave my 3 year old a Uhaul truck piggy bank toy thing which was super nice of him.
Kirk QNext time a customer orders an appliance dolly when a reservation for a truck is made, make sure you have the dolly, or contact the customer in advance so that other arrangements can be made.
PATRICK BI rented plastic bins for moving. I requested to extend my reservation. The store never answers the phone and customer service cannot find the reservation for me to extend. Its all a mess. UHAUL is not set up for long term assistance. If you use this company, make it for 1 or 2 days because trying to extend a reservation or communicate without being in the store is a nightmare. And I might add, the store has my phone number and wont call back.
Raenalda PCustomer counter people were awesome (that was the check-out guy, and the check-in guy taking your key for the truck 🚛 return. :) Everything was clean, but the u haul truck 🚒 rattled a lot! (wear and tear)/getting old. The mattress protector with handles was overpriced and the handles were tearing as we lifted our mattress. It couldn't support the weight. We trashed it. Loved how check-out was quick, convenient, and hassle free. You guys are on the ball 🏀 in this department. Enjoyed knowing that you can check the truck 🚛 in after hours. That was exciting to know! So many people can't always return the trucks during business hours. Thanks for the wonderful experience! I'm looking forward to my next rental!

CESAR SI brought the truck back 22 hours earlier than what I thought. I thought that I would get some sort of rebate, or something. I didn't.
RUSSELL LTerrible service. Rented a u-hual for the day. They did not go over any information and just handed me the keys. The employee was on his phone the whole time and didn't go over any of the rental agreement rules. Apparently you are supposed to return the truck with the same amount of gas as you got it with. If below a quarter tank they charge you a few of $30 plus another $15 to fill it back up. Literally drove the truck 10 miles and got charged $45 for going under by about $2 worth of gas. Had they explained any of that I would have filled the gas. When I returned the truck, they were unwilling to wave the fee, event though I offered to pay the $15 for the gas.

THOMAS CMy main issue is that your contact less pick up is a joke. There are lock box's out front bit I still have to go in and ask for my key. So it's not contact less! Also we had to wait for my reference to get a call before I picked up the truck. Why? You already had my card info and a photo of my ID

CHARLES BThe lady who helped me was polite and worked quickly. However, I added a dolly rental to my order prior to arrival. When I arrived, I was told there were no more dollies available for rental and I was forced to buy one. It would have been much kinder and more profesional to allow me to rent one of the Dollies you all had for sale. After all, your inventory count was off (the system said a Dolly was available for rental). Now I have an expensive, bulky Dolly that I won’t ever use again.

ABEL SI chose a $15 dollar insurance staff changed to $30 Truck had low tire pressure and was very difficult to drive and made me really uncomfortable during the entire drive. Staff didn't tell me I had to return by 10pm only told me he added 50 miles. Upon return at past midnight at same location was shocked to see charges.

LUKE SKeep more than worker at customer service desk. Lines get long sometimes. Some customers like the U-Haul, specialist to keep explaining the same thing over and over.

Every time I went there I had to ask for that key in order to access my unit. So month 2 ends up being the same price, 80$. Dang, I already have the lock you sold me for the 20$! Why was it still 80$ the 2nd month? Over all it was satisfactory. Staff was Great though!

The storage I was using was leaking and the manager and staff didn’t not care, one of the staff members asked me if I had someone to come out to fix my storage that I was renting from them. I was told by Traci per the manager it was fixed but each timed it rain my stuff was getting wet so I moved. The manager did not contact me regarding the issue and when I was able to see her the day I was moving, she was rude , her attitude appeared as didn’t care and showed no concern for the issue. I will not ever use this location again nor recommend any one else to.
